I have been coming here since I was in high school. Great quality, fair prices, and the work always lasts! I moved about thirty minutes away and still go out of my way to come here. I always go to Tammy, she’s the best!!

I was excited to try this nail salon because I walk by it all the time and thought it would be awesome since it would be so convenient… I went in for a regular pedicure and dip manicure and tips… I started the pedicure first and was given a handful of color options… I chose my pedicure color & wanted the same color for my manicure, but was struggling to find the matching color in the dip power… the tech was trying to make me choose a color that didn’t match & I patiently & politely declined her suggestions. Finally she got up and came back with 100 times more options for colors and I immediately found the matching color… she hastily finished the pedicure, which was below average & without doing the basic mini lotion massage & handed me off to the tech that was going To do my manicure. I sit down and he starts taking off my nail polish and I see over his shoulder some cool nail polish colors that I was not shown. I asked him about this other polish and he cuts me off and says no for design and I said oh it’s only for design he said only for design and was not interested to find out if I wanted a design or what I was actually interested in having done. Well, at that point I had had it. I abruptly stopped him from removing my nail polish And said I’m OK I’m going to forget the manicure I’m just going to pay for the pedicure which I did and left. There are literally 1000 nail salons in my general area and this experience was the worst I’ve ever had.They were rude and in a rush even though there was nobody in there. They were not very interested in my experience overall and didn’t even ask why I abruptly stopped the manicure. They just handed me my bill I paid and left. If this was the last place on earth to get a mani/ pedi, I’d go without. I give them ZERO STARS.

I did my gel pedi and full set, best experience, I don’t know about the bad reviews they just sound like entitled people. They are very nice and the nail tech was very gentle with me. I will come back here ❤️ Hope this review helps

The girl Jessie is unprofessional, unfriendly, bad attitude and EXTREMELY RUDE!! so is the guy Aaron! He is ***EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and COMBATIVE to customers!! He’s only concerned with getting your money. They rush your nails which do not last long and gets an attitude if you spend time choosing your nail color. I told everyone I know to never go here!! EXTREMELY RUDE and Unprofessional Staff!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!!!

Some of there nail techs are good some aren’t I just got a new set and I’m Disgusted my nail shapes are disgusting they’re thick on shapely I ask for designs I got some rookie designs I am very disappointed and even if they are some good text I will not be returning there thanks but no thanks very disappointed and what a shame so close to home

They use to have people there who actually do a good job but now its just a rush job and not thorough at all. My gel manicure didnt even last 4 days. I definitely will not be going here again. I recommend spending your money elsewhere

I am in town for a funeral and needed to get my nails done. I walked in and was immediately socially profiled. I asked for a pedicure and the nail tech asked if I wanted Gel. I told her no, I wanted regular polish. I asked for a specific color referred by a relative and she said they didn’t have it, which they did. After asking if the color I selected resembled the Gel Polish, the nail technician said, “I don’t know”. You have 1 job, how do you not know? I was immediately turned off and of course she had an attitude the remainder of the visit. I had a horrible experience after that. I’ve been getting Pedi/Mani as long as I can remember and it’s always a risk trying new establishments. I will never recommend this location or come back again.

Great place ! Went yesterday for pedicure nails and a waxing. Bee was great. Staff was very friendly and professional. morning time early afternoon is perfect time to go and relax. Clean and reasonable prices as well. I will be back 💕💜👏🏻

I havent been since my Anna left to start a family then it went under new management with a whole new staff so I didnt even try. BIG mistake!! I have been to several shops and nothing but disappointment....but today was a new beginning! Jessie is amazing PERIOD Now I finally found someone who takes pride in her work and will be a steady customer.

Bee did my nails today for the first time and I love them! She did a great job on the shape and did everything I wanted! She has a loyal customer with me! Will definitely be back !

