Prior to COVID, I had a pedicure done, and I was shocked at the overall quality of the service. It was not even a full pedicure like I received at other salons. It is approximately a year later, and I no longer do acrylic nails. My nails are thin and tear easily due to the years of acrylic. I thought I would treat myself to a manicure and give this salon another chance. The entire experience was less than 10 minutes. I definitely did not receive a manicure. It was a few swipes of lotion on each arm; she did not even ask me to remove my watch, bracelets, and rings. The polish should have been more evenly painted on. Goodbye, Pure Nails. I won’t be returning. Note: I just read their reviews, and others have been rushed through their service. It is wise to read reviews.

I would give this place 0 stars. Very very rude. They run the place like a mail sweatshop. They do not value people or customers. They don’t clean stations, and you put your hands down in mail dust.

Came into this spa for a manicure and pedicure, (me and my boyfriend) they’re we’re no colors to choose from up front. Service was very slow and the pedicure chairs were dirty. I decided to only get a pedicure done because the pedicure alone for myself was $50 and my boyfriend’s pedicure WHICH HE HAD NO COLOR JUST HIS FEET CLEANED UP was $35. All together $85!! The prices are completely unreasonable and will NOT be coming here again.

All around my nails were tinted from the dip and they did not even attempt to clean it up before shooing me out the door to work with the next person. I left with purple fingers and gunk under my nails.

Mia was amazing! Ill be back every two weeks to see her! Very clean, sanitized, and professional. I walked in with just wanting to get a fill and turned out getting the works! After having a stressful week, I came home feeling like a million dollars! Thank you again Mia!

Went in to get my acrylic nails removed. As I walk in, I ask them to remove the acrylics by the typical soaking process, as I’ve received from other salons and it’s a painless process. She sits me down and soon proceeds to rip the acrylics off my nails. I told her she was hurting me multiple times, so I ask her if she can please do the soaking process rather than continuing to rip them off. She replies with “Oh no soaking. Ripping much quicker.” She could clearly see that I was in pain and still refused to soak them, because it would have apparently taken up too much of her time. Very disappointed at the fact that she not only did not remove them how I asked, but also proceeded to hurt me after I asked her not to, and then made me pay. If I wanted my nails painfully ripped off I could have done it myself at home for no cost. Do not recommend this salon, as any other time I’ve gotten services performed here it has not been great, and they do not put in much effort at all.

Horrible service. They didn’t give me anymore options other than a 67$ pedicure and then kept telling me how bad my eye brows needed done. 3 different people came up to me. I’ve never been to a place they needed money so badly that they wouldn’t leave you alone once you said no. My nails were all bubbled up and we’re coming off in a wk.

I went here with my daughters before our vacation. They charged me $237 for a no chip mani & pedi for 3ppl one being 9 years old. The no chip came off both my girls three days into vacation. Our experience was pushed and very rushed. My oldest daughter didn’t even get the colors she wanted. For the money I spent we could of gone to a much nicer salon. I’m so disappointed. Needless to say we will never be back.

No appointment needed walked right in and straight to a chair.

They rush through your service and it shows. Uneven polish and nails. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They were actually crowded but, got me in and out real quick did a great job and very friendly. I think this will be the nail shop I will be going to from now on.

The workers are great. Not many nail colors to choose from. The chairs are like 20 yeara old and need to be replaced. Theee are cob webs behind the chairs near the window. The owner needs to update the chairs. The tools are sanitized though I believe.

Very calming and very beautiful decoration inside. They were knowledgeable and skilled. And did a good job of shaping my nails the way I want. I walked out a new woman :) If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Yesterday, I went to this nail salon. And I wasnt disappointed! The employees are kind. They really wanted me to be happy! It is clean and bright. Overall I had a pleasant experience here. Cant wait to come here again!

Everyone was very friendly, it was clean and twice now my manicures have lasted longer than I’d expected looking lovely. Glad to have found this place !

Place is absolutely Horrible. I brought my 2 little girls My one girl was 10 and the other was 7 She quoted me a price for $40 for the girls. The place is so an organized in dirty that they had Coats piled up in one of the chairs so I couldnt sit with my girls. On one of my girls she didnt even cut or file her toenails and then on top of it they pampered my other girl more than they pampered the other 1 When I received the bill it was a $105 They charged me $40 per girl, and all I had received was a pedicure. I will never go to that place again and I do not recommend going there either

I had a bad experience at a nail salon down the street and it had been over a year since I had been anywhere for a pedicure. It was a great relief to know that I can finally trust a place again. When you walk in, they greet you right away, with nice music playing, they offer you drinks and give the best service. Now, I don’t have to worry about my nails problem anymore.

Wish I wouldve read the reviews before coming here. Theyre close to my work, so the convenience seemed great. $50 for a deluxe pedicure. My feet barely soaked for two minutes and everything was rushed. Not relaxing at all. Total waste of money.

Lady paid attention to everything else but my nails while she was doing them. I’ve never been cut so many times while getting my nails done & the final product had so many bubbles and bumps. Never again.

Shape of nails is very pretty and that’s the only good thing I have to say. A lot of their colors are outdated so you pick one and then when they apply it, it looks totally different from the reference. The lady that did my nails was very rough and aggressive. I have cuts on 5 of my fingers, one hurting so bad that I physically jumped and pulled my hand back from her. She didn’t have me rinse the dust off my hands before painting over the acrylic so you can see dust under my nail polish on a couple fingers. Acrylic was left on the sides of my fingers and I’ve been picking it off all day. There’s no reason I should be in pain and flinching the whole time I’m getting my nails done and have visible cuts at the end to show for it. This has happened several times now, this isn’t the first time. I’m done giving more chances as I see other reviews have experienced pain here as well.

