LogiCool came out and serviced our AC on Annemasse. They were very professional, and fairly priced. They got our AC up and running in a timely matter after we had already called other companies with no success. Im very concerned to see all these negative reviews and really find it hard to believe that they are legitimate. I will be using them in the future should I need services and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They arrived about 30 mins after we called and walked us through the issue with the unit. They fixed the contractor and let us know next steps. Communication was great and they even laid tarps and vacuumed up everything when they were done. Logical Air Solutions is a great company. Quality work and service with the job they did at our home. Replaced insulation and repaired ductwork. I called on a Saturday because my AC was not working. They sent out a tech. within an hour, who diagnosed and repaired the problem. I was very happy with the person they sent, who was knowledgeable, professional and very nice to deal with.

I called Logicool on a Friday afternoon to get a quote for a new air-conditioning system. The owner himself came out within an hour to give me a quote. I received the quote via email on Saturday morning, it was very detailed and had plenty of options to choose from. I hired this company to install the AC system And the text came out on Wednesday morning. The text were very professional and very polite my wife met them at the house to let them in. It only took him a day and a half to complete the install. I am very pleased with the way this company is run and the techs that it employees.

Im incredibly satisfied with the job that Logicool did for us. They re-insulated pre-existing ducts and added a duct to each of our bathrooms. The guy came outside after five and was there for four hours making sure everything was fixed. I honestly didn’t think we would have it fixed that day especially with the motor going out on the ac but omg I would use them any day from now on.

Showed up roughly on time and charged 281.00 to change a capacitor that costs 50-100 bucks. Was on site for about 40 minutes. Not horrible pricing but kind of a gouge.

I have just moved to Corpus Christi and the A.C. was not working very well in my new house. I had called another company and they werent able to resolve the issue. They surmised that it was the thermostat. Replacing the thermostat did not resolve the issue either. On the advice of my neighbor, I called Logicool. I am glad that I did. This company is a joke. I give them one thing they were fast on the initial visit and had a tech out to service my unit. Techs (multiple) had no idea what they were doing. Requested manuals from myself on my ac unit. Had these people in my house since April and still to this day have no fixed my ac unit. After of course charging me a ridiculous amount for a Leak was suppose to fix the issues. Less then 24hrs of replacing the piece the ac stopped blowing cold air. Had them out again after like the 6 time and then was told it was due to my ac unit not being big enough to cool my tiny little house, of course now thats the reason. This test would be costing $400-$500 to see if my system is to small to cool my house. This company is a joke at least for Mini split ac units these techs dont have a clue on them. I highly dont recommend them for Split ac units.

Great service and very reasonable prices

Our air conditioning unit went out days after our wedding. We called Logicool and they were immediately at our house to check out our AC unit and what we were going to need done to fix the problem. The workers were at my house for about 10 hours (i had to replace my entire unit, inside and out, because it was old) and they were both very nice, knowledgeable and respectful. They cleaned up everything when they were done and didnt leave anything behind. One of the guys even started chatting with me about plants because he noticed all of the plants in our yard. Over all, we had a great experience with Logicool and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!!

Our AC went out at 10:30 at night, the technician was at our house by 11:30-12 and was done just as fast. He was super professional and didn’t try to upcharge me by adding on other things we don’t actually need. FOR SURE going to continue to use them for maintenance in the future!

I have used Logicool probably 4-5 times over the years (this is Texas after all). The technicians and office staff have always been professional and friendly. I love that they communicate via text their time line so I dont have to wait around for them. This last time I had to leave before the job was finished and the guys (Rubin & Angel) went the extra mile and taped up my air duct that was previously leaking air. Id taped it and showed them the job, the tape was lifting (I needed better tape). Anyway, before they left and taped it up for me, saving me from yet another trip to the hardware store. Thanks guys!

My air conditioner broke down on Saturday, and I called Logicool Air Solutions. The first thing that caught my eye on their website and that prompted me to call them was the fact that they are open 24 hrs. and they charge no extra charges because of overtime or a weekend. So, I called, the lady who took my info was very nice and professional, and got me a technician on the job quickly.My technician was Mathew, he was very polite, professional, and explained all that was wrong with the a/c unit. He told me the coils were dirty, and that they needed to be cleaned. He cleaned the coils, and all of a sudden, I ended up with cold air again. Mathew, is a great, skillful technician, and he knows what he needs to do, and he fixes what is wrong.My experience with Logicool Air Solutions was very positive. I was also amazed at how the technician texts you, telling you they are on their way. Then they text, enroute, and they get here quickly.