Ricky does amazing pedicures & Anna is the absolute best nail tech! She can do dip powder (my personal fave), acrylic, gel, all types of designs you name it! Both of them & everyone at the salon are so nice! I always recommend all of my friends & anyone who compliments my nails to go to Lee Nails & ask for Ricky & Anna!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and had the pleasure of Jenny doing them for me. What I truly appreciated was before she even made me lay down, she asked me exactly how I wanted my brows done. She was very personable and customer service was great. Plus my eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted them. :)

Ive been to this shop several times. It is convenient for me but they are never friendly. Never say its nice to see you, or How are you,? ..never. I keep trying but have had terrible manicures most of the time. They had to fix a couple of things a few times but werent happy doing it. Today I got a terrible manicures and pedicures, nails uneven length and shape... Ive had enough of this place..even one time a friend came in with me and after said, they are not very friendly . Im done. Not personable at all. The reason you get Manicue/ pedicures is to feel good.i come out ..not feeling good.

New associate assisited me today she did a poor job. She was in a rush and soliciting other services I dont need or want.As a long time client I am ecstatic to say that management was able to redo my nails and apologize.I hope the new associate will improve with time.

I usually don’t rate places just because I’m not affected that much when I visit different places, but I have to rate this place. I got gel nails with acrylic (to give my nails length too). Despite a lot of things going wrong (he didnt shape my nails before applying the tip, he was too rough with the filing which scrapped my skin, he put two different colors for my hands compared to my feet, and the list goes on) my biggest problem was how thick and wide my nails were in the end. My hands are small (I’m a 7 in ring and shoe size and I’m 5’0 tall) yet he made my nails huge. As I’m trying to explain what he did wrong, every employee of course had to defend him by saying he did that because my hands are big and if he doesn’t make it this thick my nails would break. Another employee also said “Hurry up and sit so I can fix your nails!” while I was trying to explain which was rude of course. I asked my husband and a few friends/coworkers what they thought and they all agreed my nails thickness and width was way too big. Now to not cause chaos (being that I’m black and people take what we say and do to a higher level) I just paid $50 for a color change on feet and my nails too. It should have been $47 in total but like I said I don’t want to make a scene but I just paid and left. Overall I’m really pissed with my experience there so if you plan on going just be extremely clear on what you want and pick who you want to do your nails too if you prefer.

Anna does really good dips and she’s very friendly, though i haven’t been in some time so I’m not sure if she still works there but she’s amazing at doing nails

For right now Im rating this place a 2. I have been coming here for six years and today was my first negative experience worth writing a review. I wrote a review on FB and recieved a somewhat rude response so I deleted my review and decided to I go in and speak with the manager later this week. I just hope he isnt as rude as the employee who responded to my review. In short, the service I recieved today was rushed and shotty. I will update my rating after I speak with the manager.

Really rude and unprofessional staff attempted my pedicure. While on Holiday in August I visited with my mother in law for a pedicure. She started before me and the lady took her time doing her pedi but the short man finished my pedi way before hers and left to go for a smoke. He took no time to provide the service I was paying for. When I pointed out that he left rough skin which meant my pedi wasnt done properly, he was rude and did nothing but advise it needed oil to cover it up. The lady who was doing my mother in law pedi had to oil my feet. I was so annoyed and as I was paying I told him I was unhappy with the service and I would not use their service again. He and another male staff stated you dont need to come back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend Lees nail salon to anyone.They do not even deserve the one star.

I went in there for a fill with a gel polish. First that was $35 when a gel Full set is $37. The next morning my polish was already peeling. WTH?! Never again. Im giving then a 2 star cause my Pedi was great. So far

Ive been here 3x so far in the last 6 months or so. I went the first time because they were referred to me. I have done mani/pedis so far with Jenny, Van and Peter(?). All were great! They even convinced me to give myself mommy time every 3 weeks & so I went with NexGen nails. Best decision ever! Gel nails are a waste for me (Mommy here, duh) & NexGen are the way to go. They actially last & look great. Last 2x were with Jenny. She also does my eyebrows. Multi-tasking, all in one, best 2 hours spent every 3 weeks or so that this Mommy can get!! Efficient & effective.
