Its got a big parking lot, and the houses are all 2 story houses. Love this place.

Great community. Close to so many places likes restaurants, stores, De Anza College and Valley Fair mall.

Very old apartment. Walls, roofs leaks during rainy season. Walls are not sound proof. Wall mounted room heater is the oldest you can realize and do think about utility bill when you turn it on. Property will hike the rental every year and they match the rental to nearby posh apartments like Biltmore. This apartment is no where close to the other new recently built apartments that are equally or slightly priced up. Location is the only plus thing. Avoid this property if you can.
