I have gone to CP nails in the past for no-chip manicures and pedicures and they are great. Today I opted for the herbal deluxe pedicure and it was so worth it. Also, this was the first I tried putting on tips and Paul did such a great job. He was efficient but not sloppy. Thank you!!! I will be going back when I need a fill and for anything else.

I’ve gone here before and had a great experience, so it must be the time of day or just an off day for them. I had a 6pm appointment and was sat pretty quick but at the end I felt like I was being rushed out and had no time to look at them until I was in my car. These acrylics are thick, uneven, the color isn’t even on the entire nail and the art is very uneven and just plain ugly. I’d be fine if they had just said they didn’t have someone to do the art instead of trying and making it messy. I’m embarrassed for anyone to see my hands at this point. I’ll update this review after I can call in the morning to see what they’ll do.

The technicians are efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. My feet and hands always feel great after getting manicure/pedicure. The paraffin wax is worth it- I wear work boots all day and my feet are silk!

Definitely make an appointment because they are busy. I came in right at my scheduled time and they had a lot of people waiting but took me right away since I had the appointment which I appreciated because some nail salons will have you wait even if you have an appointment. I showed them a picture and they did a great job doing the ombre. Will definitely be back. I cant recall the woman who did my set but it was the station right next to the cash register. She was super friendly and talkative.

Salon is not at all professional and I do not recommend it unless you are comfortable being treated terribly and yelled at in front of the entire salon. I was degraded and humiliated and it was an awful experience.I called the salon today morning to book an appointment for today afternoon, 4 pm, and Sara answered and told me I was booked and good to go for 4 today. However, she did not book the appointment and I was not aware until calling the salon on my way to the appointment to let them know I am on my way but running 15 minutes late. A guy took my call, presumably the manager, and he said was snappy, outright rude, and in a derogatory manner, he told me appointment is not booked and that they can see me as long as I can get there asap. I told him that I am 15 minutes away and proceeded to drive there, but it took me 20 minutes versus 15 minutes, so when I arrived, the same guy openly and loudly scolded me in front of the entire salon telling me that I am late and that it will be a while before they can see me and went on and on about me being late. I snapped back, confronting him in front of the entire salon the way he confronted me, and told him Sara waa supposed to book the appointment for today at 4 and didnt despite telling me she booked it and that I am only 5 minutes later than I told him. He told me to leave the salon and go somewhere else. I was absolutely humiliated and disgusted and left and went elsewhere. He treated me like a dog, very very bad, and needs serious counseling for the way he treated me as I suspect he treats other customers in the same awful way

This place was busy, and I could see why. The stylists knew what they were doing and unlike other places Ive gone where they rush to get you out, instead they took their time, and their work shows it. I got a deluxe pedicure and a no chip manicure when I went. The pedicure was super relaxing. I love how my nails turned out! I recommend setting up an appointment ahead of time. Also, you might have to wait a few minutes.

I brought my 8 year old niece here to get rainbow nails before her birthday party. They were accommodating and patient when it came to her picking out multiple colors for her nails. Ot was quick and easy to get an appointment. They were friendly. The only negative is that I felt as though both of our pedicures were rushed. The business was not full of clients at the time, so Im not sure why they were in such a hurry. Regardless, she had a nice time and her nails looked super cute.

My nail salon closed. CP nails did a great mani pedi. Instead of a 5 minute ride I will drive 30 minutes to go here.

I love this salon! It is the best in the area by far. Everyone is very nice and they do quality work. The pricing is reasonable and this is my go to spot. Every time I show them an idea I have, it always comes out exactly how I imagined. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went here as an anniversary present. My wife signed me up for the $45 pedicure/massage and it was great! The owners and workers were all friendly. The massage was really refreshing. It was actually better than the massage we used to get at this one place in Griffith, Indiana. I was afraid the massage treatment would be over quickly, but it lasted a good amount of time for $45. My wife got the $55 treatment and she loved hers as well. She also really loved the toenail polish I picked out for her and she decided to use the same color for her fingernails also.

I have been going here for a year now and have never had a bad experience. They are always on time for their appointments, always extremely friendly and do great quality of work.

I called the nail salon and asked them if they could take a walk-in party of 3. They said no, I needed to make an appointment. They scheduled it for 4:30p. I asked if they would be able to take us all at 4:30p since it closed at 5p. I was told yes. We arrived a few minutes early and the place was packed. Every chair was full. 2 of us were seated after a 20 min wait. While all 3 of us were waiting there were multiple walk-ins that got seated and started before us. At least 3 people. The other person in our party waited for an hour before they were seated. I asked my nail tech if something could be done about her price and he said he had to ask his boss. They then had a long conversation and when I asked what the answer was I was told he is thinking about it. When we paid, the boss told us there would be no price adjustment and then told us a bunch of excuses why. None of them made sense. My conclusion: Dont come here. They messed up and chose not to make it right. They will not be getting any of our business again.

