I understand COVID was a big change for businesses as such but booking with this place is so unprofessional. I’ve “booked” 3 times just for them to call me back and tell me they double booked each time. Once the lady even argued with me about eyebrow slot and the time SHE told me to come. I usually use this place as a last resort bc she does good eyebrows however i dont even think theyre worthy of last resort slot any longer. I never NOT tip when i have service done but with them IF i did ever go which was rare, I definitely didnt because of their unprofessionalism. I like Vyda’s Nails on Wiles.

I never complain ever, I was over charged. Nobody knew how to properly do acrylic on toes. Messed them up, then painted over white acrylic powder. My sisters nails, did look good though. So if you ask for acrylic on toes just go some where else!

My daughter in there today to get her lashes done, showed a pic of what she wanted and proceed to pay the $65! afterwards, she was shown the lashes and they are NOTHING like what she asked for. My daughter has been going there for a long time and has never EVER complained once! the lady was arguing with her saying everyone eyes are different (nothing to do with lashes) and would NOT fix and make it right. SHe offered my daughter $5 and was BEING extremely rude !!! (i was on phone listening!! my daughter kept telling her please just fix it and make it right and that she didnt want a refund she wanted what she paid for. The lady told her numerous times they are FINE and that she DOESNT HAVE TIME FOR THIS and that she was having to go eat lunch. my daughter even agreed to wait until she was done eating and she still would do nothing to make the situation better!!! I WILL be reporting to the BBB and a YELP review!! BE AWARE read all the reviews they are rude and multiple reviews are saying the same thing!!!

First time going. Danny did a great job with my nails. Shop is clean and staff is pleasant.

From the moment you walk in until you leave, the only word I can use to describe my experience is PAMPER. They get a WOW in the pa,per department. They are friendly, skilled and willing. Their attitude is open to whatever it is that you are seeking.My pet need to is to be given a foot and leg massage and they do for nearly 30 minutes. I walk out feeling relaxed and appreciated.I heartily and enthusiastically endorse Zen Nails for any man looking to be pampered!!

I used to love this place, until they ripped my 14 year old daughter off! She paid cash and then paid the balance with a card. They charged the full amount on the card and pocked the rest. When my daughter finally noticed it, I went and spoke to the owner Tina, only to feel like a liar at the end of the conversation. Where is customer service these days! We have been loyal customers for years and tipped well. We also recommended people there. To only be treated so poorly! I was not trying to get something for nothing just wanted to be compensated for being charged too much! Tina and I used to talk about our kids all the time, my question to her, is how would you like if someone did it to your kid! Hard lesson learned from my kid, especially when it came from someone who you like, trusted, and respected! Just warning anyone who decides to go there, just make sure you check your receipt before leaving!

This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows waxed, Tina does a very good job.

They did my pedicure very well. The costumer service isnt that good. The nail tech who does pedicures isnt very friendly. If you dont really care as long as you get what you paid for - then this is your place! But i found another salon that is a lot more friendly (Luxury Salon and Spa, which is right across the street from it). So Ill be heading there from now on. But yeah, my feet looked great.

First time was good, second time NO GOOD.

The worst nail shop I ever been to. Firstly, they are always understaffed so the wait is ridiculous. Secondly, the majority of the nail techs are not that great at their craft. LASTLY, and most importantly they always try and over charge for their mediocre services being they dont get that much business they scheme overcharging customers to make up for their lack of clients. Very pathetic... Dont recommend and will never use again!!!!

Vivian is wonderful with pedicures and David dies an awesome job on my nails 100% of the time. I even allow him to choose my colors!!

My zen place, I always come out feeling lighter then when I come in, and my eyebrows are always on point.

The manicure and pedicure were both good; however, one of my first problems is that the nail tech ( owner) would not stay quiet, she talked and talked for my entire pedicure and manicure. For me, when I go to a nail spa I go to relax, not talk the entire time. So after my manicure, its time to pay which I did but when I did not add a tip the talking stopped instantly and her entire attitude changed completely, she was not longer pleasant, I was so amazed and worst because she is the owner, goodness what I paid is yours anyway!!! Times are hard for all I get that and I had just enough to pay for my services and because I did not add a tip, she became upset and changed her overall demeanor! With that said she polished my nails in a rush and they were not properly done and once I go home they bubbled! Now my biggest thing is where I work I dont get tips but that does not mean I change my attitude and treat people wrongly or provide poor services! Her behavior showed me she was childish and not a true business person. Sad enough I would want to go back for a good pedicure and manicure but her attitude alone will never have me walk back to that spa!!!

Amazing waxing!! I felt little to no pain. I went during my lunch so I called before getting there I was in and out before i knew it.

Soooooo Tina who pretty runs the Salon Does An Amazing Job!!!!!! But Unfortunately this time I didnt have the best experience the Nail Tech that works at Station #5 (Elena) was Awfulllllllll!!!!!!!! She extremely aggressive and has a F***ked up attitude and begin to talk S*** once you inform her that you dont care for SERVICES!!!!!! She started several different ladies but finish because she rushes and moves tooooooo fast with filing and polish!!!!!! Tina apologizes for the unfortunate experience and promise to comp your next services but that doesnt fix the experience that the Customer has already HAD!!!!! Ill return if TINA is able to complete my SERVICES!!!!!!! But outside that No Thank You!!!! If I Could Give No Stars then I would!!!!!

For eyebrows I recommend Tina this girl knows what shes doin n she does a great job at it. Last time I was there i was not so happy with my eyebrows, but my nails were ok. the lady who did my eyebrows (elana or something like that) f**ked it up really bad n I had to wait for about 40-45 mins just to get my eyebrows done. Need more workers, but other than that every thing was ok,TINA IS THE BEST!!!!💕

I received a full set and a pedicure and my nails started Turing yellow I also don’t remember seeing the nail equipment come out a sterilizer steamer, and she cut my full set with scissors. Very unprofessional and disgusting experience will never return !