Not a fully equipped salon, drill bit was hurting my hand which i haven’t experienced that in a very long time, when i told her she had nothing to say about it just my nail lifted. Only offer basic services, no sculpting if you are interested! Ask full detail before beginning services. I was not satisfied At all! Not great for nail care!

I thought I would try a new place on my lunch hour. I should have believed the reviews I read, but I figured I would see if maybe things got better. WRONG. I got a no chip color change. The girl who worked on me was using the bottom of the polish and it was gummy going on. I told her she needed a new bottle. She didnt listen or care. I had a few cuticles that needed to be trimmed but she painted right over them. She told me I needed a manicure, which I did not. The place where I usually go to always trims a cuticle if they see it needs to be done. The place was not inviting and drab. The only good thing about the experience was, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will not be back!

Will never go back! I took my daughter and her friend and the ladies that did their nails cut their skin. When I got home I had to disinfect their cuts and repaint their nails. Very disappointed. Waste of money! I wish I could post a picture. Overall a very horrible experience!

I go to Pure Nail Spa and Ive fallen head over heels for them. Theyre super professional. Love the owners too . . . I got every three weeks for a gel mani and pedi. Also, the price is very GREAT!

Really really disappointed; I so badly wanted to hope for the best and ignore the bad reviews. Do NOT ignore multiple terrible reviews. I was rushed and was unable to look at the prices. The lady also used nail files/tools that were obviously previously used. I got a gel polish and 1/3 of my nails aren’t completely painted and have parts of my bare nails showing. Also the lady cut me and made my skin bleed and when I reacted to the pinch she tried hiding it. When the gel nails were done she cut some of them so now they tips have no gel on them. After it was finally over I asked for cuticle oil because of how dry they felt; she put the cleaning alcohol on them. Please go spend your money on a different salon.

I went there this weekend for my birthday, they did a pedicure and nails within and hour, very rushed, didn’t do a full pedicure. They painted my nails horribly, you can see where the clear coat ends and there is bubbles in the polish. Very disappointed would NOT recommend

I got a manicure and pedicure yesterday, the girl that used to be nice when she started to work there, was so rude. The owner must be careful when he hires his staff.

Took my daughter and her friend here today and had the worst experience...All three of us got pedicures, two of us got fullsets and one got a manicure... my daughters so called manicure was terrible they didnt even soak her nails i think the whole manicure took 3 minutes... her friends fullset was just horrible and i had to come home and try to fix them... and my pedicure was the worst, the didnt even get the dead skin off my feet and my fullset looks terrible. We are leaving for a out of state wedding and all three of us are very disappointed especially when i paid $160.00 to get our stuff done... we will NEVER GO BACK!!!

She didn’t do the right shape even after i asked her to fix it, she also cut 2 of my fingers while filing the nails down & put nail glue over one when it started bleeding. not. a. fan.

My fiancée went here and she was taken advantage of. Nobody quoted the price up front and didn’t tell her the services provided. The work was terrible, looked like a 10uear old did it. My fiancée is transgendered and new to this and she was taken advantage of, they charged her $110 for a manicure and pedicure. These people are dishonest and rude. They did not explain to her what she was being charged for and there was nobody with proper English to explain to her why the price was $110.

Lady seemed aggravated that she had to help me. Rushed through whole process and my nails turned out terrible. My nails were crooked and had bubbles on them. Not coming back here again. She also cut my pinkie and laughed when I said ouch when she rubbed against it.

This place is terrible!! Dont waist your money!! Never even used a top coat on my toes!! Seriously I never write reviews..but I couldnt not tell people about this place!! The 3 service perviders..because they probably dont have manicurist licences couldnt stop talking there ..whatever they talk!! An the other time they talked on there phone.RUDE!!

Bad! One of the worst pedicures I have ever received. Very rude, dim lighting so color isnt accurate to real light, uneven paint job and no massage. I can paint my nails better myself. I would not pay $60 for a mani/pedi. I left feeling ripped off! Would not go back!

The only man that works there did a GREAT job... BUT EVERYONE ELSE WAS SO RUDE! I was gifted a $70 gift certificate and decided to treat my pregnant friend to a pedicure. As we approached the door an employee came out and greeted us by saying What do you want?. Not hello or what service would you like?. Then they mumbled and pointed at nail polish. This was NOT due to an inability to speak English. Then after 7 seconds of looking at nail polishes my friend and I were rushed back to the spa chairs. (THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING AND ONLY 1 OTHER CUSTOMER INSIDE). I looked at the other client and asked Are they always this rude? And she nodded and rolled her eyes with disgust. I had the only man who worked there give me a pedicure. He did a nice job and tried to ease the tension his rude coworkers were creating. My poor pregnant friend on he other hand got some lady who within 2 minutes cut her toe open and had to pour some septic powder on it. She rushed her out of her spa chair and to the dry station all under 20 minutes. I will never return to this nail salon, and had I not had a gift card I would have left mid pedicure and refused to pay.

This has to be the worst mani-pedi I ever had. My daughter and I went on the day after Christmas. The staff was nice, but our nails are uneven and the paint job missed spots. She cut my toenails so short that they hurt. Dont waste your money. The dryers were filthy, the nail counter was spotted with dust and debris from previous customers and to my horror, she just threw the clippers and nail file back in her drawer after using them, and a young child was running around the shop, using their nail scissors to cut grass and who knows what else. We grabbed the tea tree oil as soon as we got home to try to eliminate any chance of fungus. I will never go back here - EVER!

We will not go back! Everyone was really rude and talked to each other laughing and felt like they were talking about us the whole time. They do not use razor for the pedicure which i totally needed. My daughter is 5 and they charged her $20 for pedicure and $10 to paint her nails. Very disappointed with the staff!