Got a full set done before a trip and I love them. The people are really nice, the pedicure is wonderful and very relaxing, and my nail tech was a professional and sweet as pie! I would definitely stop in. 💖💖💖

My nails just look terrible. Very uneven not the same size or shape and very poorly painted. My nails took maybe 30 minutes for gel! And never in my life getting my nails done has it been done in that short of time. I do not recommend this place at all.

My first time coming here for a fill and design. Place was very clean. Staff was very professional. I brought a design picture with me and the stylist pretty much nailed it. Will definitely use this salon again.

I honestly can’t believe this place has 4.6 stars. I waited with my feet in the water for 40 mins to just to have a 20 min pedicure. She didn’t even put lotion on my feet. The hot towel didn’t wrap all the way around my leg. She put a little lotion on the front of my leg rubbed it in and called it a day. Smh never again. Not worth the overpriced

After stating the nail color did not match the toe color the tech kept talking over me, it wasent a slight difference it was ivory verse baby pink. I’m not a Picky person and I actually never write reviews I asked kindly if it can be color matched a little better with the toenail polish color and he stated that he could not change it but had no problem charging me full price knowing I was not happy I have never had a tech not be accommodating at a nail salon. Would not recommend.

This place is awesome! All the techs are very good. I LOVE that they take appointments and are on time. I’m super busy and that’s very important to me. They have plexy glass dividers up all over the shop and they are constantly cleaning which I also love. Prices are comparable to most shops and you can’t beat the quality!

A little bit louder than some of the places I went to but I could care less with how good the quality was. Very thorough job but also in a timely manner. Not quick just to get it over with. The man that did my nails was also very gentle with my cuticles unlike most places I go to. The group that I went with was very pleased with their nails!! Definitely gonna be my new salon.

Full set with no chip. Sarah was my nail technician. She did a great job and didnt rush through like so many other nail salons do. Everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with Sarah. Prices were great! I paid 10 dollars less than the salon I usually go to and it was a much better experience! I plan on using CP Nails from this point forward.

I recently had a not-so-good experience at a different nail salon (Hot Nails & Spa, Cedar Lake). Coming here was a totally different experience. Clean, professional, kind. They took their time to properly do mine and my daughters nails. We both really enjoyed it here.

Did have a good experience i went here for a pedi and a full set. I made an appointment ahead of time. When I walked in the owner asked what I was here for and I told him. He had me pick a color and wait. My lady was 10 minutes late which I didnt really care about life happens. I was taken for my pedi which was great besides she either forgot my massage or just skimped . My nails were good. They could of used 1 more coat of color. But I felt my experience was rushed just because how extremely busy they are. I did like the experience tho. And would return on a less busy day . They were verry professional and clean.

:( i wanted to like this place. I opted for the mirrored nails for about 50 bucks and they damaged my finger bad. Messed up a cuticle and its now infected....

2 weeks after I had a full set put on and they didnt budge. Ive had full sets from other salons and they start getting air under them, or a small whack messes them up. Not these ones. Tracey I believe was the woman I saw and she took her time. I think my manicure took 45 minutes and these things are awesome. Its a bit of a drive for me (we went for a wedding and this is where the bride picked), and I dont get my nails done often but next time I do, I will be back.

I have been going to Crown Point nails for almost a yr now. Today I got this beautiful, kind woman ( Tracey) is her name. Wow!!! Want an amazing young lady with a little girl. We talked & talked, we laughed & laughed as well. We start talking about family & babies. Im a grandmother to 5 & another precious one. But anyways I look up and as Tracey was getting things cleaned up. I noticed a hear in her eyes. Remind you we just talked about our/ grandbabies. Do you ever think that we are suppose to meet a certain person in life? Tracey & I talked about everything today & her eyes was teared up and then mine teared up. She talked about her precious baby girl. Melted my heart because I was there once & now Im a grandmother & absolutely love it but anyways. These girls bust there butts doing this & the long hours. I gave Tracey a $40 dollar tip & she was so GRATEFUL & SO HAPPY. Please be kind to one another. You really dont know if something is bothering them. But she was the nicest girl I have met in awhile. I went to CP Nails for my first time yesterday looking for a place open later on Sundays. It was really nice, clean and I did not have to wait at all (thats always a plus for me). The woman did a thorough job on my pedicure and basic manicure. The prices were average, exactly what I expected. I will definitely go back, nice little place.

It was my first visit and Crystal was my nail tech. She did an excellent job. My nails were a mess and she transformed them. What I enjoyed most was the fact that she was my tech for the entire process - pedicure, fill, eyebrows. Made for an excellent self-care moment!

