He came to do a check-up on our AC & discovered that the drain was clogged. If he hadnt found & corrected that we woiuldve had a lot of very expensive problems in the near future. He was happy & pleasant the whole time. Even though he didnt leave until 8:30 pm.

After spending a couple days trying to get my home warranty company to fix our broken AC, I decided to just pay out of pocket to get it repaired. Hedricks had 2 guys here within a couple hours of me calling and the issue was fixed in about 30 minutes. Fair, transparent pricing. Awesome techs. Would recommend to anyone. Wish I never even tried the home warranty process.

Our AC showed signs of something wrong on a Sunday- Father’s Day! We called and within a couple of hours were contacted back, and someone was on the way. The technician initially didn’t find the problem, but he went back to make sure he didn’t miss something and was able to identify the fan motor was slowing. We appreciated his service in the 96 degree heat.

Hedricks came out to perform a leak test at the request of my foundation repair company to determine if any leaks were created by lifting the foundation. Pete, the technician, was on time, communicated the services hed perform, the possible interruptions it may cause, and how long it would take before even entering the house. Came after deep freeze burst pipes in garage. Repaired the hot water pipe to the washing machine, found and repaired two pipes burst off their couplings in the garage closet. Very competent and polite. I never expected Hedricks to get to me so soon because of all the frozen pipes around town. So grateful they did.

Had complete repiping of sewer system finished about 2 weeks ago.Had some strange looking stuff come out around of one of the toilets this morning. Took a picture of it and sent it to owner of Hedrick and within an hour, a service man was here. Turned out to be a tube inside the toilet that had broke and was spraying water up back of tank. He replaced the tube, cleaned up the floor, and was on his way.Hedrick made this whole plumbing project so much easier than I thought it would be and was done in a very timely fashion. Everyone was friendly and polite. Everything went so smoothly, and if anything did come up, they took care of it quickly.I couldnt be more pleased with Hedrick and would recommend to all.

We lost our water on a Thursday afternoon after the hard freeze as did thousands of other Dfw residents. Thx to the dedication of Conner and family for working long, long hours. After a full day, Conner arrived at 10 on Friday night and stayed to fix our burst pipes until 2am. He was incredibly cheerful, kindly listened to my husband tell stories while he worked and was willing to stay as long as it took to get our water back on. He still had a smile (under his mask) when he left.

I recently bought a home in the Dallas area and found that the HVAC systems had substantial problems—old units, faulty ductwork, mold, not meeting code, and clear work/safety hazards. Hedrick’s crew came out and within 4 days had replaced the old units, redid the ductwork, and resolved all code violations and safety hazards in both the attic and crawl space. It’s a night and day difference, and I’m blown away by the quality of the work and attention to detail. Alejandro and crew are skilled and knowledgeable, and Jake was highly responsive to questions and requests throughout the process. Definitely worth it!

My review is based solely on my experience with Hedrick’s responsiveness to my request for an estimate to replace our HVAC system. I will be comparing Hedrick’s estimate with multiple others. However, I can say that Hedrick was very quick to respond, very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Regardless whether I accept Hedrick’s estimate and have them replace my system, I would not hesitate to call Hedrick for service in the future.

Alejandro and his crew were good, but HE was no Ken or Jake. Sometimes I had a hard time understanding him. There was another guy on the crew whose English was much better, and didn’t speak as harsh. But the crew was very nice and professional.

We first used them in 2018 for replacing our gas lines under the house. We were so impressed with their staff we have since used them for all of our A/C and plumbing needs.

Ken was very professional, courteous and efficient, and answered all my questions.

Kevin was able unclog the main drainage line and uncovered a bigger issue at hand that I can now report to the city. He stuck a camera down to verify everything was clear and I was able to get pictures of roots bursting through the pipes. He provided great service and was very knowledgeable and informative about what the issue was and what he did to get it fixed, and the steps I need to take in order to get the pipes fixed with the proof needed. Will definitely go back if something else comes up and will recommend to my family/friends.

I called in the morning and they were able to send in a technician by noon, even though they had a busy day. Kevin was very professional, he worn a mask and shoe protection when entering the house. He unclogged our outdoor drains around the pool, we had attempted doing it ourselves with no luck as we have multiple drains. He removed lots of grass, leaves and sand, clean them up and ran lots of water to make sure all draining ran properly. Thank you Kevin!
