Very knowledgeable and friendly people

Their website advertises 3- day turnaround. However, I dropped off my computer and they told me 14 days before they will even look at it. I am picking it up tonight so I can try and fix it myself. Im happy to pay for convenience but this is way to long.Im sure they do good work. Thats probably why the wait is so long.
