I routinely get a dip manicure on my natural neils and I really like the Deluxe pedicure. Hannah does an amazing job and her attention to detail is first class.

Nelson did an excellent job on my mom and I’s nails today! She had Gel Polish applied to her nails and I had the Dip Powder applied to mine. Excellent service and reasonable prices!!! #awesomejobnelson!!!

Terrible customer service! I went to get my nails done and I asked for the design in the middle. The nail tech recommended different options and the final result was the nail picture in first nail picture. I was unhappy with my design and the overall result of my nails. They charged me $85 for the nails and I paid an extra $20 tip for the nail techs labor. From there I left a review that stated how I was not pleased with the design. Shortly after leaving the review, someone reached out saying that they would fix my nails for free. I agreed and when I got to the shop, not only did they not fix my nails for free, but they ambushed me. I spent about 15 minutes going back and forth with the workers regarding my nails after the person who reached out offered to fix my nails for free. They wasted my time and basically said that if I wanted my original design then I would have to pay $50 extra or they can take off the gems and refund me $20. I am so disappointed in the service and the treatment I received.

I went to this location after “cheating” on my current spot after my girl left! I made an appointment and they were really busy! I walked in with an appointment and STILL ended up being done wayyyy after others whom arrived. The gentleman there was really nice when I walked in. However, it did start to be frustrating after being there for an hour with an appointment made days ahead and watching walk-in’s being taken care of. Fast forward, Mia does my nails. 2 days later one of my nails broke. I called back and was allowed to come in. They fixed it! Cool! The nails are “natural looking”‘and rather thin. They didn’t last for me. I broke 4 of my natural nails and I was sooo disappointed because I hate adding tips! Anyhow.... not horrible. I just would’ve return.

I came here for the first time on a whim. As soon as I walked in they made sure I was attended to. They make you wash your hands right away, I think this is important to prevent the spread of germs. I was serviced by Julie who was super sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. I’ve gone to places where I’m made to feel bad for asking for what I want, so she reassured me and told me she is going to do exactly what I like and what makes me happy. She delivered excellent service, I love my cute short coffin nails that were done with dip. She was so swift also, I was in and out in less than half an hour. I can’t wait to come back again. Update:It’s been one year since coming and I’m done with this place! They just are not friendly and it is way too expensive for the quality that I get because two days later my nails break every single time today was the worst! the woman charged me $12 to draw lines on my nails..my entire pedicure and manicure with gel cost $102 .. two weeks ago I did a polish change on my toes and a fill in with two rhinestone ring fingers and that was $89!!! Three nails broke within a week!! And don’t think they will discount you on a repair either..unacceptable they charge extra to have a oval shape they charge extra to use the greater on your foot they charge extra for everything not worth it because they don’t last and break! They give you an attitude if you ask for regular acrylics and non gel polish and force it on because of course it’s more money!!! EVERYTIME!!They looked great and Gina did a great job it just was way too much and even after all that I still tipped generously and she just had an attitude and didn’t even say thank you. There are far too many nail salons to be loyal to this place! You all just lost a client.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!Find another place unless you enjoy spending a lot for something that doesn’t last with service with an attitude!****************************************

I love this nail salon! It is my new favorite spot and ever since my first visit I will never go anywhere else. I love getting my dip done here it comes out so amazing my nails have never been more heathier and longer. My nail tech Nelson makes sure Im well taken care of; hes the best. Ask for him! You wont regret it.

First time doing my nails here and I highly recommend it! I have to admit I LOVED IT there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. Nelson was amazing! He did both my gel pedicure and full set dip (ombre). He was so caring and extremely nice. He is amazing! Im so happy with the service I will definitely be coming back. On Sunday 26 a young men did my nails and he wasn’t professional at all, he was constantly hitting my fingers because I was supposed to be more relax. Rude actitud

Tried to over price wen we came back for nails got gel nails for 40 for 3 weeks straight then we go back the 4th week and he charges us $80?!? During the appointment he stopped doing our nails multiple times to answer the phone and he stopped doing my nails to start doing another customer. And for $80 ?? Are you serious.

Michelle was my nail tech. she was really sweet and kind. She listen to everything that I told her and she was very fast. She was very detailed with me nails and I was in and out.

