Neither Staples nor Office Depot is as good as they were 10 or 15 years ago, and Office Depots are rarer. I have always preferred Office Depot. They seem better stocked and staffed. I suppose we have Amazon to thank for the decline of freestanding, full service office supply stores. I understand the attraction of Amazon for common, frequently reordered items oh, but there is no substitute for physical shopping when it comes to finding something that you dont order all the time.
Great service from the Print & Copy department. So grateful for the assistance we received from David who was so compassionate and efficient in his customer service. We definitely recommend this location’s printing services. Thank you again.
This place has the worst service ever. Purchased a laptop at 10:00 am, was told everything included in the bundle would be complete in a few hours. 10 hours later, NOTHING. No explanations at all. Simply the worst. The laptop better work properly.

I have been going there often to print plans since my office closed due COVID. The whole team there has been incredible at helping me for all my requests. I strongly recommend this place !
We wanted to buy a chair from here but were sassed out of the store because we wanted the last model on the floor. Do not come here.

Ok place. Has the bank problem that when the line gets long and you see some employees just standing around you wonder, Why arent they helping?. I am sure they have some designated role that doesnt involve working the checkout but its still annoying...
These stores are a dying breed, so I try to get stuff that’s about the same price on amazon like ink. You can get a good deal on reams of paper and there is a great selection of binders that go on sale from time to time.Great place for back to school supplies as well.
David, the printing area supervisor, was extremely helpful and professional. He was careful to explain everything and made the poster printing process very easy. I havent had that experience at all Office Depot stores, but this one takes the cake for one of the best.
One of the more annoying Office Depots to get to on the westside but still offers the same experience as the other locations.
Called about a printing job, clearly said it’s posters, oversized and all, the person said they can do it, confidently. I drove over and waited 20min in line only to be told by the printing guy that they actually can’t do it, cuz it’s a “special order”, while that’s why I called! Wasted all my time and now other stores are closed.

Friendly staff who were more than willing to help. Edward really went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for in their back stock because I needed multiple of the same item. I will definitely shop at this location from now on.
Review covers OD in general. I tried to use the OD business card printing service- they promised overnight delivery which I thought was great as I didnt need the cards for 10 days. Oops, overnight only applies to the low end cards. OK, submitted a design and order to their website. Informed this was third party, offsite.......OK, was told order delivery would be posted after I submitted the paperwork. Done. Turn around was promised in 6 days with shipping directly to my office. Fine. 8 days later still nothing. Called support line-OH, your order is still being processed and delivery will be to you in 15 days. Hmmmm. not as advertised.Fortunately, I had expected a problem and submitted a different design to a different supplier, these were finished within 6 days. No more business with OD, the new guy is local printer and I can get most of what I would have found at OD from Best Buy or Amazon. New guy gets the printing business. Good Bye!!!
First time to be here to buy supplies that i needed. Staff are helpful and friendly. It is well stocked. There is big parking lot in this place.

Far to often there are not enough copy machines where you can make copies yourself. Otherwise the products and services are good.
Placed online order and manager refuse to give me the order. I showed him confirmation number and bar code .. I asked why they need to scanned my DL on your system ? And he couldn’t give me a valid answer. I refuse to share my information just to pick up an order.Manager has poor people skills too!I will never do business with them!!
Terrible experience. Drove all the way over there to get new business cards. Art work was done and on a thumb drive. The place was empty. The clerk says we dont do cards while you wait. Huh? Im doing what I should have done in the first place and getting them done overnight online. If Im going to have to come back next day, I might as well have them delivered.
Worst experienced ever at an Office Depot. I accidentally forgot my receipt at home. Manager Carlos said I had to return my item at the store I had bought it from. Really? The store is 27 miles away. Even after the fact that I showed him my credit card statement and rewards number.
DO NOT order anything for pick from this store or any other Office Depot. I ordered a desk on Tuesday evening 3/5 for pick up according to my purchase order confirmation, the next day 3/6. On 3/6 at 8:10 a.m, I received a call from the Culver City Store indicating that the item was not available for pick up at that store or any other local Office Depot. I asked about payment of 115.00 and was told that I wasnt charged because it hadnt been picked up. What liars they are. The money came out of my account. I CALLED and the same person who notified me regarding the unavailability of the desk argued with me that she didnt know what I was looking at because her system didnt show any money coming out of my account but thay if it did, it was pending. The manager was no help as he handed her the phone when I called. Two days later, the 115.00 has cleared out of my account, and I have no desk. I reported to Wells Fargo for a fraud investigation. No company should hold someones money for their financial purposes without delivering the merchandise. I order for pick up at other stores all the time, and if the merchandise is not available, I am never charged. Office Depot has fraudulent practices.
I used to go to the Office Depot in West LA on Barrington before it got shut down to make way for Exposition Metro Line construction.u2028u2028The Culver City Office Depot and convenient (if you also shop at Sprouts next door for groceries). Prices arent cheap, but they have a much more extensive selection of office supplies than Costco and you can buy a ream of paper instead of buying paper in bulk by the box at Costco.u2028u2028Id think twice and do my homework before buying tech goods here though.u2028u2028Ill still frequent this store for my office supply needs in person rather than shop via the Office Depot online catalog. I did order something online once and it was a major mistake -- they sold my name to every marketer in the book.
