Had a good experience. I normally do my nails because Im always disappointed everytime I pay to get them done but I enjoyed my experience here.

Its a nice place

It depends what you want to do they have great pedicure packages and a variety of nail polish colors. They are not great with fake acrylic nails but are good with gel manicures. You can go and not get bothered with chatty conversation if you want to relax and get your nails done.

I went to get my nails done at this salon, bought a giftcard just so I wouldn’t have to worry about the cash to get them redone.. Not even a week later, two nails broke and broke my actual nailbeds as well. Both broken nails tore my actual nails, caused me immense pain and to bleed as well. Not to mention they didn’t even do them good in the first place, they didn’t cut my cuticles and they were bumpy as well. AVOID this place, they refused to refund my giftcard too regardless of my torn nails.

Ours of operation said till 6:30 on Sunday. Neon sign flashing OPEN front door wide open l walked in and asked to have the gel removed from my nails. Two patrons in the shop having services done and the woman at the front desk tells me they are closed. Very poor customer experience and I will never come back here!

Perfect nail salon. Clean, friendly, accommodating. One time i had to bring my infant son with me, and when he got fussy, the women in the salon actually held him and gave him a bottle while the others finished my nails! To me, that was AWESOME!

Terrible customer service! No regard for customer feedback! Prepare to be touched without being asked. The nail technicians were stand-offish. I got a bad/uncomfortable feeling as soon as I walked in there, should’ve listened to my gut. Very rough handling: I bleed on four different fingers.

Awful awful awful. The tech that did my nails did not care about anything I asked For. She ignored me when I told her I wanted gel and not dip. They charge $25 for gel polish and $25 for a fill. She made my nails so bulky and gross- she couldn’t shape them, blamed me for a nail she destroyed because I came in with it chipped and did whatever the f she wanted.Save your money and wait to go to your own salon, or even one at the mall. I came here because nothing was open after 5 in my area. I 100% regret it.

WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO!!!!!! I arrived and they sat me in a pedicure chair with water. Ive been waiting over an hour for assistance and no body helped me. They started treating people that arrived after me and left me sitting my feet in cold water . I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT GO THERE. I asked for help and they stood quiet. I hope that place goes out of business.

If you value your time and money do not go there. The guy, Charlie, expected me to walk out of the salon with my nail looking like crap (Ive posted a picture). After his 3rd try and my nails looking worst and worst each try, I decided to wait for someone else to fix it. The lady was nice and did a decent job. But clearly, not all of their staffs are properly trained. Its almost unacceptable to spend 3 hours for a shellac manicure when it should really take me 1hour.

Got a gift certificate to get a pedicure and thought I might as well get a full set, let me tell you they thought my certificate was fake and rushed the service, cut all my cuticles and was bleeding. They charged me $45 for a reg full set, the nails were not even and different shapes. Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to a fried and wont ever come back.

I love coming to park place, they are always so welcoming and have so many pedicure spa options! Oh and there open on sundays till 6:30 pm

I wouldnt give a star to them at all if I had a choice. They are unbelievably rude and ignorant. I asked for a gel mani with a simple design. I wanted two v shaped lines of my ring fingers and he gave me these jaggedly crooked lines that were so uneven..looked like a 5 year old did them. When I asked him to take it off and just paint them all the same solid color he began to give me a extremely rude and ignorant attitude. He grabbed my hand roughly and then Asked me to relax my hand so I did. He literally then smacked the top of my hand and said relax it. I was in complete shock. So he finished painting them and they still looked awful because he painted my nails over file dust and I still let him finish. I then asked the amount in which he said $45 so I handed him a gift certificate in which he said couldnt accept it. I asked why he said it wasnt from there...which it clearly stated the address and had the same logo right on the front of it. Mind you my friend bought this as a gift for me because this place is located at the top of my street. I walked away and showed the other woman and she said that was def theres and it was valid. He looked extremely pissed...let me just say I will never ever go there again nor would I recommend a dog to go there. Lol ugh worst nail place ever!!!! Should be shut down for good!!!!!

UNFRIENDLY - SLOPPY - UNPROFESSIONALLadies, you know how important our nails are- costly tooI asked for a full set, sit down, older man did not say hi NOTHING, did not crack a smile dont think he knows.all the nails are glued on, i see him take out a powder I knew wasnt acrylic- I said i want acrylic, he replied, WE DONT DO ACRYLIC NAILS HERE. ok have my full set. doesnt look great but ok perhaps when the color is on.I wanted white, with color WORSE. how can i describe it, A MESS !!! I kept asking clean here, there etc. RIDICULOUS. I went somewhere else and they fixed the polish went to - DIVA NAILS.NEVER AGAIN - One of my nails broke the next day and I was on vacation.BUT: a young man did my pedicure came out PERFECT.THERE ARE A TON OF NAIL SALONS - dont waste your time.Hope this helps

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE ! The nail tech was filling a cut on my finger, I asked him to please be careful and he told me to RELAX! That wasnt the first time he spoke to me in a rude manner during the visit. God knows what they were saying in their own language. SUCH RUDE PEOPLE and every time I went the tab was well over $100 for nails and feet. HORRIBLE BUSSINESS, cant wait to start my own and send them pictures and videos of a well run nail salon! Horrible customer service, they act like they already have enough money saved for the place to shut down! GOODLUCK

50 for a basic refill with gel, they have no diamonds, my nails chipped right the next day and there service sucks. Goodluck