I decided to treat my boyfriend to a pedicure with me. This was my 1st time going here and his. We both got the deluxe pedicure that came with a massage and foot wax treatment. Mine was ok nothing seemed deluxe about it to me. The service provider that worked on my feet was a little ruff with the massage and I think she couldve paid more attention to my toenais and cuticles. I got the gel polish and really like the color but, looking at the polish now it looks like i got my toes done a week ago. The service provider that did his feet put the wax on too hot and now he has a minor burn on the side of his foot. He also said his she couldve paid more attention to his cuticles and his heel areas. I would have to say we are both kinda disappointed and feel like they didnt really care 😕 considering we were 1st timers. I guess they are not hurting for return customers? However as a good customer i still decided to tip 17.5% each service provider for a $40 pedicure.

I made this review a year ago. When I came back to the shop... The owner asked me to leave or hell call the police. I wasnt in the door long enough to have a seat, but I made a quiet exit. They definitely didnt have much respect for me, and I had been a loyal patron for over a year.

I just moved back to Coral Springs and between moving and being so busy, I was definitely over due for a mani and pedi. I walked in and they took me right away. I felt like it was very sanitary and my tires and fingers look great! I will be coming here from here on out! Thanks guys! Oh I also got an eyebrow wax. She was fast thorough and friendly.

Today was my first time getting a dip powder manicure and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, healthier for my nails, and I was advised that it lasts longer than a regular gel manicure. My nail tech was Nelson and he did a great job. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family and I have already booked another appointment for my next dip manicure.The facility was clean. Nice to see that temperatures are being taken and everyone has to wash their hands upon entry.(My nail color 💅🏽 is 75 and I added glitter for the extra shine. ❤️)

My friend and I went together. The young lady I had was great. She was so helpful. I want a certain color but they didnt have it and she found one closest to and she did a design for me. It came out great. My friend on the other hand, her nails came out great but the tech had an attitude. The grey color she had was too light and when my friend asked if she could dip it one more time the tech rolled her eyes. The tech just seemed like she didnt want to be there or just didnt want deal with her. Otherwise it was good. Nails came out great. We are not letting one grumpy person discourage us from going back.

Your nail tech Mimi was very sloppy and rushed through my manicure! It was not busy it was Tuesday morning and the salon was empty. She was too busy talking to her friends and was rushing to talk to them. She was rushing so much she started filing while the acrylic was still wet. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails filed down, and you could still see the old nail polish through the new acrylic. I was very disappointed . I don’t think I will return to this salon. Very poor service. I do not recommend !

I went here for the first time with my friends and daughter and we had nothing negative to say. Everyone wears masks, they social distance and have barriers up. They took temperatures at the door and had us sanitize our hands before touching everything. I felt very safe and taken care of. There was the perfect balance of gentleness and control when getting my mani/pedi. Im very ticklish and I was able to sit through it and my cuticles werent cut up. Mine and my daughters nails look amazing. They dealt with my daughter in a very professional manner. This was the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon and I hope to come back.Edit: I went back again, with the same friends from last time and we had different people and we still had the same wonderful experience. This is def my new nail place.

This nail salon is horrible The customer service is disgusting the front desk doesn’t even know what she’s doing when you ask her simple questions or when she’s scheduling a client she books some back to back but that’s not even my issue I got my nails done by Nelson A full set and they didn’t even last me a week they fell off right away and when I came back to do another full set I told him to take your time be careful because I don’t want them falling off again he rushed me out he was so rude I ended up leaving and going to a different salon I will never be going to this location again so disgusting and disrespectful how they treat their paying customers do not waste your money coming here your nails will come right off and they don’t even care to fix it..

Rio is a professional and beautiful nail salon. I relocated to Coral Springs two months ago and before that I had been going to the same nail salon since I was 13 years old (I’m 29) so there were big shoes to fill. After reading the reviews I made an appt at Rio on Christmas Eve and had Gina for my pedicure and dip manicure and she did an amazing job. Went back today for the same services with Gina and was not disappointed, my nails look great and so does my pedicure. Everyone in the salon is nice, polite and professional. I would recommend to any of my friends and family, you won’t be disappointed!

Horrible customer service from the moment I walked in. First time coming, will definitely not be coming back. Mediocre pedicure at best, if you will even call it that!!! Not good color choices. Too many nail salons for you to go to...do not go to this one!!!!

I used to go to Rio Pro years ago. They were owned by different people back then. I don’t remember why I left, but I keep coming back every now and then.... I’m staying this time. As others have said, it is always clean, professional and the entire staff seem to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. Julie did my nails this time.... you won’t be disappointed.

