This is the first time I went to this Supercuts. It was very clean. I had Katie who was so good at cutting hair and did just what I asked. I will be back to see Katie again!!!

Always a great haircut, expensive but quick

Excellent. I checked in online. We showed up a little late. Waited about 5-10 minutes. Showed her what my son wanted and proof of went his hair. Sad mommy. I miss his long hair. Its time to start over again. ♡ we got the SUPERCUT JR. Thank you.

Clean, friendly, and very conscious of social distancing while cutting hair which is a major feat. Stylists and clients wear masks but it’s still relaxing and not awkward. Easy to schedule online for an appointment and they know your name when you arrive. Sign up for the monthly membership definitely worth it.

I have been coming to this location for over ten years and Katie has been cutting my hair since day one. Most people think of Supercuts as a place to get an inexpensive haircut by people brand new in the industry. This is definitely not the case. I will never go anywhere else or have anyone else ever cut my hair because Katie does such an awesome job. She takes her time and always makes sure that I am satisfied with my haircut. She definitely has the skills to work at any high end hair salon in Orange County. I would definitely pay top dollar for her services. Supercuts is very fortunate to have someone with Katie’s skills and professionalism working for the company. Please don’t ever let her leave!

I have been going to specific location for nearly 10 years now. I have been getting my hair cut by Katie since going to this location and by far one of the best stylists in the area. I have been to several other salons and Super Cuts locations. Nothing compares. I highly recommend that you don’t overlook such amazing talent and service. In addition, SJ is one of the best managers this location has had in years. Give them a call today and make an appointment- you’ll be very pleased.

So what can I say about this location that hasn’t already been said. For starters I think this location is far better than the east 17th st location in Costa Mesa.The staff is very very friendly and the store itself is very clean. It’s also not as full or as packed as the other store so waiting time is minimal.And lastly in my personal opinion the hair stylist Katie is simply the best! She is a true professional and it really shows! I don’t know how long she has been there but she’s the reason why I keep going back as a repeat customer. The attention to detail that she does and honestly I think she really knows hair in general.I have had the pleasure to experience the rest of the staff and they are all professionals of what they do but in my opinion Katie is the right stylist for me.

I love going to this location on harbor Blvd, in Costa mesa. Friendly staff very clean and love the fact that if you make in appointment you just walk right in and no waiting.My absolute favorite stylist is katie... she knows exactly the way I want my hair done is plays very close attention to the small details. The cut was not good. The customer service was lacking . They store looked great, clean and well stocked . Gabby cut my hair. I liked her tools all very modern, except I am not a fan of a scissor combs. If I come here again Ill see if someone else can cut it .

I went to this store with my husband, I was so impressed of this store by organized and cleaned. My husband like his new hair which was done by Sylvie. She is so friendly and her technique is amazing.

I came in a hurry and Katie helped me right away. Her area was clean and she is all smiles. I gave her a photo of the cut I intended to get from my usual hair stylist who was overbooked for the day. Katie did my hair in less than an hour. I also HAVE to add the she listened to absolutely every detail I told her. I asked for an assymetrical hair cut but not too dramatic in order to keep my lob feel. Pretty much Katie saved me time and had me ready for the rest of my day.

I went to get a hair cut a few days ago. My stylish was Khanh. She was very friendly and has great eyes for style, I asked for something modern and look good. Its the worst saloon Ive ever been to.Theres a hair stylist called Lisa.You can barely understand what she says.Shes awful.Ive been there three times because I was new to this area and unfortunately each time she was the one worked on my hair.Ive never looked that stupid in my life after I asked her to give me a Bobs hair cut!The two sides of my hair is not the same and I look like Egyptians slaves with this crazy hair cut.This happened to me twice and just because I used to have Bobs hair style for my entire life and I think its an easy routine hair style for the barbers.I have to wait for another 5 months for my hair to grow to get another hair cut and this is while Im invited to a graduation party next week!!!The third time happened a few months ago when I asked her to trim my daughters hair for school and she said she doesnt know what kind of style I mean.The more I insisted on having a simple trim the more she insisted on picking a hair style.Finally we left there mad without a hair cut.I do not recommend this terrible place to anyone.

My favorite place to come is this location on Harbor. There are closer locations to my home in HB, but I will always come to this location. Got a haircut from Kim Ann yesterday. The worst hair cut I have ever had. She had to get her manager to fix the bald spot she gave me.. the the manager gave me vertical, semi vertical fade??? WTH!!! I mean, you couldnt do a worse job. Avoid this place like the plague.

Stay away from The manager Gabby. I receive coupons from this hair salon via email on monthly basis and Gabby is the only person there who always comes up with an excuse not to honor the coupons. Today I tried to use a coupon again at check out and for the 3rd time in the last few months she refused the coupon and said it’s not valid for Kids cuts. For the record Their coupons always indicates wethere it’s for adults or general and I brought it to her attention and told her that she’s the only person that doesn’t like to honor the coupons and that every other stylist takes and honors the coupons and she threatened to call the cops on me In front of 9 year old kid. My son is traumatized by Gabby’s behavior towards us today. My family has been going to this place for years and this the kind of customer service this NEW MANAGER offers. VERY RUDE!!!
