Ty did an amazing foot massage and pedicure. Took his time and it was relaxing. I like that they consistently fill up the basin with hot water. Other places, the water is room temp half way through.

Love this place…very professional and clean. The atmosphere is my favorite because its so relaxing.

Hands down the BEST pedicure and massage I ever had. Everything was just perfect, and I am extremely picky usually. I treated myself for my birthday and got pedicure number 8 I believe. The Technician was Jun and that girl has golden hands. She took her time, didnt rush, was friendly and offered me something to drink.I usually go to another Salon(Rockstar VIP) but they were too busy today so they sent me over to the Reserve Spa which has the same owner.I will definitely come back and see Jun! .☺️🙏🌹Dear Manager, Jun should be training your techs she is great! I have been to all 3 of your Salons in Calallen and she is the best. There was another customer waiting until I was done (over one hour) just to be serviced by her. This speaks volumes 😄

Amazing staff! They are patient with younger clients (pre-teens) and the work always looks great. Will only get my nails done here.

Frist time at this location and I only went because I was recommended to go. After waiting for about an hour to get mine and my daughters nails done, we felt that they rushed through them. The end results were horrible. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place.

The lady I had was rude! Hardly any colors that I wanted.. as a returning customer I felt very upset! Did such a horrible job on hands and feet never will I return!

Never have I ever had a nail tech have there phone clearly in my face while getting a manicure. Then after I asked for a simple color change (which I would have been happy to pay for seeing as I hated the way my nails looked after spending $130) the nail tech raised her voice and stormed off. Another guy took over but while I was still in the store you could clearly see the girl in the back just playing on her phone. Once she came out she complained about her day to another customer. Overall the most unprofessional business I have ever been in. When I asked if I could speak to the owner I was denied and told if you have a problem talk to me.

They were so rude, overpriced. Never ever will i come to this location AGAIN. They quote one price then raise it another 30. Technicians are very unprofessional. Amazing service every time AND they will shape your nails so perfect every time! I tried somewhere different and when I came back I asked Tammy to fix my nails from Another place! She didn’t want me to be in pain and take off the nails so she suggested shaping and put color over it to cover it up 🔥😊 it worked! And I’ll be coming back for a long time ❤️

I was already waiting 45 min and was cut by a couple who came in after me... after I was already waiting for my nails.

Went in for a mani and pedi. Was rushed the entire time I was there. Asked for a certain design and was told to ask for that next time? Horrible pedicure. Will not come back!

Every time I go I always get the older male tech and he was rushing even though there was no one waiting, and very very rough! I left in so much pain it honestly was not worth it. I go to the salon to be pampered not to get my nail beds ruined and be in so much pain I can barely touch my nails :( nails were alright, but this was my last time giving this place a chance, I MOST DEFINITELY will not go back.

Absolutely love it here! Vy was so sweet and did the best Mani/Pedi & Brow. Best to set appt. Also look to have yummy margaritas - will try next time😁😉

This place is the most relaxing nail salon I’ve been in & Tam is seriously the BEST!! I drive 25 minutes from my small town to get my nails done by her. I am definitely a forever client!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. This is my 5th time here and every time I come something goes wrong. The techs are always rushing. Today the man that did my nails was rushing and he cut my fingers with the Emery board. Last time the tech dug too deep during my pedicure and cut my toe that has now turned into a scar. The place is nice and clean but the techs just dont spend the quality time to ensure their work is done right.

Dont let the Exclusive in the name fool you. There are other places to get a better quality manicure for a more affordable price. First, we were BARELY greeted when my fiance and I walked in the door yesterday. The girl just motioned to the chair next to her dismissively for us to sit, and we were not spoken to again until about 15 minutes later when the gentleman sat down across from me. I asked to get a very basic set of acrylic nails with gel polish, in a short coffin shape. Very simple, nothing crazy or fancy... and I left with the wonkiest, most uneven, thickest nails I have ever had. The acrylic is SO THICK, and theyre not shaped evenly at all, most of them are filed unevenly at a slight angle. The tip of my left thumb is so much wider than the one on the right right. The underside of my left thumb nail has a HUGE lump of acrylic on it, making it uncomfortable just sitting again the tip of my thumb. I could understand if I asked for something outrageous or complex, but these are SO BASIC, and theyre not even GOOD. I ended up paying $50 for something that were so halfassed I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I wont be back and I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

I went there for the first time today, and found the experience actually pretty nice. The techs were nice, the pedicure chair was good, and the pedicure was just what I needed. I took off one star since there was still quite a bit of the detox residue left on my legs that I noticed when I got home, but it wouldnt prevent me from going back again. Ill be going back for sure!

Got a full set and pedi was not worth the price paid for. My feet were not scrubbed enough.

