Wonderful salon!I’ve gone to quite a few salons for a gel pedi and find I’m not so satisfied with the quality of work. I decided to try Cosmo and had a great experience… I believe Yen helped me100% worth every dime and will be continuing my service here:) thanks a lot!!

One of the most relaxing experiences I have at a salon. From the front desk to my nail technician, everyone felt welcoming and treated me professionally - definitely a step above other salons in customer service. I sat very far from the other customers and they clean regularly whenever a customer leaves so I feel safer knowing they are following COVID regulations. The color came out shiny and none of it on my skin! Usually I am a stickler for minor details and I have no complaints with my nail technician. This salon definitely exceeds my expectations.

I made an appt 5 days ago for. Dip. The technician received me and help with color choice. After she removed my old polish she told me to sit in another chair because she had an appt with another customer.. So aggravating and a waste of my time. Seems logical they plan their appt time better.

Website asks that you are on time. Yet I sat with my feet in water that turned cold until 6:45. Wasted evening. Will find another nail salon…

Great place for a pedicure and manicure. They had tons of variety of colors. It was very relaxing. My nail artist was very attentive to me and very friendly. I loved LOVED how it came out both color and design. Super clean place as well. I made a reservation online and I am very happy with the service.

This is what $38 gets you. I was told the dip looks like this because my nail underneath was uneven. So I ask you what was the point of all the buffing before the layers of dip were put on then again after? By the way she put 2 layers of base on 1 hand and then 1 on the other. She didnt care about my experience she cared about the conversation she was having in her native tongue with the technician beside her. Another fun fact...The other technician told her client that Lee (my technician) was still on Vietnam time she was tired. Honestly I wouldnt of cared about any of that if she did a good job. Other than horrible nails the salon is clean, they have a huge selection of polishes, shellac, gel &dip and all of the other technicians besides mine were real friendly with their clients. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Thats why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I am just extremely disappointed that I went to whats supposed to be a higher end salon with this result. How my intelligence was insulted by telling me my nails were the problem. I guess I hadnt noticed until she told me that my natural nails have brush stroke marks, pock marks and apparently lumps all over them.

I liked coming to have my nails done at Cosmo... I had to reschedule my appointment beca I was in a meeting that took longer then expected. I had someone call to reschedule my nailappointment, I was then informed by my person that the gentleman ( owner) at Cosmo said that next time I reschedule I will have to pay a fee or even worse he will not book me until I paid in full and in advanced. I was never told of this “ policy “ I was so upset, I called Cosmo and spoke with the same gentleman. He told me the same thing . I told him I understand if he has this policy but I was never made aware of such policy. The then carried on by saying “ I can’t put every single policy on our site or in the nail salon” . I told him that this type of late fee or no show fee should be told to all his customers. They send everyone a reminder text so this should be included. I asked one of my very good friends that goes there and she said he was never told anything like this. Then after all that I told the man that I’ll be there the next day for my appointment. We hung up, I received a text that he canceled my appt and he called and left me a unprofessional voicemail. For an owner to do this he’s looking for an argument. I was shocked! I came for my last appointment and canceled all my future appointments and other I had set for my clients. Very unprofessional of him . I will never go back again. If anyone reading this.. BE AWARE IF YOU CANCEL FEW HOURS OR NO SHOW YOU WILL GET A FEE OR WOULD HAVE TO PAY IN FULL IN ADVANCE!

Unbelievable, reading the reviews. My wife’s best friend told me of her experience but after reading the reviews she’s not the only one. I was going to buy my wife a gift certificate package I’m glad I didn’t . I have a business and I don’t call my clients back to try and creat a toxic atmosphere. Yes I understand you can’t please everyone but professionalism goes a long way. Smh that’s a shame !

I look at reviews before going some places and I normally don’t do a feedback like this but, to the owner of cosmos nails... Sir, you are very unprofessional! I own a restaurant I do not respond to a unhappy customer’s review by putting their dates like you did . There’s different ways to reply to unhappy reviews. My restaurant is always busy and long waiting list on reservations but I would never put a customer’s date of cancellation on my feedback to his/her review, that’s uncalled for . Very unprofessional

I literally got this set down on sunday and by tuesday i slightly hit my nail and it came off 😡😡 ive had other sets on for months with absolutely nooo lifting or breaking yet ive had this done for not even 2 days . and my toe nails are clumpy ! i payed 110 for this smhUpdate: Its day 4 and another nail has liftedUpdate: Day 7 and 4 nails came off

My nails are always beautiful after the dip powder! I love coming to Cosmo for my nails - really the only place I trust in the Chapel View and Garden City area. They are always clean and professional. I dont have to wait since I book in advance. LOVE Cosmo!

I always come here to get my nails done and all of my experiences have been top-notch. I get the dip as always and they are shiny and beautiful. I love their new system to book online and they respond immediately to my requests.

I came here to visit from outside of the state and Cosmo did a fantastic job on my ombre nails! I did not have to wait for my appointment and my technician was very accommodating and understood what I wanted. The salon was very clean and upscale.

