Crystals nails is absolutely amazing! Me and two others got acrylics and it was an relaxing and beautiful experience. 10/10 service! Our nail technicians names were Tea, Crystal, and Michelle. They were gentle and personable. Our nails were nice and thin and the polish was applied beautifully.

Decent experience. Very relaxing. Didnt smell like most salons which can be very overwhelming. I did go in with a friend who is fragile and we explained very clearly how gentle they had to be with her. The first woman was not and who my friend started screaming in pain she just grabbed her foot more firmly and twisted. NOT COOL!However she was very quickly replaced my another woman. Tea. She was gentle and phenomenal. Did a perfect and thorough job on her toes and feet. Didnt hurt her once. Sometimes she winces taking off her socks and Tea didnt even make her wince. So impressed.

It was my first time there and I already love it. The place so clean and the guy nail tech was so friendly. What a great experience.

Wonderful job and so nice. I’m a farmer and have had nail places make me feel very bad about myself and how I don’t t keep up on my nails. Not this wonderful place. They are so nice pampered me and on top of that the lovely women gave me some great tips for everyday nail care. The nails have lasted 2 weeks of farm work The photo is after two weeks of farm work. I will be going back.

Crystal, Tam (sp) and everyone is so polite and makes me feel like they are happy to see me. They even asked how my Father was doing, which was so kind of them. Crystal ALWAYS does a fantastic job with my nails, and is so quick! The salon is GORGEOUS, clean and tidy. The decorum is outstanding! What more can I say, except that I look forward to going back. I havent had a manicure in almost 20 years and my experience here was great! Tea gave me a wonderful gel manicure with French tips and I couldnt be happier!

The place is very clean especially during this time. The staff are kind and want to make sure the quality is what you asked for. Michelle and Crystal were the nail techs for my sister and I. They were very kind and did a fantastic job with our designs. Though they were understaffed that day, they got appointments in as soon as they could with out doing a rush of a job on their clients. They are a little pricey though. Only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice employees, quality pedicures, good massage (exfoliant, hot rock, and hot towel), and a good polish color selection. Clean tools, all masked up, distanced chairs.Only thing is when I got my pedicure, the chair mustve been broken and I got sprayed with a bunch of water from my face to my legs. Completely soaked for the next hour. They gave me towels and all to dry off but I was so uncomfy the whole time. My nails turned out great but just an fyi!! Maybe just avoid the chair at the end 😂

This place is amazing! Theyre the only nail salon that I found in Corvallis that does dip powder nails at a reasonable price ($40). The tech was lovely and did an awesome job, I love how they came out. Even better was my dumb butt broke one of my nails (the acrylic cracked), and since I only got my nails done a few days ago, theyre totally willing to fix it for free! Best reasonably priced nail spot in Corvallis.

Every time Ive had my nails done here its fast and quality. Im picky, this place is very clean! Tons of options, my favorite being the dip nail. I always get tons of compliments. You have to use cash to tip. Also, these ladies work very hard and I hear people cancelling last minute which is extremely inconsiderate!! They seem staff for what is scheduled. Please dont do that to my favorite nail ladies!!

Id give no stars if I could. I went in with my bridesmaids to have our nails done for the big day. I couldnt find the colors i wanted so i asked for help and was told just to sit then i was yelled at for not picking my own color. If lots of cuts to your cuticles and a hostile environment is what you want go here. All i wanted was a light grey and light pink with I do this is what i got

I asked for a simple coral pink to white natural acrylics and got bubblegum pink to white. Not only did they not get the color right, the nails are super thick and they didnt push back my cuticles and didnt get to the root of my nail bed so about a week after, they are super grown out and look like garbage. I dont recommend.

I took my work team of 7 people and they were able to accommodate 7 pedicures at one time! All were high quality. I personally received a manicure as well and I am going on day 15 and they still look perfect. Most gel manicures last me 7-10 days. I have received endless compliments on my manicure. Have told everyone about this place! Will be going back.

The salon was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I found it easy to relax and enjoy the service. I left with a smile so I think Ill definitely go back.

