My son had a small problem with his phone when part of the charger insert piece broke off in the port which was a huge problem because he could not charge his phone. He could not charge his new phone, and was away at school (almost 5 hours away from home), and I was frantic because I could not keep in touch with him. The gentleman pulled the broken part out with his surgery precision in less than 5 minutes with min to nil charge. I believe this man was his guardian angel from heaven this Sept 30 p.m. Wed. I am forever grateful to him for his skill and compassion. I will advertise this on the Suny Cortland Parents facebook page now...sooooo grateful!
