Micki is the best of the best. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is an amazing person as well. Her friendliness, personality and warmth is everything you could want in a salon owner. Her attention to detail and drive for perfection results in the best nails you’ll ever have. I receive compliments on my nails constantly, and I do not hesitate to convey all about my fantastic nail tech. 10/10!

Made an appt for me and my sister for pedicures. The appt was made 1 week in advance for 1pm. We arrived a little early about 10 minutes. We apologized for being early and said no problem and will wait until 1 o’clock Mickie, the owner, started to prepare my sister for the pedicure. I was left sitting and waiting for my operator, Jackie who had a client. My sister asked to wait until Jackie was able to take me so we can get our pedicures together as we had another appointment we needed to get to. Mickie then realized that Jackie wasn’t nearly finished with her client and she would not be able to keep my appointment. She became nasty and belligerent and actually kicked my sister out of the store, her feet were in the water. Instead of trying to get someone else to do my nails she became upset and agitated that Jackie was still working on her client and took it out on me and my sister We were absolutely shocked at her behavior. It was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. My sister just simply requested that we get our pedicures together. I would never recommend this store their behavior was despicable. This is coming from an owner. She should be ashamed. The silver lining is we went to Winn Nail Spa on Westview. and they were terrific they fit us in, gave terrific pedicures and they now have two permanent customers.

Ahhaha I haven’t even gone yet but i loved the way the worker poped of at the client who was a total Karen. That Karen goes they made me soak my nails like a dog like yea your supposed to soak your nails and then got mad because they couldn’t do her nails because she had bad fungus and she got mad. But anyways I already love it pop off

Had calvin.. at first everything was fine until he decided he couldnt do a simple french because my nails were not healthy. I had slight fungi on my pinky and i have never been spoken to like that in my life. He really has no respect for anyone and just wanted to make me feel bad about my nails. He also left me to soak my nails off like a dog. I went to the studio nail spa in Parkland after and they had no problem doing a simple french. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. Disgusting.

Decided at the spur of a moment to take hubby and get mani many pedis on a Sunday. Called a few places but no one had any thing open. So I turned to the web and found a cute little place right around the corner from my house and figured what the heck. So we called and asked if they could take us and we told come on over. When we got there we were greeted by two very friendly owners and asked to be seated. We we offer a variety of services but not a pushy kind of way. After our services began we started talking and found out the they just bought the salon. Theyve spent the last 6 months redoing and revamping the salon. Its warm, inviting and most of all clean. Our pedicures and manicures were preformed with great care and precision. My polish was beautifully applied and husband got his nails buffed. Were very happy to have stumbled upon this salon and we will be back. You definitely should give them a try you wont be sorry!!

I had the worst experience ever I did a jell manicure on Saturday, by Sunday the polish started chipping, I called on Monday because Sunday they are closed, they ask me to come by at 4:00 pm and after I got there they didnt want to fix my nail and by Tuesday all the nail polish was gone, it took 2 days for the nail polish to come off.. I never had this problem ever.

I visited this nail salon based on a referral from my daughters friend. I was already dedicated to 1 Nail Salon for the past five years, however I decided to give them a try. Lets just say they are the creme de La Creme of nail services and other Beauty services in Coral Springs. I highly recommend them. Miki, Calvin and their staff are exceptional nail artists among the other services that they provide. Lets talk about the salon, I have never seen one cleaner and more classier than this one. I am impressed at how tidy the tables and floors always are, as my old salon was filled with dust everywhere; cleanliness is definitely a top priority for them. I did not understand what perfect nail service was until Nella started taking care of my nails. They look red carpet ready at all times, I do not have to worry about them lifting at any point, and my gel polish lasts for an entire 2 and 1/2 Weeks... Including going on a camping trip and still having perfectly manicured nails. Their color selections are out of this world, I went in today and couldnt even decide on a color, because there were too many awesome colors to select from. Their prices are reasonable, they treat you as if you are their only customer so you know you are getting world-class service, and they are super trendy. I highly recommend this nail salon to all Google users, and will continue to recommend them to all my close friends and even people that I run into at the grocery store while having an impromptu conversation. I found my forever nail salon.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I walked in and the salon was empty, except for one person getting a pedicure. There were 3 employees yet It took the employees 5 minutes just to greet me and ask me what I wanted. Then they told me they were busy and to come back tomorrow. Horrible service. Do Not Go here!!!!

This place racially profiled my wife. She went in and they told her to wait the eyebrow tech was in bathroom. But no one helped her after 30 minutes. A woman who is caucasion came in and the woman who supposedly was in bathroom took the other woman. When my wife spoke up she pointed to another woman doing feet and said she will do you. That woman informed my wife to wait 30 minutes. They have a sign posted saying they have the right to not serve who they want.

Best place for lashes. Lasts a lot longer than expected.

Jackie cut me while filing my cuticles I asked her to please be careful because she was hurting me. She answered you dont want the filling to lift do you. I asked her to take a minute and collect her self or I will walk out. NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I went in Thursday 8/2/18 for a pedicure. The nail tech explained that it would be Express, about 30 mins. I agreed. After she completed, I paid the bill and left. After looking at my toes in the natural light, they were horrible. The paint job looked like a child had completed the task. The nails were uneven. It looked like I got pedicure 2 weeks ago, and not that day. I retract to the nail salon, spoke with the manager, explained and showed why I was dissatisfied with the services that was provided. She looked at them, and agreed to have re-do them at no expense. The appointment for the re-do was scheduled for Friday 8/4/18 @ 5pm. I called early on Friday and explained that I would not be able to keep the appointment on Friday and asked if it could be moved to Saturday morning. It was agreed upon and the appointment confirmed. I went in on Saturday and explained to the person sitting at the front station that I was there for an appointment and explained the purpose. She acknowledged that she understood. A new nail tech completed the service, and made I was satisfied with the progress. At the completion of the service, she informed me of the fee. I explained to her that it was a re-do from the previous service and was not to be charged. She acknowledged that she understood and asked about the prior nail tech. I provided a description. She went and consulted with her, and they both went and talk to the manager. The manager was with a customer, and the nail tech that did such a poor job began to talk about me to the manager and the other customer. She was not aware that I was still in the nail salon. At this point, I made myself known and spoke up. As I spoke to the manager, the nail tech continuously interrupted. The situation escalated to a verbal altercation. She was extremely unprofessional and did want to admit that she did a poor job, even though the evidence was presented to all present. The current nail tech and the manager apologized for her unprofessionalism. I thanked the nail tech that corrected the work of the previous nail tech, I thanked her for her professionalism and left a tip. This was not the relaxing morning that I had anticipated.

Mimi did my gel manicure, I left with the color uneven and polish around my nails. She also pushed my hand into the light causing me to get burned on my thumb. Very disappointed, never going back there again. (This happened on 1-14-2020)I cannot reply to your post so Ill add it hereNo, I came myself around 11:30 am.
