Phone number doesnt connect. Corresponded via email to set up a tour, then tour was cancelled with no explanation. Very weird business practices, starting to wonder if it was a scam

Updated 7/1/2020Regional manager has reached out to me and resolved the issue very quickly. Her approach was very sincere and apologetic, I was happy with that. Although the leasing office needs to improve on their communication, their upper management works efficiently.--------------AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. You might hear from a collection agency many years later after moving out.I lived here for 6 months, they took my entire deposit and failed to notify me that I additionally owe (for living 6months, I know right? Who charges for carpet/painting etc other than normal wear and tear? —another red flag). 21 days after moving out, I even checked in with them to follow up but they never got back to me with an answer. And 3 YRS LATER, I HEAR FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY that I owe money! They never talked to me about this in past 3 yrs, although I reached out to them multiple times. Know your rights, according to CA tenant law, if you don’t hear about security deposit from a landlord within 21 days after you move out, they need to pay you 2x of your deposit. But, instead in villages at cupertino, they turn you into a collection agency with the debt you never heard of or owe. I’ll update the review as things move forward.

Clean and good discount place to live

I wish I wouldnt have signed the lease. These apartments look good from the outside only. I moved Sep-2020. Since then every other week I am raising the request to fix so many things.Maintenance - Room door fall/Windows net/Water runs continuously in bathroom toilets/Toilet was wobbly they fixed 2-3 times/Patio net lock was missing/ Kitchen light cover was broken .Security- Forget about security. Someone cut my motorcycle coolant pipe to damage the engine./Lots of scratches on the car trunk too.Now I am stuck here because of the 12-month lease term.

Smells bad and everything’s old. Lots of bugs and their management sucks. Would definitely stay away.

Prices differ very much when you look at their website and go check in at the leasing office. Quite not satisfied how the apartment tour happened. Nothing has been told about the community during the tour. We were on our own to assume what it what.

Only reason it was worth so many thousands of dollars and why so many families stayed was because of the great schools nearby, close to apple offices, in the silicon valley, and in the bustling city of Cupertino. Had the same apartment been somewhere else, nobody wouldve stayed there. Always bugs creeping around, dirty floors, poor management. But a great place to enjoy the outdoor weather by playing or walking.

I’ve been living here for approximately 2 years. Here’s the pros/cons:Pros: One of the cheaper apartments in the neighborhood and the application process is quick (note that you get what you pay for). Nice quite neighborhood, larger two bedroom units, ample guest parking, property management stays out of your business, mostly all families live here so it’s a relaxed and quite vibe typical of cupertino.Cons: I’d say the cons outright the pros. Property Management is often slow to respond if not respond at all. The reason for this is they are saturated with non stop issues from residents (the apartment complex has close to two hundred units)The apartment complex is old. To paint a picture, there are mandated lead warnings everywhere because of the era in which it was constructed.During the summer the one bedroom apartments get sweltering hot and seem to be overly insulated. You will be running your fan and a/c non stop.Lastly, theft and vandalism. A lot of people overlook this. The property management has failed to install any decent external motion lights nor security cameras to deter theft and car break ins. It’s a to each their own approach. As a result, I witnessed at least two car break-ins in a 5 month period. I would venture to guess that hike break ins are an issue. That’s a lot for cupertino..

Have lived here for almost four years. We like this place.

Living here is very peaceful, secure. Neighborhood here are very friendly. Everything here is online which includes Rent Payment, Service Request. The community portal helps to know each other needs.

I wanted to rent a one bedroom a few years ago.. I somehow didnt like this place but may be there were other good apartments in this complex but werent available when I was looking for. So the rating is not for the place but for the experience.

Its decent and quite a good neighbourhood. Not the cleanest of areas but not the worst

While its in a good location. The service level and apartment staff gets a negetive 5 stars. Things dont get fixed for months. Example, the hot tub is broken for months, the grill is broken for months, lights in many parking areas are broken for ages and there are lttle kids running around in darkness. Terrible, terrible terrible!!! In my opinion, The city should investigate.If you are considering this apartment, ask yourself: is it worth paying $$$$ and tolerate such dangerous surroundings only because of location? If yes, you will be happy at this place. :)

Please stay away from this apartment community at any cost. One of the worst managers her name seems to sue/susan very confronting and doesnt want to listen to the customer issues. This apartment management team is full of incompetent, lazy and arrogant people . They entered our apartment stating that there was leak and made my apartment to flood during the repair. All happened during my vacation they had no courtsey to inform me.

Literally a bad experience being here.- Poor maintenance, takes days to respond to an issue.- Yes, leasing office people are rude, not at all friendly.- At least 1 or 2 washer and dryer in a block wont work. Wont say it has issues. Would take your money, then will show error.- Have seen theft cases where someone would break your locked storage room, leasing office wont bother to fix the door or change lock.- If your apartment door is locked after office hours, they wont help you open the door. You have to stay out of home until they open the office next day ! or you break the door and pay the fine for door breaking.In spite of all these issues, I still stay here. Only reason is for good schools around this place. Apartment takes much advantage of this and charges super high rent. 9% increase each year.There is nothing special with this apartment, same old built.

The agent sounds rude over phone.no politeness and not willing to explain if we have some questions

Lady showed me the model home has no passion or motivation at all in her job. Does it matter to me, yes indeed. I decided not to rent the apartment here. Last thing I want is to deal with rude people in my busy life. Ohm Noticed dead spiders inside the closet, next to main door, in the model apt.

Im not a tenant and would not want to be. Leasing agent is rude, turned me away when I came 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment for viewing, with few words and while barely looking up to me from her computer. Read my expanded review and others at Yelp.

Personally, I feel that this apartment is still very good. Now the discount is quite big? Two months + additional discount given by manager. And close to marina, 99ranch, Xiaoliu congee, etc., the transportation is also convenient. Its also quite quiet, and the space in the house is relatively large.Anyway, there are deficiencies everywhere. I feel that this is a parking space. It is still quite far away. It takes two buildings to get there. The house itself is relatively old, and many things need to be repaired. The air conditioner was useless, too old and smelly. Everything else is fine.
