Went yesterday and got a mani and a pedi. Paid $40 for my Pedi which was worth it. However my mani was $15 and didnt even last one night. Had to go back in to get my fingernails retouched up the next day because I had about four fingers where my nail polish came off. one of them completely and I did nothing but wash up. So I go in today, which is the next day, and ask them to touch it up. I told them I didnt want the same nail polish because it was coming off however they advised me they would have to charge me if they change the color. So I told them go ahead and touch it up because I just want what I paid for. They test it up and about 5 hours later when Im getting ready for bed after washing some dishes and washing my face I noticed my nail polish coming off again. At this point Im frustrated and I decided to see if I can peel off the nail polish. I can literally scrape all my nail polish off where it comes off whole. I will never go back to this facility and use their services and I recommend that you dont either unless you want to waste your money. I do not live in the same town or I would go back tomorrow. I do not recommend their services. Just not right. Very disappointing!!! I was able to take the nail polish off without nail polish remover.

They did a horrible job on my nails. That’s because I only came in for a fill. You can even see the new growth from previous set through the acrylic. He used a fan to dry them instead of light. They didnt dry correctly. I asked him to fix one of them. When I left I noticed another one was smudged, by that time I was done. Never coming back. This guy actually seemed proud of his work too 🙄

If I could rate this place 0 Stars I would. The workers are very rude and unprofessional. They charge extra for every little thing and get mad when you don’t want to buy the service their offering. The ball head guy was doing work on me that i didn’t even ask for so that he could charge extra. This place work is sloppy.

I was really disappointed when i went here, especially because the location is great. It is dirty, there was a thick layer of dust over almost everything i looked at, things were tattered, the older man and older woman there were not professional or friendly, at some points were pretty rude actually, and not only did the woman not understand a lot of what i was trying to talk to her about and ask her (which is important here since my nails are a part of my body), but she also did not seem very knowledgeable about nails, which is scary because they are all supposed to be qualified/certified nail technicians. With nails things must be sanitized and done as perfectly as possible, especially to prevent infection, i would not recommend this place to anyone!

It was the worse pedicure Ive gotten in a long time! Never again! Everyone I talk to I will tell them about the horrible service I got here.

This nail salon was ok. I felt really rushed my nails turned out decent. This is a last minute type of nail salon. If you really wanna enjoy your time. Find another nail salon.

Ive been to this nail salon a couple of times an never had a bad experience,I really like this place an the only one I would go too, Ive read yall comments an I cant picture them doing that, they always been nice to the costumers giving them wine while getting their pedicure,as a matter of fact Im going there right now.

DID NOT HAVE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE! DID NOT FEEL SPECIAL FELT RUSHED AND A BURDEN. HAD TO HAVE NAILS FIXED AFTER FOUR DAYS, AND WHILE THEY WERE FIXING THEM I WAS TOLD I DIDNT UNDERSTAND NAILS AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THAT AS WELL AS THEM TALKING IN A NASTY TONE IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE I MAY NOT SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE BUT AT LEAST WAIT TO GRIPE ABOUT ME AFTER I LEAVE IF YOU HAD DONE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO COME BACK, AND I HAD TO TELL THEM IVE HAD SEVERAL SOLAR SETS JUST FINE AND HAD OTHERS WHO HAD SOLAR SETS TO VERIFY MY ISSUES WERE VALID EVEN BEFORE CALLING TO COMPLAIN, THEIR NAILS AND ATTITUDE WERE THE PROBLEM, HORRID SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY, WAS A GIFT FROM A FRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS AND I WAS SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS NAIL SALON WILL REFER EVERYONE AWAY FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE.

For 1, I waited over an hour to be serviced. And 2, my mani/pedi was rushed and done sloppily. Shellac is supposed to last 2 or 3 weeks, its only been 1 and my nails are already chipped and peeling off. There are bumps and uneven coverage. Extremely disappointed.

My husband and I decided to try this place out since it was close to our house. The price is affordable, $24 for a deluxe pedicure BUT they seemed to be in a rush our deluxe pedi only lasted about 25 mins. So you get what you pay for but the customer service was good and the pedi was ok.

Horrible! Their instruments are not sterilized. I just came in for a polish change on my toes and he didnt use a bottom coat, the polish was old and thick, and he didnt polish the tip/edge of the nail. The polish looked bumpy and horrible. I was so disappointed that mid way through my manicure I just told him not to put any shellac and just take what I had off.