Best place Ive gone to in town. My nails look so great. My dipped fingers lasted a month! Techs are very good. Atmosphere is tranquil and modern. Major plus is it doesnt smell like chemicals at all. Some other places I can hardly breathe. So happy I found this place!

I am a person cursed with ingrown toenails and the woman I had took the time to take care of me after not having a pedicure since March. Love this place!!

We walk in when they first open and they asked us to make an appointment. So we do that for 1130. We show up at 1125 and ask they if we live close to the salon and if we can come back either today for a second time or come tomorrow. NOPE. Even when they finish their manicures that they are doing right then, they will still way too far behind to take us within a decent time. They wanted us to come back late afternoon. So we’re supposed to come back later so then they can probably tell us again that they are too backed up and can’t take us until tomorrow?They ask you to make an appointment and then they are still too far behind because they still take walk ins?? Why didn’t we get that when we walked in at 10? Going somewhere else right now who will take us right away.

I took my daughter to get a spa pedicure for her 21st birthday. The first thing we noticed was that there was not an unbearable odor of acrylic nail chemicals. It was fresh and beautiful. There was soft music like a proper spa. The staff was friendly and professional and both of us really enjoyed our experience. The cost was comparable to others nail salons but included a parrafin dip and the hot stone massage. Oh, and the massaging chairs were awesome! I will be taking my mom there after I get paid.

I went to Crystal Nails for a full pedicure and it was AMAZING. The staff was extremely friendly and sweet, the place itself is upgraded and clean, and the results were stunning! They had a wonderful selection of nail color and prices were competitive but great. I would 100% recommend to go here over any other place in Corvallis. They also have free lollipops for when you wait :)

Quality nail salon with reasonable prices, gentle handling, and a hand massage at the end! Michelle did my nails and she was really sweet and talented. I got acrylics removed and gel nails for $35 total. I will be coming back!

The pedicure inself was great, the nail tech did a great job. However, a lady came in there with her 2 kids and they ran and screamed and she yelled at them for nearly an hour. Really? Am I being insensitive? I just never would have subjected other people to that mayhem. Anyway, great pedicure, the place doesnt smell strongly of acrylic and the technicians were nice. Oh, and they have the nice massage chair.

We had been hunting for a new nail salon and found Crystal Nails through Google. We are so happy with the results! I received a fill and shellac and my mom received same plus pedicure. The salon is clean and the staff is kind and professional. The pricing is competitive with many services and colors to choose from. The staff are meticulous with detail which I love! We have scheduled our next appointments and will be regular patrons.

The facility is clean but I definitely got the feeling that the ladies would rather be doing anything else and that the group had a lot to say about the patrons. That feeling that people were being criticized and judged by someone in another language....it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

Reasonably priced. Very clean. Keep in mind before your appointment that they need cash tips. They cannot charge your card.

My friend and I went in for pedicures. I was a bit apprehensive about the price initially, but it was SO worth it. Over the hour long pedicure, they massaged with the scrubs and hot stones and then finished up with a great polish. I will definitely be back!

I got a fill in and it barely lasted for 2 weeks. I don’t do anything heavy and my acrylic nails last usually a good month.They charge you if you get a broken nail the day after you get your nails done which is not nice and other places don’t do that!!!!

I went in with my best girl friend for a full shellac set and full Pedicure!! I was in heaven!! I am never going anywhere else..It smells clean and fresh like a spa should..Wish I could give it 10 stars!!

So I haven’t gotten my nails done since high school and I didn’t like that experience so I wanted to try again. And looking over reviews I saw this one had high hopes. But I was wrong 1) the man got my appointment wrong claiming I was a regular color instead of acrylic 2) while trying accommodate me he got upset a bit and made me feel it was my fault 3) when he “made” someone delay their appointment that was a mani/pedi he put me with someone else. While I was with her she kept hurting my hands and even at one point he came over again and snickered at my hands. I get that I have cuts on my hands but you don’t have to make me feel uncomfortable or belittled. In the end they charged me 60! I will not be returning and I even hate the way I felt leaving.
