After my Mac screen died and I received ridiculous quotes from other places I found the hidden gem online. Thank goodness I did, not only did they save me money, they are honest and to the point which I love. Recently, my sons computer camera died and I took it in, they said it would be expensive to fix and suggested I just use a plug in camera instead, thanks for saving me a boat load of money...... Now, it is not your fancy PC store but if you want honest, reasonably priced, good work, this is your place!

HONEST GUYS! FULL DISCLOSURE: I did not end up brining my external hard drive here because I originally sent it to the manufacturers support to look into, and their diagnosis was that the drive had some damage to one or more surfaces (whatever that means) and that it needed to be repaired in a clean room for XXX.XX dollars. That being said, I shopped it out and spoke to Quick N Easy PC Repair and told them the diagnosis from the manufacturer. They were very straight forward and transparent, and told me that the price from the manufacturer was a good deal. How often do businesses do that? That being said, I would trust these guys in the future if I ever have issues with hardware that cant be covered by the manufacturer.

These guys are the absolute best. Talked on the phone for a minute then brought in my desktop. They stopped what they were working on to immediately investigate and solve my hardware problem right then and there. If that wasnt wonderful enough, the price for the repair was incredibly low. SO incredible that I gladly tipped them 2.5 x their stated cost of repair. A hidden gem that I cannot recommend more highly.

Amazing computer repairMy BFF lives in Culver City and recommended this place. I called to see why I was getting an error message on my computer about a fan. Brian said it might have dust inside. I brought my laptop in today. Brian took off the cover, cleaned out the dust, checked it out and then closed it up. It now works perfectly and no error message. Brian didn’t even charge me. Quick and easy! He was able to change out my graphics card quite quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. The guy who runs it is nice and knowledgeable. He responsibly recycles e-waste (he was able to take my old graphics card and printer for recycling). If you are in the area I would highly recommend this shop! It is in the mattress store.

To be honest, no service was done. I walked in with a computer that was giving me problems starting up (as in, it wouldnt). I walked out with a computer that turned on. They kept in mind the age and brand of the machine and whether or not the repairs would be worthwhile. Really friendly, quality service. They went above and beyond to help me get my old 2009 MacBook Pro back up and running. With the field of consumer IT support so filled with dishonesty and incompetence, David and his team are a breath of fresh air. Their service and shop are reminiscent of the days before Geek Squad steamrolled over most independent IT businesses.I was having an issue with my DIY desktop that mystified me, my offices IT guy, and every other avenue of tech support Id pursued. It wouldve taken me at least a week of dedicating every spare moment to diagnosing this issue, and David figured it out within hours, gave me a course of action to resolve the issue that didnt involve another outlay of several hundred dollars, and charged me only a nominal fee for the diagnosis.If you dont feel like reading all of the above: bottom line, these guys are honest, extremely competent, and a pleasure to do business with. Today I was short on Thermal Paste and didnt want to make a long drive out to Frys just to get my computer back up and running. So I start to call some local shops (a dying breed), to see if anyone had some thermal paste I could buy. I came across Quick N Easy PC Repair decided to give them a call. I got a nice and professional greeting and I explained my request to which I was told, just bring it on in and Ill help you out. The shop was close by, though their location is a bit obscured by the Mattress place (dont let that deter you). Even though both were clearly working on something, one of them helped me out and didnt keep me waiting. They did not charge me for the thermal paste or their time for this small matter. After some short time observing their work, they seem to be knowledgeable and while I havent had any other work done by them, I would recommend you check them out should you need a computer problem diagnosed/fixed.
