I hired Zane Zimmerman to clean spilled milk out of my sons (who is high functioning austistic) brand new $1,026.00 computer. He cleaned out the milk, put old screws back in instead of the brand new ones that belong with it, charged me $60 and then found out he stole the SSD Drive out of it!!!! Charges will be pressed immediately!!! Scammer!! Doesnt return calls, msgs or texts. Lied about emailing me a return shipping label from acer, which he said he emailed me and didnt, know why? Acer said they do not give a return shipping label even under warranty you need to buy that yourself and pay return shipping to be repaired. Liar and a theif!!! Wish could give minus 100 stars but I want everyone to know how he stole from my child and myself (I am disabled with a brain tumor) he should be really proud of himself!!

I am very satisfied with zanes work he was very professional, quick, and friendly. i would highly recommend him to anyone that needs tech work. His prices are also very reasonable!

I just tried calling here to get an estimate on cleaning my laptop because I got hacked today and instead of talking to a person, I was greeted with a voicemail saying hello? hello? HELLOOO? oops you didnt reach me, leave a msg! Very unprofessional and i will be taking my business elsewhere

Z - Tech has always been there to fix all the technical problems at my place of business for years. Zane is very professional and a joy to have in the office.
