Amazing building, good service.

The supervisor at the Scott Street location was rude. They keep sending my packages back and I dont know why. Newport post office is poor too. The mailman constantly delivers things to the wrong address. Piss poor. They should have Never sent my packages back. I am very irritated to say the least.

Your job is to deliver mail to the address listed on the parcel. I just uploaded a photo of 16 pieces of mail put in my mailbox, most of which went to Kenton County services (Sheriff, Attorney, Fiscal Court, Child Support, etc.), and a few personal pieces from banks and the like. I will drop them at the post office tomorrow, but cant promise the addressee will get them.

Biggest pieces of work Ive ever met in my life. Do not expect to get any assistance if you come here. They treat you so bad and do absolutely nothing. Interrupted me instead of ever letting me ask my question. He has no idea what I was asking him to do. Guys? What in the hell is going on there that your employees are allowed to treat us like that? By the way, my question is about a package that wasnt delivered to the mailbox of my apartment that is located outside in front of the door. Ive never had trouble before this package and I wanted to know if it was possible to leave instructions to leave it on the porch?

Carriers NEVER knock on the door. Leave notice after your home all day listening for them waiting for your package. You show up at the post office with the notice after you tell them to hold it there via the website and they can NEVER seem to find it UNTIL you get majorly upset and go there in person chasing something for a week that has been stashed somewhere in there back area the entire time and NOT even on the truck like they say it is. It makes you wonder if they WANT you to give up and forget about your stuff. Usually by the third visit there in person when it becomes a heated issue it magically shows up. Happens ALOT. Much room for improvement.

Service at this office is always quick & great. Postal workers are very nice & very helpful. I always do all my post office business at this location. Very nice old building. Not a lot of parking but still worth my time.

Just had to call because I accidentally had two package shipped to my old address after a move. The person at the post office VERY patiently took the extremely long tracking numbers that I provided, looked up the info, explained where my packages were, and cleared up some confusion with the tracking numbers. All was done with politeness and patience and was much appreciated.

I was here at 11:40AM on a Monday to ship a package, and the employee who helped me was fast, efficient, and courteous!

Rasheeda is incredibly helpful. Helped me out tracking down a package after a SUPERVISOR hung up on me. Yes, a supervisor literally hung up on me while I asking for assistance. I asked the same of Rasheeda as I asked the supervisor and he did not want to help whatsoever. She found my package within a minute. Although, Rasheeda wouldnt hand the phone back to that supervisor.. they all know they looked terrible. I would avoid at all costs.

I mean its the government post office. Its the exact same as the BMV.

Wow, I cant believe all the negative reviews! I did have a problem with my mail when I first moved in, but after a few calls I was told it was hard sometimes for the delivery folks because so many people moved in and out fairly quickly around my neighborhood. He suggested making sure that my name was more visable and so were my neighbors. We also went through a few delivery folks until the guy now- who is AWESOME! Also, I have packages I mail out quite often and have always loved the service I have received, okay, well there is one woman that is always hard to deal with and for no reason... Other than her, all of the other workers literally act like they love life and are happy to be there! They have helped me find solutions and have always been timely. I love that this is the post office I am closest too!

RACIST! Poor service! Slow service! Overcharging! I filled out one address change but only my daughter was changed! This is my second ADDRESS change with Covington Post Office! The postman assigned to my route seem to have an ATTITUDE! When he first saw me he DIDNT like me and when I saw him I DIDNT like him! He reminded me of a Natzi or Skin Head! Since moving at our new location I havent received any BILLING STATEMENTS just regular mail! I have been LATE paying monthly payments, lowered credit amount, and lowered credit score by these TACTICS!

U should be able to speak with someone about your ur mail instead of phone trees. Ridic!

Went to pick up something i forgot to post stamp on. They did not go to look for it. I hope that lazy person no longer work there. I wonder if he was not getting paid enough. Why do businesses hire that type people?

Tower Hill Plaza in Ft Wright has a mail pick up time at 1pm. On Mon, 3/5/18, I drove to mail a card at 11:30 am so I could meet the dead line. The mail truck was parked there. I opened my door & asked if he was picking up. He waved his hand in direction of the mail box & took off. I mailed the card & the card made the sound of hitting the bottom of the box.If the employees are going to pick up an hour & a half earlier, please post the new times.

Packages going missing, mail from employers going missing.. Tracking says notices are left when they arent.. Constantly leave neighbors mail in my box when they are both clearly labeled w our address on them.. Cant be missed.. Leave notes constantly.. Its like they literally cant read..when you call they just make excuses.. Terrible service and not good if you need to order stuff like everyone does now

Terrible post office. Only 1 window opened. Wait over 1 hour in line. I never have this problem anywhere else. People lost their mails, theyre complaining

I have not got any of my mail from my sister since i got a new mail man.All my mail from her just seems to go missing.Never had this problem before.I have lived at the same address for 15 years.So i do not think it is just me.Need to have this checked out.I have called and nothing seems to get solved.

My several experiences have been with inattentive employees that make things more difficult than they need to be.Ive had several issues with items that had to be redelivered.Itd be great to not have to deal with this location whatsoever

They are awesome!!! The woman looked for our package that was supposed to be delivered via standard mail but we was to late because they had already scanned it and had it on the mail truck ready to be delivered.

Needs to be open a lil longer like 7pm that would be nice.

Rude, dismissive employees. Had a package that was supposedly delivered, but never received it. Was treated like I did something wrong and now Im out the money I paid for the purchase I made. Incredibly disappointed. Wish there was a way to avoid the USPS.

Holly as well as a gentleman I spoke to a couple of days ago are incredibly rude! They cut you off in the middle of your sentence, and get aggravated when you politely ask them about a lost package. It is unfortunate that their misery is reflected at their place of employment. Will try to avoid this post office in the future.

Packages were late, items broken no responsibility or ownership for their short comings. Rude and sassy service!

Very UNPROFESSIONAL.The local mailperson left a notification in my box the first time that I had a package that needed to be picked up.Every time after that he just sent all of my packages back to sender without anyone notifying me to put my name on the mailbox.He never made any attempt to walk up the steps an deliver it to the front door.The people at this office assumed no responsibility.Currently I have $100 worth of mail lost? These are cruel people.There was a time when the Post Office actually tried to deliver peoples mail.This is more like deciding who can and cannot get mail in someone elses home.If your friend,girlfriend or relative is staying with you,you may be screwed.

My mailman delivered my package to someone else again. I think the mailman is getting to lazy to check the addresses on the mail.

When my regular mail man is out sick or on vacation my mail goes to the wrong address.

Postal workers sometimes leave mail and packages outside, on the doorstep of my apartment instead of in the locked vestibule.
