I went to the other place in Winfield and it was packed. Really needed service.So I went to US Nails. Sadly they weren’t a bit busy. I was nervous. For naught!!!My nails are perfect. Plan to be a regular customer. I don’t think they can stay in business if they don’t get more business. I’m picky picky picky. Try them, they are great. Let’s help everyone have a comfortable living. First and last visit, Technicians not skilled, long wait, no sense of urgency to get the clients in and out, the TV was blasting with an inappropriate movie especially considering the fact that the owners four-year-old daughter was sitting there watching it, one of the bowls started leaking all over the floor and that client had to move to a different station and then one of the pedicure technicians dropped a tray of tools and picked it back up and continue to use it. One and done!

Was in town visiting family and popped in for a no-chip gel manicure on a Saturday morning (06/15/19). My tech was Tyler and, while he wasnt talkative at all, he did a great job on my nails. Cleaned up my cuticles very nicely, full coverage on the nails, clean and quick. And at $30, the price was right too!07/03/19 update: Its been almost 3 weeks and while my nails have grown out quite a bit, they are still shiny and Ive had no chips or peels.

Went to get my nails done. All I wanted was acrylics painted a solid color. They glued the nails on and then walked away and said someone else would help me in just a minute. Which, okay fine. But I sat there for almost 15 minutes with no service and just the nails glued, not cut or filed or anything. So I finally get help from someone else who makes me move seats and doesnt offer to help me carry my stuff while I had these awful long nail tips attached to me. He starts to file them and it was fine until he filed so much on my thumb that its completely different than the rest of my nails. So then once theyre painted he files them again at the bottom of my nails and files my skin raw and makes me bleed. He then proceeds to put the nails that he filed back under the light without a clear coat and without dusting them off. So now I have regular nailpolish on one hand and on the other they ended up with a matte finish. So none of my nails match and they look terrible on top of having a different finish on either hand.

I asked for a pointed almond shape (which is in between a stiletto and almond). instead, Alex gave me bubble nails. theyre extremely round and right when I got home i had to file them myself. i asked him multiple times to make them pointier and less round, and i gave up after asking him twice because he barely touched them. not only this, but i asked him for a c-shaped tip and he drew them straight across. lastly, i asked for a solid green color and he added sparkles into it without even asking me. i had a reference photo and all. i was extremely disappointed after hearing so much good feedback about this nail salon. i wasted $50.

My first time here and I give 5 stars. They were very busy and there were several people ahead of me but I didnt wait more than 10-15 minutes. Everyone worked together to make everything run smoothly. I got a classic pedicure. Price was right. Ill be back.

I was extremely disappointed by their services...the owner did my nails and their was literal hair on my nail also on my thumb-nail their were all these nail bubbles, I didn’t get the color I wanted, and they made me pay 5 more dollars than it should’ve been, 25 for acrylics and 5 for coffin so it’d be 30 right? Well the owner made me pay 35 even though my sister came the other day and didn’t have to pay any extra, i really had high hopes for my nails and you guys really blew it, you just lost a customer

I love this salon!! Its the only one I will go to! I see Mike every time and he is the best! My nails look perfect even after 2 weeks. I am completely OCD about the shape and form of my nails, and Mike makes them look amazing! Everyone there is super friendly and I love going! Their prices are super reasonable too!

I came here again ( after saying I would never go back) because I needed a pedicure and my favorite place was booked ! Hell no! Jacked the prices up, no signs showing price and once again I am left with an infected toe and ingrown nail. So now I get to spend another $200 at a podiatrist and get the nail fixed, ruin the overpriced pedicure and probably get on an antibiotic! Stay away!!

Horrible experience.......did not even try to do a good job or work on my feet. After I showed them their lack of work, they then tried to upsell me in order to do what they should have done at first. The young lady who did my feet showed no effort or care for my approval. Dont waste your time or money.

SO RUDE! Every time I go to the OWNER asks me where I went before I went there and seems quite petty and irritated. Then he shames me for my natural nail length (I have anxiety and pick them sometimes. Not to short though). Not to mention my nails never last longer than a week and a half. Don’t even get me started on the prices. Overall disappointing.

