Honestly please don’t go here, i went with my sister and a friend and they manage to completely mess up everything. my sisters nail turned out TERRIBLE the shape was COMPLETELY NOT what she asked for and we spend almost 3 hours there, it got to the point where she literally gave up and told them to stop doing her nails. the only competent person was a young girl who i could actually talk to, but she did not do acrylic or dip so she couldn’t do my nails, 3 DAYS later 5 of my nails are COMING OFF, last time i did my nails (somewhere else of course) it lasted 2 weeks! they are uneven shape, and the only “good thing” is the design but also not what i asked for. i went back there because i payed 80 dollars, and they refused to put a little glue on it or fix it bc they were “full” when i saw people walking around. i am not a karen, i am a 16 year old girl and i’m trying to tell u guys please don’t go there, my nails were literally hurting after i went there bc i had to do acrylics bc they didn’t have a dip powder for next gen that was even similar to the nail polish and wanted to completely mess up my nails, thank god there was a young girl there that helped me or i would’ve walked out crying.

She was pressing me to get the dipping powder after I told her no several times . I don’t want to be harassed when I’m paying for a service I specifically asked for .once the customer says no thank you, move on-I wouldn’t recommend this place for that reason . also there needs to be more detail to cleaning up the cuticle area when polishing -She painted over my cuticles ....and to think she wanted me to let her do dipping powder! She needs to work on her manicure/pedicure technique first before rendering any other services .Mimi was nice but not detailed enough for my liking .I also was waiting to pay and employees were there just standing around -why do I have to ask to pay? Lots of work to be done here service wise ! *** I updated with a picture of how my nails look after one week** complete waste of money

I was very unhappy with how my nails were done and shaped and when I asked to fix them she sed she would be it still looked rong both hands are diffent lengths and has clumps of acrylic that u can see in the picture for how much I payed not cool

Very welcoming environment, I came with my six month old and they were so sweet with her. When she started getting fussy, one of the nail techs came and entertained her so I could finish my gel polish.They are very clean! I recommend asking for Mimi if you go

Charged my 14 year old daughter $50 for a BASIC acrylic full set w/ gel polish when she’s been here previously and charged $35. I hope overcharging my daughter was worth losing a client and receiving a negative review. Never again.

This place is perfection! It took me a while but I finally found a salon that is clean, welcoming, relaxing and I had the best pedicure and nexgen nails of my life. Maggie is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed.

I got my nails done and it was nothing like the picture so I told the man who was doing my nail I didnt like it and the manger came and said she sees nothing wrong with it but she will try and fix my nails so she took off the polish and painted them white now its almost a week later my nails are chipping and one of my acrylic nails fell off.

I really thought I had found a gem when I came across this nail salon because I was new to the area. Yes, they were very friendly and patient in the beginning. I have been going there since earlier this year. I always go to Maggie, because the two times I went to her husband he did a sloppy job. I recently got a dipping set done and 6 days later, a nail broke. A couple days after, another one broke. As the days went by BEFORE my two weeks were up, 6 NAILS HAD BROKEN! I had to keep going in after my 13 hour shifts just to get a nail replaced. It was very frustrating but I stayed polite. One of the nights, Maggie and her husband BOTH showed me a different side of them. I suggested maybe my nails were breaking because she was 20 min late for my appointment and had to rush through my nails since her next appointment was there. They both basically verbally attacked me saying there is no way it was because she rushed, that even if she rushes, she always does a good job. But that can’t be true because Maggie had always done a wonderful job on my nails besides that one particular time she was rushing. I never had to tell her to fix something but that time, I had to tell her to clean up the edges because they were sloppy. She also tried to blame it on my profession, since I’m a vet tech. I have been in the field since 2016 and have been getting my nails done since 2012. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. SHE REPLACED MORE THAN HALF OF MY NAILS BEFORE 2 WEEKS WERE UP. Now that my two weeks were up, more than half of my nails were fresh and the others were breaking off. I went in to ask, since more than half were so fresh, if they can replace the old ones and she turned me down. I was very nice about it and she proceeded to talk about how some people come just a week later for a new set. Excuse me, I’m not some people and I refuse to spend my money every week on my nails. It should have been done right the first time, rather than rushing and doing a sloppy job. And I was actually willing to continue to go back even after the fact because I understand everyone has bad days. But I didn’t deserve the treatment I got at all and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON EVER AGAIN! Beware. All they’re in for is the money.

I have been going to this 💅 salon for over two years and my last appointment. The nail polish oxidized and I went today and received a gel change and pedicure and I went to the owner to explain the situation. Its of being professional about the situation he shunned me and accused me of messing them up with hand sanitizer or cleaner. Mind you i have had my nails done several times since the pandemic and it hasnt happened before. Very poor customer service! I will take my business elsewhere!

Just recently moved to Coral Springs and found this awesome spot. Was taking my shih tzu to the groomers next to them a couple months ago and needed my nails done. So I figured Id try them and now I refuse to go anywhere else! Nancy and Andy always take great care of me. Im always seen right away and they make sure I leave happy with their services. Not only that but they are so nice and welcoming. Its super hard for me to find a good nail spot bc I am particular on how I like them done but this place never fails. Highly recommend!
