First time coming here and definitely not my last. Lina was great and surprisingly strong! Very thorough and super relaxing. I couldnt get over the fact that the 15 minute massage was included. 100% coming back. Id post photos but definitely not for free ah ha ha

Good place. They massage your feet and back. Some massage better than others but overall nice people, wish it was a little slower paced tho, but who doesn’t when they get a massage ? Have a detailed menu of services.

They had very little colors to choose from. The owners husband is very rude. I wanted to take my acrylics off and just put a clear gel on. I asked if he could do that and he rolled his eyes at me and called his wife over to answer me. Totally unprofessional. Every time I tell them what I want, they dont understand. They need to get thier act together. This is a service and people spend a lot of money there.

The salon appeared very clean the employees were very nice. My friends took me here to surprise me to get my nails done, since my boyfriend was proposing to me. However, two and half weeks later, I attempt to soak off my “full set” and after soaking and scraping for 2 hours and 45 minutes, I got ONE hand off and now I am covered in this nasty sticky stuff from the nails. I have no idea what on earth they applied to my nails to get me a “full set” but it is horrible!!! Nobody should have to go through this hassle of taking this GUNK off of your nails.

The place appeared clean but pay attention to the tools they use unsanitary!! I had a mani/pedi and felt very rushed! She never even let me soak my hands or feet; she cut my cuticles dry! my nails had ridges under the polish from not buffing the surface. My daughter had a pedi and asked for a design. She paid $5 extra for polka-dot flowers i couldve done. Never again !!

Honestly one of the best salons Ive been to! Jessy is the sweetest, the owners are very pleasant and make sure they very well care of you. I will never go to another salon as long as Im in Rhode Island. The service isnt quick, but I always feel like Im leaving a spa when its all set and done. Id recommend this place to anyone :)

I went there because of the reviews online. There was a young Asian male doing my French tips he had an attitude the entire time doing my nails he would push my hands instead of telling me nicely to put my hands in the UV machine and while doing my nails I told him one of my nail, nail polish was Bubbly and before I could even get the word out of my month he cut me off and rudely said I know. After he was finished another employee put lotion on my hands and I told her I am not staying to do my pedicure, Im so sick of paying money for horrible service to these nail salons. so I will take money somewhere else with better customer service.

First thing I noticed when I walked in is that theyre very clean. I got a gel manicure and it was the best one Ive ever gotten. They gave me this hand scrub and soaked my hands in some gel substance and while my hands were absorbing that I got a nice shoulder massage which I wasnt expecting at all. When I went to pay for my manicure they even gave me a free olive oil body gel. Im not someone whos easily pleased but I would recommend this place to anyone.

This by far was the worst nail experience I have had in a long time. The manicure felt rushed and the way the nail polish was applied was incorrect. They do not soak your cuticles at all. I ended up smudging two nails so they had to repaint them. Come to find all of my nails had streaks on them. My moms nails were rough and the polish was dented. The owner offered to redo them the next day, but I could not because we had a family party. She really should have offered me and my mom a manicure gift card. My manicure now two days later is all chipped. What a waste of valuable time and money. We will never go back there.

Amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door. Very clean and professional. My mother and I visited recently getting gel manicure and a regular manicure. The work was amazing they took their time with the polish and after the manicure had a great massages. Definitely my new favorite salon in Cranston. Clean but it is so annoying to pay so much and not have the nails cut correctly (pedicure) and worry that I may scratch someone because my feet are so rough.And what’s up with the employee coming out of the room after servicing a man with her cheeks incredible flushed.And there is one male (maybe the owner) who can be incredibly mean. I worry for his staff!Kept wanting it to be wonderful but was disappointed and have gone back many times to give them a fair shot but need to move on

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to in RI!! Prices are similar to other salons in the area but French Nails is super clean, bright, and the service is wonderful. With your manicure you get a complimentary parrafin wax dip and massage.I am a rock climber, which is very tough on my nails. When Ive had gel manicures done at other salons my nails chip within the first week. The team here does my gels extra thick on my request. I can ALWAYS count on the gels to last 2 weeks without a single chip, even after several rock climbing sessions.The owner, Jenny, is a young hardworking woman who learns all of her customers names. I always feel welcome here.

