New to the area and needed to have my nails done. This shop is not far from my new home and decided to give them a try. Very disappointed, I will not be returning. When I tried pointing out that the color was not even and my nails were still rough in places because the girl rushed through filing them they tried to tell me that the top coat would fixed the issues. Of course it did not but, by this time I just wanted to leave. Getting my nails done is not something new for me, it is the one treat I have allowed myself for years. Being on a fixed income I feel like today I wasted both my money and time.

I love this place. Have been going for years. Steven is my favorite! He recently did fake nails for my wedding and they lasted for 4 weeks. His wife, I dont remember her name, but she is also really good too. The staff is Nice, friendly and the place is super clean. They do a great job at pedicures too.

Nail technicians are kind and courteous. Not pushy and make you feel like you deserve to be pampered once in a while. Prices are reasonable

I’m not super happy with them. I’m definitely gonna have to fix the shape they’re very wide and not really nail shaped at all. I found it very ridiculous that the person doing my nails just glooped a huge thing of acrylic on my nails and let it fall instead of building them up and I feel kinda scammed

My nails were thin, uneven in length and bound to break. The first man rushed me because he had an appointment and I asked that he took his time or pass me to someone else. He did not listen. He had to redo my tips multiple times. I ended up with another nail tech who wasn’t any better and my concerns were unheard. I sat there with tears in my eyes and left without any polish. I was still charged full price and they showed no sympathy. On my way out two women I know were coming in for the first time and after seeing my nails they decided to go elsewhere. If I could post a picture I would! Please, avoid this place. Terrible work. I also noticed the file he was using was used and during the process I noticed they were reusing towels and not sanitizing between clients. Terrible considering the pandemic.

Very disappointed with the service here. Very dirty inside. My nails did not come out as expected. I got the dip nails and first of all the dip is very bumpy second of all the lady did not know the proper way to do my nails. Her not knowing how to do my nails ruined my nails. They are blue with now white speckles because she did not know what she was doing. They also used baby lotion on me, again it was okay just simple not professional.

I love this nail salon!! I got my acrylics done and I honestly love them they didnt hurt at all there was no bleeding involved. I love how they take their time and effort on doing it. I also love how they take care of their customers and treat them definitely coming back again!!

Im giving them 5 stars based on the chair massage service. I highly recommend it. Left feeling like new!

WORST MANICURE EVER! The manicurist didnt remove the dead skin/cuticle around my nail. Then she painted my nail leaving a gap unpainted because of the curicle that should have been removed. I pointed this out to her twice and she still couldnt get it right. My nails look horrible. Im not even sure if I should wait until the weekend to remove the polish and fix it myself. It took forever because she kept messing up my nails. I am not happy that my time and money was wasted.

Got my French mani-pedi today (4/18:18) for my wedding on Friday. I LOVE them!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming.I will definitely go back.

It’s good except my nails have a lot of bumps

I was there on June 2 of 2020 they had just re-open from the COVID-19 I had a 4 o’clock appointment and I had to wait half an hour before they could take me and The service was horrible I wanted a full set of acrylic done the guy didn’t even prep my nail up or cleaning around the cuticles before he could put on the Tips didn’t follow the proper steps didn’t buff my nails down the proper way The job was horrible!!!!!

I got a French manicure. It came out terrible. The gentleman that did my nails left rough edges, some of the white tips have spots missing. Others are cloudy.I will never go back to this place again.

Nice facilities, however it took over an hour and a half to get my acrylics FILLED. it was done in a very sloppy manner and I was very disappointed with the way they came out. very over priced and not even one day later an acrylic fell off, so I just took off the whole set. never going back
