Every time I go I try and think it will be different but it’s not. They never listen to what you want EVER! This time I wanted black nails with the ring finger orange glitter tip even had a picture. They wouldn’t do it and painted my ring finger orange with glitter on the tip. Makes no sense. You tell them somethings wrong and they don’t listen. Didn’t clean off the black that got on my fingers. Last chance I have them

I went here under the impression that my nails were going to look good since I’ve heard really good stuff about this place. I was terribly wrong. The man who did my nails was in a rush and didn’t even do my nails right. It looks nothing like the picture, and it was a simple glitter ombré nail design! Also, he left the acrylic and monomer all over my fingers and I had to peel it off. As my nails are growing out, they look awful. I will never go here again, and the prices are outrageous for what I got.

When me and my family went to this nail salon we were very surprised and unhappy with the results; Me and my sister got our feet done and the manicurists cut our feet with the cuticle cutters and then smeared the polish before putting it in the light causing it to look messy. My mom got dip and it was very thick and lumpy when my mom asked for him to file them down and make them even he got very upset and said he already had. They also had reused the same scrub brush I had on my sister and it was not very sanitary I had no way of knowing if it was also used on other people than me before it was used. When we were finished with our nails we realized they were very different colors and less vibrant than what we had picked and we were not pleased with the results to begin with.

The technician was horrible and I had to tell her the same simple thing 4 times!

I have never been to this salon before this experience and will never go back. Im not sure why I hear so many good things about this place, but its probably due to the general lack of quality salons in the area. The girl who greeted me sat me at a station and then had me swap seats with another person without any sanitizing in between. Then, the (different) woman who did my nails had me sit down at her station for 15 minutes while she chatted on a video call with her mask pulled down. She completely ignored me and, while on her call, proceeded to use the nail tools to snip her own hangnails before placing the cuticle nippers back in the jar with all the other open, unsanitized nail tools. At this point I should have just left, but my friend was in the middle of her own fill. When the tech finally decided to start on my nails she left my cuticles untouched and did not clip my natural nails before just going in and grinding down my bare nail plate with an electric file. I had also shown her a very simple picture of how I wanted my nails: short, square, black gel, with a spray of silver glitter on the ring finger. She told me Im just going to do this whole nail in silver, that is dip, next time you get dip. First off, my nails were completely bare when I came in - why not do the dip to give me what I asked for? She had a completely clean slate to work with. Second, I have had acrylics done before. A spray of glitter involves painting the nail with gel polish and then dusting the loose glitter around the cuticle area, something that would have been the same amount of effort as what she did. Overall, my nails are sloppily done. I have a huge gap on three of my fingers between my natural nail edge and the tip she glued to it, so food and dirt are getting trapped in them and my pointer finger nails are sloped upwards at a weird angle. Just an overall poor experience. Hopefully I can find something better in the area.

V Stars Nails & Spa is by far the best. Tony & Vicky run an excellent nail salon. I look forward to my manicures done by Tony. If youre looking for a great salon, I highly recommend them.

I am new to the area and was told that I had to go here and ask for Tony. I was blown away. I have gotten my nails done regularly for the last 15 years and have always had to file and fix something after I leave. They are perfect! I am so happy and will absolutely be back!

Disappointing. I specifically made an appointment for my nails and when I arrived there, and told them I had an appointment, I was treated like just a walk-in. I left after minutes.

I had missed half of my movie since they were so busy, and I came earlier than my appointment time but was waiting for so long past the time I actually scheduled for.And one of the guys had my toes and fingernails bleeding. I told him when he was clipping around the cuticle it hurts, and he kept going as more and more started bleeding, which left my toes sore, and it’s been three days since I was there Not coming back.

I love going here! I have never had a problem with anything here! I have had many services at V Star and have been very pleased with the results! Vicky and Tony are wonderful and are always so welcoming! I have had wonderful care from Kelly as well! I would be happy with anyone there! I go every 2-3 weeks for either a pedicure or a fill in and always come out with exactly what I wanted when I went in! They are always very clean with the equipment! I recommend V Star to all my friends!

Was greeted and seated immediately. Sat for an hour, several clients were taken ahead of me. When I asked how much longer of a wait it would be I was rudely told “I will get you when I get you.” Furious at this point, I left. I HIGHLY recommend Henri’s Nails. Clean, friendly, quick, efficient, and amazing job done. I will NEVER again give my business to V-Stars. Poor service, rude manners.

Waited 45 minutes yesterday and finally left. When I arrived they said they would be right with me, and they told me this several other times as I was waiting. I understand they get busy, but if im going to be waiting that long let me know! I have other things I can be doing while I wait! I have had some other issues in the past and had decided i would give them one more chance.. Now Ill be finding somewhere else today to start going to..

This was my first time getting my nails done here. They were amazing! I absolutely loved it! Amazing place they actually treat you like a customer not just a piece of money. Definitely will make an appearance here again

I normally have a wonderful experience here however the last time myself and my sister in law went which was on a Sunday they were busy and I felt like I was being rushed to get my nails done they never asked either one of us if we wanted them trimmed or if we even liked them. They also cut almost all my fingers because they were hurrying. mine did not turn out how I wish they would have and my sister in laws were so long she was having a hard time doing anything and they also didnt put the correct color she asked for on her nails. Im not sure if I will go back

I went to get a pedicure here for the first time and it was a crazy experience. The woman giving me the pedicure got up and left and went to a back room for about 10 min. I assumed she went to the bathroom but when she came back she said she had been hungry. Then she was FaceTiming her young child while giving me my pedicure. She was talking loudly the entire time and not paying attention to what she was doing. It was so unprofessional and far from relaxing. I will never go back there again.

I got an acrylic manicure and my fingers smelled like mildew for the remainder of the day. Also, I was charged $45 when the sign clearly stated that a full acrylic set is $30. I got plain black nails... YIKES! I will not be returning.

I have deformities on both of my hands and usually get high anxiety over getting my nails done due to the rude nail technicians Ive experienced in the past at other salons. When I walked in the V Stars and explained to my nail tech the abnormalities of my hands, instead of laughing or ridiculing me behind my back, she said dont worry about it, Ill take care of you. She did not ask questions or talk to me like I was any different than a person with normal hands. This is an experience that I had never had before at any nail salon. Ive been so accustomed to just dealing with the bad attitudes or rude comments that I forgot what it felt like to be treated normally. I did not get my nail techs name, but thank you for your kindness and acceptance. Aside from the welcoming environment, my nails turned out exactly as I wanted them and the price was not bad at all.I will definitely be a returning customer.

The lady who did my nails was very rude. She pulled my arm and said relax several times. The price they charge was ridiculous .Never again.

The did a terrible job on my nails. I got them done on a Friday evening and by Saturday morning the paint peeled off. The guy that did them didn’t leave them under the UV light long enough, cut 3 of my fingers, and had polish all over my fingers. Will never return here to get anything done.
