So far Ive gotten my hair, nails and pedicure here. Very impressed that everyone has multiple skills and can perform several services. I would give it a 5 star but my rhinestones fell off after a few days. :(

Watch out Moms these nail technicians are taking advantage of young girls with credit cards. My daughter went and received a set of nails and paid. She is not a person to say I don’t like it. We called to see if they could fix the issue. They send they would she went back and they claim that they explained what they needed to do but never gave her and exact price of what she would be paying. So overall she ended up paying between both technicians almost two hundred dollars. And all they can is I’m sorry that things were not explained properly WOW. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is the worst place ever!!!!! Came in on 4-23-2021. I really hate how every body and social media hyped this place up! This is the place to go to if you dont have money to spend, but want something done. Most of the girls here are new, which is fine I understand you gotta learn somewhere. But that shouldve been something that they started with. Nobody has a name tag And there are lots of girls. My nails are so think, uneven, and rough. When I was picking out a color the girl seemed as though she was getting frustrated cause I didnt like any of the colors that she picked. They didnt have a huge selection of samples. Worst experience ever.

Kim D. Was so wonderful and gave me the talons of an icon. I can’t recommend this place enough, everyone’s portfolio is good too so no matter who does your nails you won’t leave dissatisfied.

I brought my mom to get a pedicure for her birthday. I have been here before and they always do an amazing job. I hate to complain but it seems that’s the only way to catch someone’s attention. So we arrived at 9:30am, the lady who was doing her pedicure was constantly answering the company phone, taking appointments getting up and going to the computer leaving multiple-multiple times while in the process of clipping, scrubbing. Etc. it was annoying to see all the other woman getting serviced as they were actually tending to their customers. My mom was just looking at me like what the heck. I’m still waiting it’s been over an hour 10:45 I’m still waiting to get a full set and my mom is half way through her pedicure.

I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. There was a DJ playing some great music. I waited over 30 min to be seated... It was BUSY. They gave a decent selection of dip powder options. My nail tech was Melissa and I lived her and the job she did. Ill be coming back!!

Cindy Corona is such a wonderful hair stylist with a heart to serve ! Cindy’s talent is transforming your “blah” hair style into the look you dream about . Every time I go to Kosmo to see Cindy I feel well cared for and excited to go home with confidence .

Dominic is awesome he did an amazing job on my hair. It’s difficult to go from dark hair to icey white but he did it and I’m so in love with my hair. I have received so many compliments..

First visit made a lasting impression. I got a set of SNS nails, a pedicure and lip/eyebrow wax. All three technicians were fabulous. I plan to return

I got my haircut with Levi and he is the sweetest, he gave the best scalp massage during my shampoo and made my scalp happy. He was very gentle. Super pleased with my haircut. Will be returning in 6 weeks for maintenance.

Today was my first time to go to Kosmo Salon in Corpus Christi and it was definitely worth the hour drive to get there. Can not wait to go back to them.

Great all in one place. We came in to Corpus for a weekend trip. I needed a full hookup hair, mani and pedi. I paid a big bill but expected that for what I needed done. They had to fit me in for my hair color and my guy got a man pedi also! 4 1/2 stars.😉

Beautiful work. I love the girl who did my nails.. Covid keeps them from providing clients drinks and I dont agree with that. I just wish I knew to bring my own drink because lots of places wont let you bring outside drinks inside. The owner came over and made sure I was taken care of so after that everything was amazing. It was before...I just needed a water lol. I wanted more but didnt because I was so thirsty.Thank you!

There are so many better places in Corpus than here to get your hair dyed. When I got there the ladies were very standoffish and kind of rude, my hairstylist made my hair pink instead of dark wine like I originally wanted and said that the dye was old so she redid it to a better color. Unfortunately it still wasnt the color I wanted but after being there for almost 5 hours I was done.Woke up this morning with my neck and bed sheets dyed red. I went to complain with my mom and got cleaned up. The manager is the only reason to give 2 stars instead of 1 and was the only nice and polite one there. She explained that these colors transfer which I already knew, but i pointed off Ive had my hair dyed crazier colors and theyve never have been this severe.After paying a total of 180 for a service, I thought I at least had the right to say hey, this was bad and I deserve at least some refund. The manager agreed it was an excessive amount to be charged for a bleach then a dye but I only received 30 dollars back which is only 6% of what I paid.Tl;Dr: Employees are very standoffish and come off as rude. They did not preform a simple service well and are very overpriced for the quality they do. The manager was the only nice woman there but I still only received a small portion of the money I paid for a service that was poorly done.There are sooo many better places to get a dye job in corpus. Im very sure that if I even went to cost cutters or super cuts, I would have received better service and better quality at a fraction of the price.

