Best workout EVER! Trainers are amazing and interested in helping you succeed. Best 30 minutes of my day!!! Ive been going to their Kendall location for about two years and so very happy to now have the opportunity to workout on my lunch break during working hours.

I’m in my second week and I am very happy with everything about this place. Julia is so helpful. I am 52 y/o and not in my most agile stage and she sort of customizes the workout to my Level. The 30 minutes round works. My muscles feel like they are being targeted. Plus the place is clean and welcoming.

An amazing workout in only 30 minutes! Doesnt get much better than that. Ive had foot issues and they did a great job customizing the workouts for me. Definitely try this place out!

I like that there are no class times. You just show up when its convenient for you and begin your workout and, unlike going to a regular gym where you can do that as well, you are guided and encouraged by a knowledgeable personal trainer.
