My rep was extremely professional and I received a follow up report immediately following my appointment listing all of the areas they treated and the products they used inside and out. Technician was professional and very detailed in spraying….unfortunately, it’s the scheduling department that could use some work. I specifically asked for early am spraying and that was not conveyed to the technician who showed up after 12:00 noon…also this department had me scheduled for a different date and I had to follow up. The technician was great!!

So I have been using ABC for a bit now. If they get behind on lawncare they contact me to let me know. If I have an issue they deal with it quickly. The people who do the work are very professional. Gates are latched, sprinklers picked up before they mow.

The Technician was polite and prompt in accomplishing the task and he was very honest and personable with me and my pet.

They started Out great always sent Lizette who would spray in your house if you have bugs in the house the last 4 or 5 visits they have sent a new person who always claims that spraying in the inside of the house is not necessary but still I have 🕷

Ryan was awesome and took the time to discuss his ability to see all areas under my pier and beam house as well as telling me that under my house was dry which i was happy to hear since we have had torrential rains. He was very considerate and very informative. I was very pleased.

I had to come back and edit my review because I dont feel right that my previous rating might affect a person that was nothing but nice and professional when he came to my home. Jeremy took the time to explain everything and he was nice enough to write down what I would need for the job that I ended up entrusting to another company. My problem was with the women answering the phones, they need to be retrained. They kept giving me the runaround as to when Id be able to get someone to come to my home. Being that it was Mothers Day weekend I couldnt keep playing the guessing game with them and they wouldve charged me the weekend rate after Friday. Jeremy was dispatched to my home a few hours after I had already called another company. I was upset because I had a good quote with this company and had to pay more with the company I went with but nonetheless I was able to cook for my guests on Mothers Day even though I ended up paying more.

Repair of irrigation system leaves a great deal to be desired. Irrigation heads are watering the sidewalk and the street. Called and have to wait two weeks for technician to return. Teachnician not located in the Corpus Christi area. One technician!!!!

Living outside of town I think we get a little bit more bugs and things in our home. I was able to find thru a friend ABC Pest Control. I have not been disappointed with their service at all! My tech is super helpful and always takes care of my pest problem. I have used other Pest people before only to be disappointed in different techs coming to my home. I get the same guy every time, and he knows exactly what needs to be done because he is same guy and knows the yard and where my rodent baits are. Things are a little crazy the day he came. Planning a funeral. The color front made a momma cat bring her four kitty insides through the cat door to get them out of the cold. So now they’re everywhere. But he just loved on them and worked around them. Great job

Salesman described the application techs process which never happened. tech just sprayed inside and outside perimeter and left. i did not receive the treatment described by sales and i feel duped

We were using a different company and were still dealing with issues when abc was recommended to us. Took a couple of visits to wipe out everything which I know was hard living out in the country, yet they did and axing job. Now with their maintenance set up we may see an occasional unwanted guest but it is not very often.

Horrible company. I used Neals Ac for many years till ABC bought them out. AC service is okay. But, got a quote for replacing a water softener and it was $3000.00 for a new one installed. ?? Called another company that has a five star rating and gave me a quote of $1926.00 installed. The unit has the same specs that ABC quoted me. Stay away from these gougers. They have lost my business for good.

I had just discovered someone brought bed bugs into our vacation rental and needed them gone ASAP. They were very punctual, gave me feedback immediately and came up with a treatment plan to execute same day. Great company. The consultation was free and easy. They did not try to sell me what I didnt need. Instead they consulted me on the pest issues I had and helped me with some advises on how to take care of majority of my issues myself and prevent further infestations. Currently using them to take care of my brown widow infestation in the garage/storage/work/workout room in a warehouse. The sprayer was very professional and courteous. Their response time was amazing! I initially inquired about pest and rodent control. While speaking with Mike during the first no obligation visit, I learned of the various services ABC provides. I told him I also needed a plumber and very shortly after he left, I was contacted by the office to schedule the plumber. A few days later, the plumber came, made an assessment and provided me with a quote. There was no pressure involved. He was very professional and polite. Today my pest control treatment was done. Do not waste your money on their services. They charged me for mosquito suppression. One week later I see no results. I attempted to contact a technician and got no response. I called the office and told them they needed to come Retreat. The office told me that if they came back out to retreat that they would charge more. I do not feel I should have to pay for the service again. They said she would have a supervisor call me back and I have not received a call back

Ive been using this company for a long time. Ive never had any real problems with them. They are on time and flexible with appointments. Plus, I have a home garden and the guys are good at avoiding it with the treatment.

The technician that came out to spray and check my property was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and checked thoroughly any openings we had, that might give access to rodents and bugs. He took his time and checked my attic to give me peace of mind. I like the fact that I receive a text message before the technician arrives with the technicians picture.

I like the actual grass cutting on the same day every 2 weeks and the heads up text. I do not like the rushed trimming, that bares AC wires, damages protective weather wrap, or forgotten trimming by trash bin area, or not blowing grass from around back porch base, but only in front. Things could be done less quickly then zoom, zoom, 5 to 15 minutes tops, and before and after pics taken to show completion for pay. I have my own pics. A different crew most of the time. The older ones are more responsible. Lead crewman needs to train trimmers, slow them down, hand trim where needed, check and supervise. These guys are no more professional then any lawn care done by neighborhood workers. Home owners take your own pics. All workers very polite. I have a one yr contract and pushing for quality work. I have texted Crew back, talk with the crew, called local rep, but have now put things in writing to them. It is all about volume, speed, and money. ABC can do better and I want to help them. My property is small, but it is mine, and my A. C. Unit is not that old. We must be careful guys!