Don’t go here. They’re very unprofessional. Especially the male that does hair here. He is so unprofessional. While I’m waiting in his chair for my hair to be done, he’s visiting a client getting her nails done. Extremely stand off ish and I’m so glad I don’t come here anymore. Ive always loved coming to the salon however the last few times Ive come my nails break within the week and the last time I came to get a pedicure my nails just look horrible and thats for a second attempt. For what Im paying its not good work.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Wasnt busy at all so I was seen immediately. They asked that I washed my hands and took my temperature before seating me. Place was very clean and staff were friendly. Would have rated them higher but the hairstylist did not give me at all what I asked/showed her. Price was $30 and Im very disappointed in the way my hair turned out.

I can’t speak for service but I didn’t even make it thru the door. This was two separate occasions. The first time it took forever to try and make an appointment I think the receptionist was new. Needless to say I didn’t go to that appointment and I don’t think they cared they didn’t text or call to confirm or remind me! Today, I had an appointment and waited in my car for half hour and was never called in. This is thirty minutes after my appointment. I don’t have time to sit around as I have other appointments scheduled on the same day. I just think it’s rude and unprofessional. I had to call them and the girl asked my name and didn’t even apologize. RUDE

If I could give no stars I would. The hair stylist was an hour late to our appointment and when we did finally get started she really did not know how to approach my hair. I requested for a medium brown because the picture I showed her was impossible to do to my hair in its current condition. She ended up having to dye my hair twice because her first plan was not working out and no one bothered to apologize to me for ruining my hair, they just said it is okay we can fix it. Also she did not even bother to tell me what was going on with my hair she had to send another person to tell me what happened. I finally left the salon five hours later with my hair feeling overworked, damaged, and still had to pay the full price. The only reason I ended up paying less was because I choose not to let her cut my hair. When I finally left the salon my hair felt so itchy and uncomfortable; I washed my hair a day later and I realized there was a lot residue dye left in my hair causing it to be uncomfortable. There was so much left that it turned my bath water a really dark brown. Now my hair looks two toned and washed out for just getting it done. If you do not want your hair ruined go somewhere else.

My daughter and I enjoyed our experience at this salon! We both had pedicures and both technicians who served us were very particular so our pedicures turned out really good. We will definitely be regulars at this salon!

I loved i it was the best i went there one time because me and my friends were going out and we wanted our nails done and i ask someone on facebook and they said kosmo salon so they sent me the location and we went and when ever we went in there everyone was so nice everything was so clean and we got our nails done in a snap and i always went back so i loved it there

I found this place using Google reviews and decided to make an appointment. So glad I did. The staff were all very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend Jessica for hair. She was very helpful and kept me from making a mistake with bleaching my already damaged hair. We together chose a hair color that works well for me and I still have many natural looking hi-lights. I really love my haircut and cant wait to try different styles. I also recommend Laura for pedicure. She is warm a friendly and also has great eye for detail. Thanks to Kosmo Salon. I will be back!!

Been going to Kosmo’s for years now.. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails and feet done or hair.. All the staff there is wonderful.

They were ok decent from a distance but many flaws. Plus I was quoted a chair price and then got charged an extra $10. I might try this place again but not 100% sure if I should because I live an hour away.

My granddaughter Jessica Flores took me to Kosmos to get my nails done for my birthday it was a wonderful experience the ladies are super friendly and professional at the same time. This is my second time going and I am sold thank you so much for the professionalism. Rosy did a wonderful job

Went to this place to get my nails done since I havent had them done in a long while. I love the way they came out, however, it wasnt a very welcoming experience when i 1st arrived. Half of the staff seemed over the day even though it was just beginning. Would try them again and maybe catch everyone on a better day.

If i could give zero stars if possible I would. They did a terrible job on my nails! They came out super crooked and uneven. Some of my nails are not even the same color they are different shades of the color i chose! The girl didn’t know how to file them correctly, her name was Kayla. Save your time and money and find a better place elsewhere.

Absolutely loved and miss getting my nails done by Joann, she would do my SNS manicure and she never disappointed. HIGHLY recommend!

Salon was busy but I was waited on as soon as I walked in the door. My granddaughter had an appointment with Linh and was taken right back. Linh did a great job with her nails. Beautiful work!

Went in May to get my nails done & had the WORST experience. I never get my nails done so my boyfriend took me for my birthday. The girl doing my nails was so RUDE & even told me Do you have to be so complicated? She also lied to me about not having something I was asking for. It honestly looked like this girl hated her job.The same girl was supposed to do my toes but ended up having another girl do my toes and I waited 30 minutes until she finally started to do them. The next day the rhinestones on my fingers came off and so did my toe nail polish. I asked for a refund because I didnt want to go back to that place again but the manager said they couldnt give refunds. I went back to get my fingers redone free of charge but I was still disappointed with the experience I had there. Waste of time and waste of money.

