I have been here just over a year and half now and pretty happy so far as to this place, kept up well, attend to my needs when I ask and feeling safe too, good location with close access to freeway and stores. Waiting and hoping Crunch nearby can open really soon this year so I can get back to working out. Management is very good here at the property as are my neighbors.

I really like this apartment and would recommend to a friend. I chose it for the location as the grounds are well managed and the staff is always responsive. Overall a great experience so far. We have enjoyed our stay at Village Green. Maintenance is quick for requests, Leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kelly who is always very sweet. We appreciate the safe location in close proximity to many shops and the 85 and 280 freeways. CVS Pharmacy and Crunch, just across the street is nice, hoping the gyms open again when all is better.

Horrible apartment!I moved out from this apartment the end of the March, 2021..I would like to share my experiences from this apartment.I lived 1st floor, so I don’t know much about 2nd floor’s life exactly, but I can tell you it is going to be pretty similar.First of all, this apartment is really really old.If you live 1st floor,You will hear every noises from your neighbors ( including Homestead High School) and you will encounter lots of cockroaches & ants.Another thing with this apartment is that you will smell the sewer every time you turn on the water in your bathroom.Renovated interior gives some good impression during your touring, but don’t be cheated.

We lived at Village Green for 3 years and were very happy. Kelly and the rest of the staff were always very nice and professional. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Village Green has great areas of grass where my son enjoyed playing. Definitely a great place to live!

Property upkeep and landscaping can’t be beat! Management continues to upgrade the community even during covid. New outdoor spin bikes are super convenient! Office staff is friendly and always responsive, maintenance guys work hard, and the grounds team work to make the property neat and tidy rain or shine!

I had visited a couple other local apartments before coming here, often finding densely packed apartments, but I was struck by the look and feel of Village Green. Every unit includes a car-port and storage locker. The apartments are spacious, provide lots of closet/storage space and are very well laid out. They do charge for RUBS which is water/trash/sewer, so confirm that upon renting here.Also, over the past year, Ive had two or three minor maintenance needs. The response was fast - typically the next day - and perfect. Village Green is professionally run by good people.Finally, the rent is not cheap, but if youre looking for comfortable living in a peaceful, quiet environment with beautiful landscaping and professional apartment management, you cant do much better. It is a nice place with a nice neighborhood. Very good location near various restaurants and stores.Found that if you live at the ground floor you can hear the footsteps of neighbors above you sometimes and it is next to Homestead High School.

I had visited several apartments before i chose to stay in VG. As the name suggests they have a beautiful garden based living community. Very well maintained and kept. One of the highlights is the leasing office staff. I want to give a big shout out to Kelly, she is the best. Any issues with your apartment she is always makes sure it is fixed and taken care of. Very understanding and accommodative. If you happen to visit the community you can relate to how this is maintained. Great location, very accessible.great staff and well maintained apartments.

Village Green was home to my family for the 5 years that we were in the Bay Area. I haven’t come across any other apartment in Cupertino that has the same amount of open space that is secure and inviting for children. The grounds are well kept and the gardener does a commendable job.There is a Safeway and Indian grocery store in the vicinity.The apartment we lived in came with a washer and dryer which was very convenient.The management was polite and quick to address any concerns.We quite enjoyed our stay here and have many pleasant memories of the place.

Apartment staff and management are not friendly. Management charged very unreasonable high amount when moved out and threatening asked for negotiation.

Beautiful complex, very well kept and the staff is so friendly. I love this location, I feel safe in this area, and thats not easy to find for the price.

Best apartment to raise children. It has a beautiful grass playground and garden, big enough to play soccer and variety activities with my children. Especially the employees are very friendly.

Overall, a great apartment complex. Nice pool, fitness room, etc., and the apartments are updated and reasonably priced. The maintenance guys here are amazing - they are very responsive. The new manager is equally as nice and good as the previous manager. When they care about you and the property, it shows. Good clean place to live and well taken care of. Also, near a lot of place, including a Safeway and Starbucks and a bank.

These apartments have been my home now for over 3 years now and I just renewed for another 1 year, but at a higher rate. The location to local shops and freeways is really good. The managers attentiveness to any problems that occur is very good and I have referred a friend here a while back and got a referral bonus for doing so.

This is one of the best apartment in Bay Area. Lot of open space and greenery (as the name suggest). We had a chance to live here for 2 years and had almost no problem.Walking distance from Homestead Highschool and other Cupertino schools.Management and maintenance are exceptionally cooperative.

This apartment is not worth $3.5k monthly. The company does not give the service of that money.The vents of bath rooms have a lot of dirt and rust. They seemed not to be cleaned for a few years.My wife showed severe allergic reaction when exposed to the air around the vents.She is suffering from allergic symptoms such as breathing difficulty, pain in the chest, headache, nose bleed, and dizziness. This apartment seems to be dangerous for people who have allergic reactions!

Very bad，a lot of termit，the manager only speak I dont know,let us to wait......Ten days passed， Every day the termites come out of the carpet，only one person in the office,every day,every time I said my daughter was very afraid, she said there is no way, let us to wait too.should I reply her superiors, half a month passed, termites are out every day, Im still waiting, its horrible.what should you do if it was your home every day?

Its a Rip off, just a terrible experience
