Reading the reviews, the same thing happened to me. Guy wanted to give me attitude and hang up on me because he sent over the wrong pickup time for shipper. Sounds like no matter who you talk to youll have this problem. 0/5 stars

Definitely DO NOT recommend this company. They booked a load with me, I was 100% honest and explained the whole situation about my driver. They said its not a problem at all. They canceled the load 5 mins before 5pm because they decided they needed a team and not a solo on that load. I ask them 10 times are we good on the load, they said everything is 100% good . Do not believe the words of this guys, they will book a load with you and still look for other options.

I booked a load with Jess it was pick one day drop the next . I had a break down and didn’t delivery until the following day I provided proof. After invoicing the company about quick pay I was verbally attacked and bullied by Mark in accounting and Jess on a emailed thread because misrepresentation on payment terms of payment. I was only looking to be paid as quick as possible. Never spoke with Jess after booking only a gentleman Brent. They do not Pay proper terms and have horrible attitudes.... No one to speak with in accounting only email correspondence BAD COMPANY

IIf I could put a review in minus will do. Dont ever work with this broker especially with Joseph Driver and Brian Lipsky. They gave me a load and my driver was there at the time when I told them! The load wasnt on the schedule for that day at all it wasnt ready. I told them that and they didnt wanna pay the extra money and try to threaten me with a blacklist or bad reviews!-Never do business with this broker! They dont know what is happening with their freight and dont wanna play extra money for their fault!

Horrible company calls me for a truck and when I said no thank you to there load the guy tells me I will mark you as no load it’s like you guys called me for help I didn’t call you guys so please take time to teach your staff manners and respecting carriers