I ALWAYS go for the Spa Pedicure & Im ALWAYS SATISFIED! Id go everyday if I could. Everyone is friendly & the space is comfortable.

Absolutely the nail place to visit! Staff is amazing and so friendly. Hannah is my nail tech I have been seeing her for a year now, she’s the only one I see she’s that amazing at what she does!!!! Shout out to cosmo nails for always treating their customers like Gold!!!

I got a full set with gel polish done, it cost me $55 and I tipped $11 and not even 4 days after getting them done I had a nail come off. I’ve just had the set on for only two weeks, I have 4 nails left on now. I’ve never experienced my nails popping off like this ever!

All staff are very professional and friendly. They were accommodating to clients who arrived late or early for appointments without making the atmosphere feel stressful despite being busy.The work is quality and the salon itself is designed with style and class. Made you feel like you were in a spa.Also it is in great location and the plaza offers several shopping and dining options.I would recommend and return!

It was my first time going there and had a mani/pedi. The staff was all very welcoming and professional. The woman who worked with me was gentle and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back again.

Great little nail salon. I went in for a shellac manicure, no appointment. It was the middle of the day on a Wednesday, so there was no wait. My manicurist was super pleasant and she did a fantastic job. No photo but the shape was exactly what I wanted and the polish lasted 2.5 weeks before my first chip, which is a record for me. Very happy with their service.

Cosmo Nails provides a great service and has really stepped up their business to meet the CDC & state guidelines for COVID-19. their shop was extremely clean. Plexiglass dividers at nail stations and all employees & customers were wearing masks & abiding by social distancing rules. My pedicure was top notch.

I just got a gel manicure and regular pedicure.My toe nails look ok only because she didn’t have much to do and I already did the shape at home.The manicure on the other hand looks horrible!!!The nails are not cut straight or oval or any normal shape and the gel is going over my cuticles on the sides all the way to the skin around the nail. For $70 service I am very disappointed. Never again! I really wish I could also post a picture.

First time going here and last time. I was way overcharged, and was charged for services I didnt even want(being rubbed with lotion and oil up my arms and on my hands) my nails also have a ton of discrepancies. They didnt put The acrylic powder/gell stuff on correctly so ill be surprised if it lasts even 2 weeks til a fill, I had so much of the pink stuck to my fingers, even my french manicure Is missing pieces of white. I had a simple design done on just my ring fingers and was charged 10+ for just that and the design came out so horribly bad, and uneven. So disappointed. My friend got a 2 finger design and used more colors then me and was charged 15/20$ less then me. NEVER EVER will I go back there.UPDATE: they didn’t even last a week. They all lifted, cracked and looked so horrible I was embarrassed. I also got an infection where they cut me and made me bleed. The other place I went to That fixed this monstrosity even said this place should be ashamed of themselves and I shouldnt of paid for such a horrible job done. I hope everyone that’s thinking of going here reads this. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do NOT go to this place unless you wanna throw your money away!

This was my first time coming here, I booked a head of time, because I wasnt sure how busy they would be. I got a basic mani and pedi by Yen. My first impressions with how clean it was in the salon, and the fact that the smell of acetone and nail polish didnt smack me in the face when I walked in which is a first! I was greeted by everyone and was taken back for my pedicure first, then had my manicure after.I do appreciate how they did not try to up sell what I originally came in for. I have been to far too many places where they pressure sell you into getting more than what you want. Yen did a fantastic job, she was clean, sanitary and very professional! I will be back for sure.

The nail tech wasnt friendly and she cut my cuticle so deeply, which caused bleeding and she didnt even apologize. Will never come back to this salon. I DO NOT recommend coming here at all!!

I have been going to Cosmo Nails pretty much since they opened. The service is always very good and they are meticulous. Your fingers and toes will look ahhhhhhhmazing. I love, Christine, David,Carol and everyone who works there and so do my friends who go there.

This was my first time here. I asked for a gel nail fill. When the girl started my nails she started using a product that looked like acrylic. So I stopped her and asked if that was acrylic and she told me it was not. So I let her put it on and then when she did not cure it I asked her again and she did not understand why it would need to be cured. So then someone sitting behind us over heard the conversation and told me that you have to specify if you want liquid or powder gel nails and that they do not do liquid. I have never had to specify that information any where I have been. Gel is Gel. I am allergic to acrylic which is the reason I get gel. When I said this to the women they did nothing about it. Just ignored the fact that I said I would break out in hives around my hands. Didn’t even offer to remove the product from my nails. So unprofessional. I will never return here.

I spent 48.00 and the next day the Polish chipped.. really???wont go back there..

Nice place, but nothing different from other Chinese places, I asked for 3 different designs for my nail and I end up with no nail polish, because the only answer was no, I could get same thing for less price

Christine is the worst excuse for a professional salon owner I had nail fungus which when I confronted her she told me to take my business elsewhere. I filed a complaint with board of health for this salon using unsterilized tools and big brushes which harbor bacteria. Looks upscale but is not

By far the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The only reason theyre still open is because theyre in Chapel View otherwise they would have been shut down. Owners are very rude and you certainly dont get what you pay for!
