Ive done business with the location in Ithaca, and Im pleased to have one in Cortland now. They recently replaced the battery in my iPhone SE, and it is a great improvement. I met Preya, who is very friendly and helpful. She carefully explained what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions. It only took an hour to deal with the battery. I plan on bringing my sons phone in if I can pry it out of his hands first.....

We just took my kid’s Galaxy Note 4 here this afternoon and unfortunately, it’s totally dead and we have to get a new phone, but the people were kind, straight forward, and they knew what they were talking about. They didn’t try to take advantage of the situation and try to have us pay for some last hope refurbishment, they just recommended a site where we can purchase a used but mint-condition phone really cheaply. Brought in my Macbook for a battery replacement. Despite needing a few days for the battery to be ordered/shipped they had the job completed within a couple days! The staff I interacted with via email inquiry, and during drop off/pick up were all very friendly. Very glad to have found a local, reliable, and fairly priced repair shop.

I had a badly broken LED screen on my iPhone. I took it here and was helped immediately, and it was fixed within an hour. My phone is good as new. They did a great job, I would definitely recommend this place!

Just opened up in cortland saw them when i drove past the other day stopped in to get my daughters screen replaced and the woman working there was extremely fast, friendly and honest i thought she needed a battery replacement too but turns out she didnt after her phone was tested everything looked great! will recommend!

Great place to get ur phone fixed or ur friends the women was vary nice she fixed my friends phone in 20 mins than we all talked and got to pet her cute little bunny!
