My Granddaughter went here to get her nails done. The owner did a poor and sloppy job. The owner claimed she could do nail art and tried to slap on a rose sticker and did zero art design. My granddaughters nails were uneven and her nails hurt so bad because she didnt measure her nails and she put nails on her that were not the correct size. My Granddaughter worked hard babysitting to get her nails done and the owner pushed her out the door and refused to refund her money back even though she stated she would. She lied and tried to push all the blame off on my Granddaughter. The owner is now getting her people to write reviews on her behalf just to try and boost up her ratings. Giving discounts to make her place look good. The owner has very bad manners and really took advantage of my Granddaughter.

Just recieved an excellent no chip manicure and luxury pedicure. This place is super clean, and affordable, and everyone there was really nice. The process was not rushed whatsoever. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience

The new salon looks great and is a very nice atmosphere. All the girls do great work and always make sure you leave happy. I will definitely be back!!

Ive been a very satisfied customer of the Nail Studio for the last 3 years. Angela & her staff do an excellent job of providing high quality nail services in a cozy, comfortable & CLEAN environment. I love being able to make an appointment on-line, then get reminded of my upcoming appointment via email & text! Not like other nail places where the wait is always10 minutes, regardless of how many people are waiting. Prices are very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend the Nail Studio!

The place is clean, the staff is nice, the price is just a little higher than most places. You have to schedule in advance, because they don’t do walk-ins. But, overall, a good experience.

Amanda did an acrylic removal to no-chip mani, and she did an AMAZING job. Loved the intimate atmosphere. They have an incredible selection of gel colours and brands, and so much GLITTER!!! Im very happy that they are so personable and that they all speak english. Glad that I found this gem of a place. Will absolutely be back.

Went there today for the 1st time, excellent experience! Had an immediate opening during lunch and Jessica did a fabulous job on my no chip manicure. I did an ombre look with glitter on ea nail and it was $34. Pretty good when just french is $30 anywhere u go. Small and cozy atmosphere all American.Update: While the nail techs are super creative, the product does not last very long on my nails. Barely 1 week for a no chip which should last 2.

Asked for gel nails and got acrylic ones. While he was doing it asked him again if he sure its gel and he said yes. Need to get training or stop lying. Its was ok acrylic nail though still not what I asked for. But as I understand not many places do gel nails because its harder to do.

I have gotten two no-chip manicures from The Nail Studio. Nikki has done a fantastic job on incorporating my Pinterest ideas for my bridal shower, bachelorette party, and wedding. My no-chips usually last 1 1/2 weeks from other salons- mine lasted 3 weeks from The Nail Studio. Extremely impressed! :)

This place is fantastic! Everyone is so nice and friendly (and they do speak English which is a plus). Place is very clean and plenty of polish to choose from. I had a hot stone pedi with Korin and it was wonderful.

Ive been coming to the Nail Studio for years after repeatedly being disappointed at discount, walk-in salons. Needless to say, this is my one and only nail spot. The no chip manicures are perfection and the pedicures are to die for!

I didnt like the way my no chip nails turned out. The gel polish was going over my nails to my finger and cuticles; as well as a top coat applied to one hand and not the other.The owner recently contacted me and gave me a gift certificate to have my nails redone later because of how unhappy I was with my nails.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I stopped in there to set up an appointment. The bells on the door rang loudly when I walked in the door. No one was their to greet me. I heard conversation toward back room. I stood there waiting for some one to say something like just a minute or be right with you. I read the price list and looked around for several minutes. Then another lady walked with the bells on the door ringing loudly. She went and sat down. This other lady comes rushing out a room asking her if she had an appointment. The lady said yes and she turned around and went back into her room. TOTALLY ignoring me. Maybe because I am a little older, but I am sick and tired of horrible customer service. I should not be expected to ask for service. you should be asking me. I will not go back.

My fiance went there and had her nails done and they looked horrible!!! And the owner is a front because I heard her talking bad about her previous customers to her employees. Also she treats and speaks to her employees horrible and with no respect!!! They should close up shop!