I had a horrible experience here. I’ve been getting pedicures for decades now and for an establishment that looks good, they have poor customer service and could use additional training. The first manicurist that started my pedicure didn’t remove any of the cuticle and extra skin around my toes and when I asked her to, she got upset, was rude and still was ineffective. The manager/owner came over to assist and eventually Jessy took over and did a thorough job. Had it not been for Jessy, I would have given his place 1 star.

I get my nails done regularly and was just looking for a new experience and wanted to support other local businesses. Went and had a gel manicure done here some things I liked and some things I did not.Pros - Very Clean! I saw them get a new set of manicure tools and open the package in front of me. Nice to see everything is sanitized properly. I only stayed in the main area but the floors, desks and sink area was very clean.Pros - Nice selection of gel polishes.Cons- They do not soak your fingertips before removing the cuticles.Cons- Each time the girl snipped (rather painfully) my cuticle, she dipped the tool into acetone, which just made the cuticles burn. By the end my cuticles were in sooo much pain. I have never experienced this by any other manicurist EVER. Ive even had ones cut my cuticles and draw blood, this was much more painful.Cons - The acetone dried out my cuticles and skin around my nails very badly...a few days after this manicure my skin started to crack and bleed.Cons- Asked for rounded nails she still left them square, but just way shorter. (Minor annoyance, theyll grow back)Im not sure if this is a con or a pro but the girl did one finger at a time and had me put it under the light. Every where else Ive ever been would paint one full hand at a time and have you put it under the light. This didnt add to any discomfort it just seemed to make the process longer than necessary.My overall experience...I will not return. Perhaps this is just how one employee does manicures here..but honestly I do not want to chance it again.

It was my first time here and I must say it was on point. I am a huge patriots fan, with them going to the Super Bowl this Sunday I wanted something to represent them and thats exactly what I got from Andy. I showed him a picture that I saw on Pinterest and asked him if he can replicate it and he did that and then some. Very clean salon good location quick service.

Worst nail expierence ever. I get my nails done on a weekly basis and Ive never had someone take so long and do such a horrible job before. Owner was very nice and patient but even with that being said I wont be stepping foot in there and I definitely wont be recommending this salon to others.

Walked in an asked if they offered the dip for you nails, one woman responded yes, then another woman states that they only have acrylic. Your employees should know what products are offered

I absolutely love to coming French Nails!! The salon is soooo beautiful and the cleanest. The owners are always super nice and friendly, the employees are amazing!! The little Extras makes you feel like a goodness which is really the point. Lovely PLACE, highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Pedicure Ive ever had!

I came to this establishment on Monday with a friend of mine because she told me that they did very well in acrylic sets. I was highly disappointed with my experience. The workers dont really talk to you that well and when they do theyre very rude I was highly uncomfortable. My nail set was awful too. The same day I got them done two nails broke, I called and got them fixed, However 2 days after more of my nails kept breaking. I paid 52 dollars on my nails alone with the tip included and they didnt even last a week. My suggestion is just to save your money and dont waste your time lol. They have high-end prices with low-end quality.

I have never been so disappointed in my entire life, this place is very nice and very formal but the wax service terrible, I waxed all my life and decided to change for a closer place, being this already a painful treatment should be very fast and effective, the reality is that they did it very badly and the worst part is that took 1 hour and 20 minutes with a terrible results, I also found prices for color change super expensive color change in my feet was $15 for just painting my toes, found this extremely abusive my total experience in this place was almost 2 hours and 30 mins for waxing and color change .....extremely annoying and upset.
