Nails on my left side perfectly fine. All my nails on the right side all crooked. Not filed evenly. My right thumb as the worse and noticeably crooked. Richard offered the dip color and the quality of the dip color was horrible. I can see some bubbles in the acrylic. He was really rough too when it came to filing. Not satisfied at all. Paid $55 for this set.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s been a great experience I love my nails and I would definitely recommend Lily she did a great job pictures below what I ask for versus what I got and I didn’t want the diamonds lol ❤️‍🔥

The entire Team at Lux Nails is extremely professional. Tammi (and in the past, Lynn) does my manicure and I can wholeheartedly say “they are the best”. Leon does my pedicure and he is very professional and extremely polite. They offer the best service anyone can ask for. They are highly recommended by me.

Very luxurious establishment, I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure there. I was very disappointed that 6 days after my service 2 of my nails chipped. I was not doing anything rough with my hands for this to happen. Unfortunately I dont have time to go back any time soon to get them fixed As I am going away for 4th of July weekend. I think the fact that it was 2 nails chipping at the same time means that this was sub par work and I will not be going back to this establishment. I expect a gel manicure to last a minimum of 2 weeks.

The place is beautiful and clean, no doubt. The workers are very kind. But the work was poor. The girl (Shelly) was like rushing to do my nails. I thought I could stand them for a while but I barely have 4 days with them and it seems like I have them about 2 weeks ago. Some of them are even crooked. Very disappointing, Ill never come back again and of course Ill advise my friends

I was unsure what to do to my nails since I like my naturally long nails. Two of my nails broke days prior to my visit. Richard suggested tips and gel polish. He did an awesome job. My nails look and feel natural! My pedicure was great, too! Lux is the only place I go to for my manicure and pedicure. They never disappoint!

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and all the staff were amazing and my nails turned out just how i wanted

Great salon. Clean, friendly staff, attentive. Ty who runs the front is very professional and friendly. You can tell it’s not all about money but also great customer service. Highly recommend him if you do nail art as well. I have gone to a few people all were great!

This is the first place I went to to do my nails since I moved to Florida and I have never seen my natural nail look so nice!!! Leon and Richard do an amazing job, I haven’t had a different nail tech but they all seem to do an amazing job. Richard especially takes his time and makes sure you’re happy! I did dip powder and my nails look fake because they are squared off so nicely and look so good! Richard is a nail magician! Go to him and give him a nice tip, he deserves it!!!

They need better time management, & nail techs that know how to shape nails correctly. their gel polish chips so quickly. they’re very nice though

I received a gift card here after I had a baby, In middle of the pandemic. I came to use it and they refused to accept the coupon because it had expired 3DAYS prior. The expiration info was tiny and I missed it and they still refused . I am so shocked! So I paid out of pocket and my friend gave them money for... nothing. Such a terrible experience! As a small business owner myself I am horrified by this terrible customer service. Feels like they stole my money. It wasn’t 3 years over, it was 3 DAYS. I still left tips as it’s not the fault of the technicians but wow they could write a book on how to not serve a customerI also waited 40 minutes to be seenEdited to respond to your response: as I wrote in my I initial review it was a pandemic and I just had a baby... a little bit of decency is in order when I am 3 DAYS over your *teeny tiny* expiration print on the card. Also yes I am walked in and asked “are you accepting walk ins?” The response was “yes sign in there” EVERY nail salon I have ever been to would have said “yes but there’s a 40 minute wait would you want to wait here or come back in 40 minutes?” Not just let me sit there for 40 minutes, you clearly do not value your customers, their time, or the MONEY considering you stole money from my friend by taking her money and not allowing me to use the gift card. Ultimately you don’t have to be nice or apologize or anything but thanks to online reviews I have the ability to make others aware of how you operate before they choose to do business with you. Your response has I’m sure, helped make my point about your lack of professionalism.

Went here for the 2nd time. I got Shelly. She did a good job. However after 1 week, my nails were chipping and breaking. I get the dip. Ive never had that happen to me any other place Ive been. Not sure I will go back. Its costly and I expect my nails to hold up atleaat 3 weeks.

Everyone here does an amazing job. I got my eyebrows tinted for the first time ever. The beautiful and glowing eyebrow tech knows how to shape eyebrows. I wish I got her name however shes the only one there. Shes fast and accurate. Richard the nail tech has golden hands. I received the Volcano foot spa. I left the salon walking on clouds. I was falling asleep. My feet look amazing.

Ty, has been great. Went to him for a fix that another nail shop messed up on. Ty fixed it and made it much better, he will be my nail from now on.

Had an pedicure appointment at 1pm. Walked out at 1:45pm with no interaction, no explanation of the tardiness from the staff. Then watched a walk in (we were talking outside) start her pedicure.This company is marketing smart.... they ask for information checking in (name, email, etc) and then follow up with a text rate your experience (what??? I had no service???!!!!). So I try to respond and found out that if you dont a 5 Star review, the engagement is cut off. Hmmmmm.....As a digital marketing expert, I know his is a marketing effort to only post positive reviews and filter out the REAL reviews.Is this business good? Who knows. My experience was less than stellar. My appointment was ignored. I was ignored.

Extremely disappointed I tried to set an appointment with the technician (Tammy)and because I couldnt show to an appointment that I set before I become a black list customer no matter how much I apologize to them they did not want to understand and in the top of everything they talk to me as iam a credit card walking if you provide a service and you work by commission you dont say is very professional you tried to not loose the customer and give it a second chance TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!

Horrible experience. I went to get a pedicure today which lasted max 15-20 minutes. We did not speak at all throughout the pedicure and the water was extremely hot. The massage lasted maybe 2 minutes. They skipped the pedicure scrub and the little salts they add to the water. The towel at the end was cold. Finish product: I still have callus and scaly areas on my feet. I would not suggest you go to this salon as their quality is poor.

My first time at this nail salon and I was extremely satisfied and left super happy with how my nails turned out! I always struggled to find a good nail tech that does an amazing job with dip powder and Linh did a beautiful job! Definitely will be returning (:

I Have been going to this salon for a few months, before she did a great job. Today, she did not. My nails are too thick, crooked, and not to my liking, and when this was pointed out for future reference I was told “you can go to someone else.” Disgusting. This displays a lack of professionalism and accountability. Gladly taking my business somewhere else.