Samantha did my sns today and she was absolutely amazing! I didnt feel rushed, she made sure I was happy with my shape and length before I left! All seem like regular things to check and do when going to a salon but it doesnt always happen. However, my experience at kosmo salon tonight was great! Definitely coming back!

My daughter got eyelash extensions from Cindy not too long ago. DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE!!!! Absolutely painful and completely ugly as well. They are not one to one and they just sit at the lash line! Had to remove them the next day because of how painful and sharp they were. We didnt know what we were missing until we had our lashes done with a lash tech that knew what she was doing. Please do not fall for the cheap price, your lashes will fall out and your eyes will sting.

Melissa is amazing! I came in after a previous place had not accomplished what I asked for with my nails and she delivered exactly what I hoped for!

*PLEASE READ*i went in to get my makeup done for my senior pictures. the makeup artist Dominique never introduced herself. She filled in my eyebrows horrendously. they were two different shapes and one was also very noticeably larger than the other. i ended up having to do them myself while she sat on her phone texting. she applied my foundation with no base or primer. She put about 4 layers of foundation on me. i provided my clinique foundation that is completely full coverage and she still caked it on. she only set my under eyes with powder. nothing else not even my nose. she applied way to much foundation and concealer on my nose causing it to be caked and it wasn’t set with powder. when she was applying high light to my checks i told her i wasn’t happy with the color she was using because it was not the proper color for my skin color. she told me that hey didn’t have any other highlighters. she ended up using her personal highlighter plate to me. with still was not the correct color. she didn’t blend my eyeshadow out well at all. there was still fallout under my eyes. it took her 4 attempts to apply my eyelash on my right eye. she ended up getting glue in my eye. and on the eyelashes i had to buy from there for $20. when she finished they weren’t on correctly at all. because of the glue in my eye i had a reaction causing my eye to water and mess up the eye makeup and my photos. i looked like i had a lazy eye due to the fact she didn’t put the lashes on evenly. i was charged $75 for this horrible experience. i told the lady at the register i was very unhappy and she only offered a half hearted “oh i’m sorry”. i’ve contacted this establishment for a refund of at least 30% and they have given me every excuse possible. The last time i called they said they will have to review the cameras to see if they want to give me a refund. Take my advice and don’t give this place you business when you need your makeup done. it is definitely not worth it. Dominique the makeup artist didn’t even say goodbye. she just walked away after she got my eyelashes on. so moral of the story don’t get your makeup done here.

Went and got my nails done and the nail tech messed up so many times and tried to fix them but couldnt and she did not talk or anything she was rude I was credited my money because they could give me a refund and I got a pedicure same lady did my pedicure and did not use clear coat or anything and was still rude did not even ask what color nail polish I wanted I told her I wanted to see nail polishes with glitter and she just brought one and put it on my toes. Will not be returning ever!

I always go to Linh to get my nails done, and she never disappoints. it’s more on the pricey side, but you’re getting what you pay for.my nails are always in tip top shape thanks to her. i’ll never go to another salon as long as she’s there.

Worst place ever to get your hair done! I wanted a blond Balayage and at first I was happy because I got what I wanted she told me to buy shampoo to keep my color in and also she told me not to wash my hair for a good 3 days, the fourth day I wash it all of the color came off like I mean if the color was gonna come off the first time washing it I wouldn’t had spend 210$ I sign this paper & I went back to get my money back they said I couldn’t that all they can do was we do it, they re-did my hair turned gray on the bottom .. I was so disappointed in them I am never going back ever again & I got my nails done there as well & they broke within a week . I recommend NO ONE GOING THERE!!

Worst salon ever! Spent almost $200 for the worst highlights I have ever gotten in my life. Asked the stylist NOT to make my hair orange and what does she do? Make my hair orange. She was talking to co-workers the whole time so of course she did not comprehend what I was telling her. Could have gone to Super cuts for this hot mess 💩

This place is over priced for horrible work they do. my nails came out terrible with uneven nails,polish was uneven and nails had dust and hair on them with small bubbles my nail polish chipped in less than 2 daysI do not recommend this place at all!

Although my nails where just fine very nicely done. Customer service was lacking. Also i was told there would be no big price diffrence when in fact what i asked for was a HUGE price diffrence. I wont be discouraged from going back just will definitely ask for someone diffrent

I had never been here before until today and I got Quan Tran to do my nails and he was really aggressive with the drill it made me bleed. Would not recommend going to him.
