Got my first haircut since the pandemic started, and my first at this location. Being able to sign in remotely was great. Got there and found out they had set up the stations to be able to do the cuts outside, which was a pleasant surprise safety-wise. They were also using a different cover for each customer, and seemed to be disinfecting the equipment regularly. Very pleased with these precautionary measures. The cut was quick and pretty precise to what I asked. My one complaint would be that it took a good bit longer to get on the chair than expected, even with the remote check in. But thats sort of understandable as they seem to be pretty busy, with many other places being closed, and it had the longest weekend hours if all Sports Clips within the nearest several towns. All in all, it was a good experience and Id come again.

I know they are doing what they have to do, but there is a reason there are health laws against cutting hair outside. This is insane we are waiving laws that protect health to protect health. The hair flying over in the wind was disgusting. Definitely will not repeat this experience. Thank you King Newsom for creating a third world experience for us.

I love this place! They made me feel super comfortable when I went in for a cut. The manager Wilmer seems like a great guy and runs this place well. Highly recommend.

Navigating any business in the time of CoVid-19 has got to be challenging. Sports Clips 17th in Costa Mesa shpild leaf the City into flu season. This place has it down better than any other Ive seen. Organized. Personable under stress. Thank you for the great cut.

I was just in this store and it was the worst haircut of my life. I asked for a #2 on the sides and for it to fade into a 1 inch length on top.I had sat in the chair for over an hour and a half. The stylist had to repeatedly ask me for help on how to cut my hair. After the 3rd time of repeating what I wanted I had to tell her that I didn’t understand how I could possibly be more clear.I ended up leaving with an uneven haircut that doesn’t even resemble what I asked for and wasted a good chunk of my day.

Im glad this location is open now must call in however. I had the pleasure of having Rebecca cut my hair....she was very professional and met my needs. It was a little unusual having to wear a mask while getting a haircut but under the circumstances its understandable and do appreciate Rebecca and all the staff for accommodating and still give the community a much wanted service.

I recently had stylist Mason, by far the best hair cut I ever recieved! Good conversation, attention to detail and a perfectionist. He truly loves what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Love coming here. Amy was amazing. She recommended how I could fix my hair and did an amazing job. Will definitely come back.

First and last time at this location. Completely Ignored what I requested and wasnt fully attentive as well. Felt like it was rushed. I even provided a photo as reference and it wasn’t even useful.

I just recently got my haircut here for the first time with Kristy. Kristy did an awesome job. I havent had a haircut in ages and had a lot of split ends. I really left her to her own devices to figure out how much of my hair needed to be chopped off that she felt was unhealthy. She did cut off a fair amount and gave me some awesome volume through layers. The cut and wash was 100, so definitely on the pricier side of things, but much needed. I will definitely come back for my next hair cut with her.

Poor customer service. Closed early before 5:30pm without any advanced notice or care at all.Stylists are always complaining abt poor ownership as well.

This place is great. The Triple Play is very relaxing with the facial towel wrap and shampoo. You can even ask for a double Triple Play - two towel wraps and two shampoos. A double MVP is great too. Oksana was my stylist.

Went in for a haircut for my two year old son. Cut was terrible! Uneven, patchy with the front and sides uneven.Manager contacted me and offered a full refund and a free cut.Thanks you for making sure the customer was satisfied

This is strange. I went last Thursday, for a cut and they were closed. They seem to be out of business. So much for Sports Clips.