Honestly, I have had better. I had to get it done 2 times. My nails polish and files were uneven. My sister on the other hand had great nails! They where even and just beautiful. Walked in last night, Jerry and Jimmy stayed to do my pedicure and crome nails. I was extremely pleased at the service. I love love my crome nails.Went back today with my mother in a wheelchair she had a no chip manicure and a pedicure. (Due to being wheelchair bound ) she was unable to get into the pedicure spa tub, the nail tech sat on the floor and provided a fantastic much needed pedicure. She received service right away with smiles compassion and patients they were extremely courteous and respectful. Jimmy personally opend all doors and wheeled her out to the car. We are new to the area and have tried several different nail shops. Never did we receive this type of service anywhere else. Did I mention, place is very clean. #happyclient

Last time I got my nails done, I went to Beauty and the Beach and left horribly unsatisfied. I tried out CP Nails today for the first time, and it was absolutely wonderful!!! I absolutely love my nails and the staff was sweet and inviting. The place was very clean and the whole staff was very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!!

The water was lukewarm, as was the paraffin wax. The foot massage was fantastic tho. Definitely not the best pedi I’ve had but after this ridiculous lockdown I was desperately needing a pedi. Not happy about wearing a damn mask either or with the owner telling me “it’s a law”. No it’s not. You should check with how government laws get passed. 😡

By far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. They were so polite, so accommodating, and made it a very enjoyable/relaxing experience for my daughter and I. We will definitely be back, and recommend!

Tried them out today. At first I was skeptical and nervous while inside. When I walked in the place had a heavy smell of nail salon product so that was kind of overbearing. After a while, I got used to it though. I showed the nail tech Crystal what I wanted for my nails and she did a fantastic job. I have received compliments all day. I will be back again when im in need of fancy designs. Also love that walk ins are welcome.

Never had a problem with my nails! Crystal you are the best! Very Clean and so professional make you feel very comfortable! Not in there always talking there language that you cant understand them! They talk to you and with you!

Under new ownership/management. Much cleaner and friendlier! I love that they disinfect well and use brand new and/or sterile stuff... Not the case before. They were quite busy but the friendliness made up for the wait. Not many places offer you something to drink while you wait.... They do!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL since Jimmy left!!! I just sat there for almost an hour and a half for a $55 pedicure that I never got. I was turned away for a fill when I first arrived due to time and other people who promised to come back. I was told to sit and soak my feet this entire time!!!!! Nothing asked about how I was, if I wanted something to drink, sorry for the wait. NOTHING! The so-called new owner was SO RUDE and did EVERYTHING he could to stall so I would get up and walk out. I went to my car to eat since he was taking so long~walked in and he took messages off the phone, cleaned up, not even making ANY KIND of eye contact with me. I finally got up and left with not ONE THING said to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I just wasted a good chunk of time that could have been better spent getting a fill AND pedi somewhere else.

Amazing, Nancy was great. I went to another place, they messed up my nails, she was able to correct. The pedi was just wonderful, i will be back. My daughter is also very happy. They took their time, and not rushed through inspite they started to get busy. Everyone wanted to make sure that you were happy. I highly recommend.

Great Service and never a long wait

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and their work is nothing short of garbage. Not to mention while my nails were drying the nail tech was trimming her own cuticles with the same tools used on me. Then proceeded to put it back in her drawer without sanitizing it. After I received my pedicure the bowl was sprayed out with water and never cleaned properly. A week later my gel nails were popping off one by one then I went to get it fixed and the guy argued with me asking for my receipt and proof of when I was there because I had outgrowth. Do yourself a favor and dont EVER step foot in this place.

I went there 1 time when I chipped my nail and just love them I have been going to them for 8/9 months now. I live in Demotte and drive the 25 minutes to go to them. They are really friendly and they do a fantastic job on my nails.

When I first walked in I thought it might take a while because there were 6 nail technicians and 21 people in there! But to my surprise they were very fast and efficient. One of the first things I notice about a salon is the cleanliness....and CP nails was very clean and organized! I went in with my nails looking terrible, partial polish and all chipped and jagged, but I left feeling like a new person! My nails looked great and they did exactly what I asked for. My nail technician was a sweet lady named Vee! (I’m not sure if that is how it’s spelled) She was very kind and did just what I wanted. I would for sure go back to this place & I highly recommend it!

Cherry is amazing. Always does a wonderful job. I drive 40 mins just so she can do my nails. She is worth the drive. I have gone elsewhere and my nails have broken and chipped. Haven’t had one break on me yet. Pricing is very reasonable for the time she puts in. 😊 I am a very satisfied customer
