I called a little last minute and Gabriela Lopez was so accommodating to my crazy schedule right before the thanksgiving holiday. She even came in early after working all night. I got a cut, condition, and blow out. She’s amazing! Definitely will be back soon.

Where do I begin?! Absolutely amazing thats all I can say!First and foremost Lisa is everything you want you in a hairdresser. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic, friendly, the opposite of fake and best of all a brilliant stylist! She can cut hair beautifully, made my Brazilian blowout stunning and even taught me how to style my hair step by step and willingly. Ive never had a stylist do this before! P.s. she used a Brazilian keratin for those of you wondering which Brazilian product she used. Also i came here for Groupon and she didnt even blink an eye (Ive noticed sometimes when you mention Groupon automatically their personality changes and they treat you like lower class citizens and give you half the service) but not Lisa! Just make sure to pay her the Groupon price instead of Groupon so its easiest and cheaper for everyone! Plus she honors the same price everytime no matter how mangy times youve come!😄The salon itself is a little hard to find, its located in the mothers market shopping center but the inside is perfect! Nice, trendy, clean, beautiful decor, comfy salon chairs. Definitely a salon you would want to keep coming back to over and over again!Looking around I can see they only use the top name brand products so this is also another plus!Other services offered here are extensions and amazing coloring!If i could give this place 6 stars I so would! 😁

Lorrie is great! She listens and always makes sure youre happy. She has done my 16 yr old daughters hair extensions for the past year and is very knowledgeable and experienced. Lorrie is always flexible and accommodating to our schedule and promptly responds to messages as well. We live 40 minutes away and we are more than happy to make the drive to come see her! Salon environment is very nice too! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Hair Matters Salon since it opened because I have been Lorries client for 16 years. My daughter and I both have crazy curly and frizzy hair. Lorrie and staff here are so knowledgeable about hair, they do amazing work, and all are super friendly. Lorrie does great work with both of our crazy hair and this location is super convenient. I am a client for life!!! ❤️

I absolutely love this place! Heather and Lorrie are amazing! I have been going to Heather for about 7 years now, but since shes on maternity leave, I have been going to Lorrie. Whom I now adore! The color is always perfect! I would definitely recommend this salon.

Lorrie is truly a gifted stylist. I came to Hair Matters with 7 inches of regrowth and very damaged hair that was making me miserable because it was so unmanageable and awful. She completely transformed my hair and not only that but made me feel better about myself. Your hair is your crown so take care if it! Thank you Lorrie!

I came to Hair Matters because my last hair stylist messed up my extensions and wow, I love this place!! Lorrie answered all my questions via text and booked me an appointment the next day. Right when I came in, she was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Getting tip extensions redone is a painful process but she was as gentle as possible and blended my extensions perfectly. I also told her I wanted to dye my hair dark but she showed me another way I could fix my roots and keep my blonde and Im so thankful I stayed blonde. She walked me through everything she was doing and made sure I knew what she was planning on doing with my hair. She was so sweet and made the time pass by. Prices are very affordable for wonderful service.
