Responded within an hour of calling to help diagnose a long standing problem with our A/C and make a recommendation on what to do. Joey was able to look at the system and Identify the problem. How to address it and give a quote on what the work would cost - all at the same time. Other companies I’ve tried have just given me a run around and never get back to me with the bottom line. I had an 830am appointment. At precisely 830 I swear I heard a heavenly choir and trumpets. I looked outside in time to see what must have been an angel, maybe a cherub, descind from on high in an almost blinding light. Who knew Angels were named Micah and drive a van. Mica Duncan the technician, fixed the door on unit that the previous technician, last summer, taped back on. Previous technician said the door was broken. Would need to check price for new door. But tape would work just as good. I feel so much better, knowing the door was not broken, just needed to be put on right, by Mr. Duncan!Ty Mr. Duncan explained the issue, I was having with outside unit, making noise, now not making noise, it needs to be replaced, which I knew, but he explained WHY! I didn’t replace it in 2011, when I replaced everything else. He is right. Very polite, man!

Some of the information is incorrect. In the Northern States when the summer temperature rises the attic will get to be 140 degrees.In the Southern States the summer temperature is much higher. That means the hot air trapped in the attic will be much higher.

I called this morning to see if someone could come by and set our new thermostat for heat. I was told that someone could come between 10 and 12. David arrived at our house by 10:20 AM. He did the quarterly check on our unit, checked for carbon monoxide, found a wire that was rubbing against some equipment in the unit and helped me set the new thermostat.He was using a flash light that I thought my husband would like. He showed it to me, and we found the brand and style of the flashlight. While he was here, I went online and ordered four of the flashlights for the guys in our family. So…not only did he accomplish all of the tasks associated with our AC unit, but he provided an idea for stocking stuffers!Job VERY well done
