I always enjoy my time at Nails + Spa. I consistently leave very pleased with the service, whether it is a manicure or pedicure. Their prices and services are incredibly priced and I always feel like they are going the extra mile to do a thorough and beautiful job. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The pedicure and pedicure massage were excellent! Prices are great too.

One of the best salons I have gone to. I am prone to getting ingrown toenails and Sophia ALWAYS reliefs me from such pain and a costly trip to the doctor. Everyone is so nice.

Fabulous service! I got a pedi and an acrylic refill and they took their time to make sure my nails were well done but quick enough that I didnt have to wait there for hours. The prices are at a good rate. I will definitely be coming back again!

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year, Lina and Kyle are very nice. My nails look amazing every time I leave and I get many compliments on them. If she is busy, she gives me the option of waiting or coming back at another time. I have taken my mom, my sister, my daughter and even my husband for a pedicure. I love this place.

Love this place, they are always friendly and do an excellent job. Their dips last longer than at most places and their pedis are relaxing.

The man who did my nails didn’t ask my opinion on length or shape until I stopped him. He glued my skin to the nail, hurt my cuticles really badly with the file, had terrible shape(too thick, extremely uneven, and different lengths), and it felt extremely rushed. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I do not recommend. I wish I could get my $31 back.

The 1st time I went was like 2weeks ago and did my nails perfect. Im glad I went there and they were really nice. I will be going back again

I go here often and they are great every time. They do not pressure me to get more expensive services and always find a way to fit me in without having to wait too long.

I love this place. This is the only nail salon I trust in Corvallis. They have never cut me, always are delicate with broken nails and have very reasonable pricing. My best pedicure ever was from here.

Worst pedicure ever! Less than a minute foot soak, if that long. Massage was a weak attempt. Nails are crooked, unevenly painted. Staff was not very friendly towards its customers. A very unenjoyable experience. First and last time at this establishment! Id give no stars if I could.

I wanted french tips..they were uneven to start and the shellac or top coat turned brown tinged ...ugh awful if i could post a pic here i wpuld!! The worst nails i have had in over 20 years!!

It really depends on who you get. Initially Kyle did my acrylic su and I was EXTREMELY unhappy with them. I went back 2 days after the fact and Lena was able to build on to them and fix them completely. Im so glad I went back, but Ill only let Lena do my nails from here out!

Had an appointment at 10:15am, they were suppose to be open at 10am....I sat in my car witho my mother, waiting for them to open. We left at 10:25am, they were still not open so we took our business else where.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. The lady that looks like she runs it is horrible. She was rude to me the first time i went for acrylics but i decided to give them a second chance. I called to see if they do eyebrow waxing she said yes and hung up on me. I walked over there walked in and she asked the girls after me how she could help them. I stood there waiting for a few minutes and finally she acknowledged me. I asked to get an eyebrow wax, all she said was shes too busy and turned to help someone else. No apology, no time frame to come back just ignored me. I understand when businesses are busy. They usually ask me to come back at a certain time and i have no problem with that but to just disregard my business is absurd. So rude and rest assured i will never go again or refer anyone to them. Dont waste your money.

Had a full set of nails done and over half have gaps under them. Now I have to pay someone better to fix them before they develop bacterial infections.

One of the worst experiences ever. I had an appointment and needed a mani (full set) and pedi before going to a very important networking conference. The pedicure was okay, however, the manicure was one of the worst I have ever received. While I was still sitting in the pedicure chair, a lady, who was quite pushy and rude, came over to start my manicure. My nails were minimally prepped and while one person was finishing my feet (which she still hadnt painted), I had the other lady gluing tips onto my nails. Most of the tips were crooked. When I went over to the table for the manicure, which should have taken a good 45 minutes to do properly, she put minimal acrylic on them, did not cut my cuticles, did not prep my nails and she used the wrong top coat on them. It has barely been a week and the acrylic is already coming up on the edges of the nails. The acrylic that actually covered the nails is very thin, a thin coating is the only thing covering the french tips. During this process, the lady ducked down under the nail desk and had to paint my toes. The process was rushed, unprofessional, and the staff was rude. In addition to this the bill was 62$!!! There are plenty of nail places in Corvallis, I would recommend any of the other ones!

The staff is polite, always remembers me even when its been a while, and does a good job. Its best to make an appointment though.

I had a great experience. I had a pedi and gel manicure. Both have lasted and never chipped. Ill be returning soon!

Went in a couple of times good service But had to go back twice to get gel Polish put on nails kept Peeling off very nice about doing it againAnd again and again but had to keep going backGood service but poor quality

Gel manicure was too thick, and gel peeled up after one week. Had to get them re done at a different salon after one week when other salons gel manicures usually last me well over 2 or 3 weeks.

It is always relaxing here. Staff is friendly - I always go to Kyle.

I called and made an apt for 5 the same day they said they had time. I just showed up at 5 for my apt. And was told they dont have time and no one marked in the book. Never again.

The only nail salon in Corvallis open before 11am. Or so I thought... Been waiting outside the door (that says open at 10am) for twenty minutes. Unreliable opening, but cant comment on the quality of services.