This is an extremely Poor rating. Dirty everywhere, bad attitudes, argue with you to buy services you dont want. They do not dress appropriately, unless you came for a peep show. Leave you under the UV while servicing others causing your nails to burn. Did not change gloves from person to person. Do not complete services you pay for. Do not go there!

They went above and beyond my expectations. My nail tech took the time to make sure that he gave me quality nails.

First time visit for a no chip mani and regular pedi. Owner is very friendly. The techs aren’t super talkative, but I don’t mind that. I like to zone out and I cringe at small talk. European Pedicure was great, got rid of all my nasty dead winter skin and he wasn’t too aggressive. Manicure was pleasant as well and the end result I was very happy with. I will visit again for quick walk in services without a doubt.

No one here has a personality...the one uo front manager or owner made a racist comment to me and I will never fo back or reccomend them to anyone not even to groom my dogs nails..

I went to Us Nails last week to get a pedicure. There were two workers working, and only one client when I came in. The male worker quickly got the tub ready for me to soak my feet. So far so good. I had picked out a very deep red for my toes. The man started working on my feet, and here comes in a very attractive young women, My guy of course turns to look at her as well as myself! She was super cute! So, I figured that he was going to give me his undivided attention, right? NOT! He proceeds to give me some kind of crappy service (not sure what he was doing to my feet) and is staring at this girl with his body half way turned around. I almost got up and walked out, but no, I was just hoping this experience would get better. Everything he was doing, during this so called pedicure, was super rushed! He started painting my toes nails, and rather sloppy! I thought, after he applies the last coat of polish, he will clean up the red polish that is all over my skin. Nope! Wrong again! So, I did something I have never done in my life, I took the bottle of acetone, and a piece of cotton, and cleaned up my own toes! I am not sure why I gave him a $3 dollar tip, I usually give $5, but I seriously will never go to this nail salon again! I am not sure how they even survive which such bad service! Maybe, its because Winfield is so far out, and its more convenient for people who live out here. I will make a special trip out of my way next time for sure!

If I could rate worse than one star I would! 5 customers with 4 people working taking turns with each customer! Huge health hazard there! I received a gel fill and within a week the nail broke in half. I went in and the employee blamed the person that I got the original set done by. He replaced the full nail and 3 days later it fell off again. 2 weeks later all the nails are turning color and the fill is coming up. The only part attached are the parts of my first set that they covered. I have never had this problem in the 5 years I have been getting my nails done! I am only glad that I didnt get an infection from them!

Did a descent job but didnt have my daughter wash her hands and I always look for that bc I think it tells how clean they are

I recommend not coming here bc every time I come here the nail comes off in a week even if it’s regular, acrylic, or jell . The people there are very rude and they always mess up on my color. They have messed up 2 times on my nail color and they would not redo them.I wouldn’t make the mistake coming here like I did. SCREW THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had any issues with Us Nails. I have had great customer service and a very friendly owner. I would recommend them highly. The owner does my nails too!

There were two workers this morning. I went in at 9 am, or close to it. The lady gave both my little girls manis and charged me $10 with two designs and the man charged me $40 for my full set with gel polish. I will say he was on his phone alot and watched a bit of soccer, but it was not interfering with him talking to me or his nail job. He did not rush and seemed to be calm, cool and collected. He told me he has no kids and the lady told me she has two. So they interacted well with my kids, all three, and my girls were well taken care of even though they are only 4 and 6. Might I add I paid for them because it was to keep them out of trouble and it worked! IIll go back when I have more money, but it was for entertainment purposes. I do, however, think they would have done a good job if I went for presentation purposes; as in looking good for a job.

I only come here when I cant get into my regular place, its close to home. Ive never had a good experience. Wait wait wait. They arent very friendly and the no chips dont last like other places do. I kick myself every time I come here while Im waiting waiting waiting.

The people at this place did not seem to care about anything. Dont was your money on this place.

My friend and I just had gel nail fills and we were overcharged. We called and were quoted 23$ and we had 2$ off coupons. We were charged 28$ and he would not refund our money. Not to mention we had rushed and very rude service. We are going to take our business elsewhere, and will not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

There is this one guy that gave me a bad attitude when I told him I don’t need the no chip because it’s not that big of deal .He started being really aggressive painting my nails and I don’t see why they act like that . It’s only $5 they loose .