I love how this is one of the places that really values cleanliness and sterility. They autoclave and sterilize all their tools and you see them take them out of the plastic. The pedicure tubs are lined with plastic, they wear gloves while performing pedicures. One thing that I saw at this salon I havent seen elsewhere (which is a FABULOUS idea) is small disposable filing sponges for each person. Sponges are porous and absorb bacteria, so reusing those for different people and not sterilizing them between clients is beyond unsanitary-and that thought never crossed my mind until this visit. Love this.

I would like to start off by saying hats off to the very polite and accommodating staff at Rio Pro nails. I was recommended to them by my close friend and I was not disappointed! I got my pedicure from Nelson whose strong hands were a blessing to my tired feet and my eyebrows waxed by Mimi who convinced me to have faith in waxing again since I normally get them threaded. As a man who believes in proper nail hygiene its difficult to find an attentive nail salon. In Coral Springs this is the best salon Ive found. They are very clean and without the smell of your typical strip mall salon (no chemical smell here). They are always courteous, kind, and take the time to get the job done right. I highly recommend this place.

After trying several nail spas, I can say with no hesitation that I finally found my new nail spot! I LOVE my nails (done by Lee & Nelson). I was in and out in a matter of an hour. The price was right and the service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Rio Pro Nails!

I just spent three hours and 30 minutes at this place and I’m still dissatisfied. I chose a color for my nails and ask them if the dip color was going to be the same color on my toes she said yes polish on my toes she said yes. As she was doing my nails and toes these colors don’t look the same and she said yes once I go outside I’ll see my hands and feet will be the same color. I paid went outside and guess what? They were not the color my toes were toes was a gray charcoal to be exact and my nails was a dark army green. Then I had to sit down and paint over my dip polish with another color as well as I had to sit to get my hands repainted so they could match. A waste of my time I’m pretty sure he’s going to get his money back on the product that they sold him. But didn’t give me back anything for wasting my time which is very valuable. Not going back!!!!

Nelson was my tech on my first visit, he does wonderful nails but he is greedy he also did a pedicure for me where he did my feet in the water took my nail polish off and re-polish my toes and as I asked him to scrub my feet he told me it was going to be a $15 upgrade then he added to my bill stickers that I did not request I am a very simple person and I like simple colors and my bill came up to $106 I tipped him for Being so greedy $20 to let him have a wonderful year the service was awful from him the quality of Nails was great but Nelson stay away on my second visit I noticed young ladies having the same issue with their pedicure to overcharge and not once did he offer the 1st×20% off service just awful awful

I found the service to be excellent. First, the nail salon/spa is absolutely beautiful inside. Crystal chandeliers added to the elegantly appointed decor. I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while enjoying a massage chair as I got my pedicure. My nail tech was friendly and efficient. There are several types of services to choose from. My girls have been wanting a manicure for awhile now. We decided to go to Rio Nails for convenience and was blown away by the gentleman who did their nails. I was so happy to find Rio open today, my go to salon was closed today! Hannah did an amazing job with my pedicure and NexGen...she took the time to make sure it was exactly how I like my nails! I walked in on 03/18/2020 and the technician that I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance wasnt even there. I had got another technician and she wasnt so happy to take me as a client, her customer service wasnt the most friendliest. I would ask her for certain things and she would just look at me if i was crazy and she wouldnt even talk to me at all. THIS PLACE YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL AND ELABORATE OF WHAT YOU WANT, I was manipulated and paid more for my nails than what I was originally quoted for. When I asked the Store manager that day to ask the technician to leave me alone because she was being rude to be he wasnt doing anything at all. I felt UNCOMFORTABLE and not at ease. Even when asking everyone for their names to make a complaint they refused to give it to me. When I asked to speak to the owner or speak to someone higher up than the store manager they refused to give me any information of any sort.

I have been getting my gel nails done here for about 4 years and have had a few people do them. I hate getting my nails done, causes anxiety but I have to have them. No one is better than Jason! He is so kind, warm, friendly, funny and gentle. He does the best designs I have ever had, everyone comments on them. I just let him do whatever he wants, he is great at Disney designs. Please dont ever leave me!!

I love this salon, and they speak excellent English, Jason is my favorite nail tech and he will do pedicures on occasions. But he is awesome as a nail tech, hell advice you on color choices for your skin tone and he can make custom colors for you too, just tell him what you want. He is the very best.
