I knew my nails were horrible when I left— but I’m not one to complain. I was in a pinch and couldn’t get in my normal place. When I left the polish was so poorly on there and the acrylic barley covered my real nails. This is ONE week after getting them done. They chipped the day I got them done. My normal place I can go 4 weeks and the polish doesn’t chip... this is disgraceful. And people say “go back” why? Obviously these people can’t do nails.

Been going here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love their work! Specifically Jasmine since she’s done the best job in my opinion. I have never had one nail come off during this past year and even the nail polish lasts longer than expected. The other girls are great as well I just felt the most comfortable with jasmine

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and disappointed to say I will no longer be a client here after I have been consistently going here for over a year. I got my nails done Friday with a different technician than I usually see due to the fact that Kenya was booked. This technician took well over an hour for only a gel polish change on my hands and a regular polish change on my toes. She seemed very unskilled and failed to completely remove all of my black gel polish from my prior visit. She also did not paint the edges well and overall they looked terrible. Because she took so long I was tight on time getting my my next appointment that day and needed to leave. I came back today, Monday, (only 3 days later) to see if they would be able to fix them and was told I would have to pay because they “didn’t seem anything wrong with them.” I have never before complained or had an issue with my nails before. I will be sure to no longer send anyone here.

I was a walk-in at 11 on a Saturday morning. Everyone was friendly and my technician was extremely talented. She was able to find a matching non gel color for my feet. She also did wonders for my eyebrows. I will definitely be going back. If I knew people I would recommend this place. See you in a few weeks for a touch up.

I will never go to a different salon again! I followed ally from five star nails to her new salon. She does an amazing job! She takes her time to really perfect each nail. And she asks you after cutting and filing if you like the shape so far instead of rushing through. They also have great colors. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Ally and Eliza are the go to girls there!

I’ve been to several nail salons with high ratings and have been disappointed every time. I love Kai’s! It is clean. The staff is friendly. You have a variety of personalities and they actually speak to you. I see T and I love her! Kenya and Ally are great too and so is Tina. I usually get the acrylic and they have never broken off compared to other places I’ve been to. I did have an experience with one staff member who I had to ask to redo a couple of my nails however it was one person and she fixed it on the spot and it happens!! I recommend Kai’s to anyone. Ask for T!

I Went there for a gel manicure they broke pretty much all my nails underneath and the gel Polish peeled off the next day.

Got my gel manicure done at Kais for the first time. My nails look great, their service is amazing very clean and hygienic but the person who did my nails was really rude. I felt like I was bothering her and I said little or nothing at all. I wish she would have made me feel welcome, she didnt even smile at least. I really have nothing more negative to say, hence the 4 stars.

Went there for a gel fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was rushed and the polish was a little sloppy and didn’t even last me through the week. I went on my vacation with chipped polish on my toes and had to get them redone while there. My fill looked nice along with the gel I got but again the gel was peeling within the week. It’s frustrating paying the extra money for something that’s supposed to last longer and barely lasts at all. I won’t be returning.

This place is absolutely horrifying. I wish I took pictures of what my nails looked like after leaving this place. I k re the women doing my nails had no freaking idea what she was doing. Then when all was said and done another woman comes over and checks my nails and says in English I just wanted to see the color how pretty. Meanwhile talki g to the girl that did my nails in their language. Probably or hopefully telling her how horrible they were. Now they charged me full price and whats even worse is when u pay any mo ey for a service and they literally have like 20 workers in there.. if someone is training still the customer should be asked if they mind have that training worker to do there nails.. And also if the customer agrees they should pay a discounted price. I can not understand why this place is also so busy over never never had a worse experience getting my nails dont than this place. HORRIBLE!!!

The worst pedicure ever it didn’t even last the ride home. The dips (next gen ) the girl was texting throughout and my nails are gloppy. When I called within 20 minutes I was told to come back. I clearly asked if I needed an apointment . I was told no. When I came in there were a few customers. I asked about their timing and if I should come back. The one guy that works here was very rude and couldn’t even tell me an approximate time and he proceeds to raise his voice. Worst service ever - too many good places to go to where the people do there job well and are kind.

Walked in, asked for 2 manicures and was told there was a 10 minute wait. Sat waiting for over 20 mins and then someone came and told us it would be another 45 minutes because everyone else has an appointment. I have been here many times but I will never go back. If I could give zero stars I would.

I search for a new nail salon for about a year, trying alot of different salons in the area till I found Kais Nail Salon. The Salon is always clean, the staff always greets me upon my arrival and they are always professional and accommodating to me needs. With some af the technicians, there is a little bit of a language barrier, but they dont mean anything bad, it just may come out wrong.If you aree looking for the best place to havee your mani and / or pedi done, Kais Nail Salon is the place to go. Call or wall on and ask for Tina or Dari, they will be more than happy to take care of your every need!!!

I have been here a handful of times since a friend recommended it. I have only had one sub-par experience. My nail polish was bumpy and eventually those bumps popped and wiped off half of the nail polish on that finger. Also two of my nails broke with in the first week. I believe this was from this particular technician filing the tips at an angel (seemed a bit on of her to do that since it makes the tips of your nails thin) Either way I have learned my lesson to ask for Kenya. She is a perfectionist. She takes her time, so dont go in a hurry. Your outcome will be perfect nails that last until your next visit 2-3 weeks later. I have weak, thin nails so I choose gell manicures at a minuscule price of $22, you really cant go wrong. My nails since doing gell have been long and beautiful. I have never had to wait, I go on Thursdays and have both manis and petis. They also offer gell petis which most places dont.