This was my first time there, the older man doing my nails was very rough. I felt he did a rushed job and the price was too high. I normally am a very big tipper when I get the time and attention I deserve, I was not so generous in this case. Pros- it was clean.

I cant ask for a better nail tech than Tam she is always so good and so good at what she does ...i drive from kingsville just for her ...she is funny and sweet and I love her company while Im here .

Just got our pedicures done the first the very first time and we choose the detox pedi and loved it they really took their time and left us feeling relaxed and soft!

I visited this place about 3 weeks ago and was very hesitant to write a review because they did stay open almost an hour late for me to finish everything I needed, HOWEVER, the works was terrible. The only thing I was satisfied with was my eyebrow waxing. My nails were terrible the color started chipping right away and that is unacceptable with shellac. I have NEVER had it chip that quickly. The tech who glued my nails on glued them to my skin for some stupid reason and they started breaking quick! He claimed it was because my nails were too short, sorry buddy Ive been getting my nails done for years and had them short like that, hell even shorter and never had anyone do that to them. So the work was sloppy and unacceptable, Idk if they fake nails they use are a cheap brand or what but my nails broke after like a week, going on 2. Never had that happen I usually keep sets on for 3 months, with proper fills, before replacing them. My toenail color was shellac also and started chipping quickly, just dont go here, save you time and money and go elsewhere.**Also quick add on, they didnt have the color I wanted and started painting my nails with an awful Fuchsia looking color and when I said I didnt like it the man seemed super annoyed with me. The only reason I choose this salon is because its so close to my house but I will start going further if it means I wont have an experience like this again

I just came from the salon. I walked in at 740 and the receptionist refused service to me. They said they were already closed when obviously the sign said still open and the door said they closed at 8 pm. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT HERE EVER AGAIN. I just wanted a simple pedicure. I spend anywhere from 50 to a 100+ dollars I get my nails done.Rudest service and outright joke of a salon!!!!!

It was an okay manicure and pedicure but certainly not worth the money they charged. Customer service was minimal, as the person performing the pedicure appeared to be in an unpleasant mood and utilized very brusque movements. They even made a face when they saw the calluses on my feet! This made me very uncomfortable. There were also complimentary beverages on the flier of offered services, which were never even offered to me. The place also lacked adequate ventilation and smelled intensely of acetone.In terms of the actual service of the manicure and pedicure, the paint was applied a bit sloppily, staining my fingers.Overall, not at all what was expected for the price!

I am a super picky person when it comes down to personal services..... that is the reason I only get pedis not my hand nails done, but I was convinced after few visits to do SNS brilliant loved it.... I tried just about everyone not to happy with the acrylic lifting within the week....but John in my opinion is on point, he is with you not speaking to anyone else in a different language and makes sure your satisfied.

Was treated very poorly and I dont know why. One of the workers hid the list with my name on it. I watched a lot of people go before me. I figured they had appointments but found out later by another worker they dont do appointments. I was there for an hour and a half til I had to complain. My husband waited in his truck for me. We are elderly and I just got out of seeing Pain Management. I get pain from sitting too long. I didnt tell them that. Very rude and uncaring people. I hope the lady who owns this place reads this. They do nails poorly. This was a very upsetting experience. They also dont want to hear of anything you want corrected, and they do not wear name tags. I was there almost 2 and a half hours. Thank God my husband is patient. Never going back again!!!!!!

Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I went in there today with a couple of family members to get pedicures. While we were there it was VERY obvious that the 3 techichians were talking about us. One of them actually looked at one of my family members, and they all started laughing. I won’t be going back, and will be telling everyone I know about this place. I can go pay $50 somewhere else, and get nicer service.

Disappointing... I wanted check out the new place, it was a very nice atmosphere and was very sanitary. I was really looking forward to enjoying a relaxing pedicure, but it only lasted about 25-30 min (including drying time) which kinda sucked. My heels were still rough in some spots and they werent bad to begin with (I go every 2-3 weeks). The guy I had rushed through it and they really werent busy. Other people were offered beverages and margaritas, but I never got asked. It was $35, higher than most salons and it was just ok. I also had my 7 year old with me and her pedi was $25, kinda high for a kid, hers lasted about 15 min. I feel like I shouldve just paid for polish bc I dont think we benefited from a full pedicure. Ill stick with Chloe Nails on McKenzie, its $10 less for a pedicure and they really take their time, massage, place hot towels, and pay attention to detail.

So I went there with my friend to get a mani and they convinced us to get shellac because it would last so much longer in the managers words it will last 3 months and when they we’re supposed to be doing our nails they we’re playing on their phones and messed up the colors that we picked out they also didn’t even fully paint the nail it felt very rushed but we let that go but nail our nails are chipped and peeling even though we were promised that it would last 3 months and it has worked less than a week very poor quality I don’t recommend
