This AC company was great. They live up to their name. Their prices were the best I have found. They consult with you and give you options. They dont try to replace things that dont need replacing. If they recommend something it is because you actually need it. They show up on time, honor their word, and they dont leave a mess. Their technicians are respectful and professional. I also will note I had a part go bad due to a power surge. The part was covered under warranty. I called them and they sent someone right out, and replaced the part under warranty with no charge. This is a good company. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! They responded quickly, and were able to save us on the cost of replacing a unit in our home by cleaning and maintaining the current one. Service is excellent, people were responsive, and they did excellent work.

The technician Marton/Harton was very rude and unprofessional when asked what service was exactly done and if the problem was fixed. He flat out said “I can’t guarantee you it’s fixed” and still charged over $200 for a service that was done in about 30 minutes however the hours of labor logged on the invoice was 1.5, so we were clearly overcharged. Do yourself a favor and contact professional people that can guarantee you an honest service.

A very good experience, very friendly staff and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone they finished on the time I was told, and came in on budget. a professional and clean staff they took all the left over trash with them .we are very comfortable with our new air conditioning .
