I LOVE this studio! I have been coming here for over a year and there is a reason I keep coming back. The instructors are some of the best and classes always stay fresh and challenging. It’s a great workout And this is coming from someone who has done it all. I feel like it’s a complete workout and it’s all done in 55 minutes, so it’s super time efficient as well. The owner, Summer, is lovely and keeps this place run superbly. Five stars plus! You will love Plates Pro Works👊🏻

I started Pilates 6months ago and it totally changed my life! The studio is amazing and the instructors are great. All classes are challenging but adapted to every fitness level. Its a great workout in a very cool ambiance!

I love this place, I started a year ago and I felt in love. The place is great, all the instructors are awsome, classes are super good. I have increased my fitness level in a way that I didnt expected now it has become a daily practice. I have a hernia in L5 and 2 surgeries in my left knee and this is the only exercise that has conditioned my muscles without pain and without hurting my joints. I am now pain free and super fit. 100% recommended.

This place is amazing! I just started to try pilates and they were super welcoming and understanding! All of the instructors have kicked my butt & also been really fun and understanding that Im a newbie! What did it for me is that when I left the first day they said welcome to the family and that really made me feel like it wasnt some stuck up gym where people dont feel comfortable in their own skin! I LOVE this place!

The membership program is designed in a way that youre locked and good luck trying to get out. I signed up for January, quickly realized there will be no time to work out using the packed of my choice, and since then has been trying to cancel my membership. I took classes in January and since then I lost over $400 because of stupid contracts and notices that are put in place and are not explained well. Even though there was in-person conversations and written proof and emails that I did not want keep going with classes, I kept being charged until I was told that I had to go back to the studio to sign a final piece of paper. I feel disrespected and robbed.

Love this studio so far. I have taken classes with Summer, Dani, Bia, and Alex. Love the variety and hope to try some of the other formats.

I have been a traditional Pilates person for a very long time (over 10 years) and have only recently started trying new methods. I discovered Pilates ProWorks recently and was amazed at how much I liked it. While they incorporate some traditional pilates methods into the routines which I appreciate, they also incorporate a variety of new techniques which make me feel deeper more effective muscle conditioning into my workout. The team is very knowledgable and friendly and really make you feel comfortable when you begin. This studio is a great blend of the methods if you are looking to expand your horizons.

I moved to Miami from Michigan a few months ago and soon realized I needed to find something active to do. I somehow stumbled across this gem and have been obsessed since my first day of class. When I called to inquire, the desk worker was extremely inviting and informative. The minute you walk in, you feel welcome. The instructors are amazing and push you to your fullest potential. I am stronger than ever and see my body changing daily. Pilates ProWorks is where its at!

Ive been coming to Pilates Proworks for the past 2 years and Ive never felt better. Ive suffered from neck and back problems for most of my life, and theyve been completely eliminated since doing pilates consistently. Every instructor is amazing and puts their own flavor into the workout, and Summer, the owner, is incredible and keeps the studio running smoothly. The classes are challenging, but I always leave with a smile on my face.

Summer and all the instructors at Pilates ProWorks made me feel very welcome. They took their time to show me strategies to be able to feel secure on the machines. Great instructors, beautiful clean studio. I truly recommend them for beginners to pros.

Pilates ProWorks Miami is a great Pilates studio. I have been attending classes since they opened their doors in January and love it!!! The instructors and staff are so wonderful. It is the perfect way to start my day!

Firstly, I waited a while to write this review simply because I had a bad experience and didnt want review while angry. Do I feel any different today? Less angry, but no. Heres what happened.Pros:There was only 1 instructor (Alex) that I really enjoyed going there for, the 3 stars are for him, he is amazing and deserves 5 stars.Cons:I bought a package that included 10 classes a month. Between the limited amount of classes that Alex taught, and my hectic work schedule I was not able to make the 10 classes per month. There was 1 employee who would help me out and extend the time so Id be able to use the classes I already paid for, I believe her name was Danielle but the rest of the people working there were just rude, unhelpful and dismissive.Parking is non existent unless you park in the garage nearby which charges you $2 an hour. This doesnt sound like a lot but when you are paying almost $20 per class, it adds up.Finally, they make you sign a contract where your card will automatically be charged for the next month with a 30 day notice period. So there is no way for you to really try this place out for 1 month, you will have to do 2 months minimum. Dont forget to cancel your membership on time, they are simply unforgiving for that. I forgot to cancel and went to them to see if they could work something out for me as I missed the deadline by 3 days, once again I was treated rudely by the front desk agent (lady with blonde hair) who insisted that I had signed the paper and there was nothing they could do, this was their policy, remember you signed the paper?!Despite all this I really liked the workout with Alex and actually chose to stay 1 more month. Once again, I was not able to make the 10 allocated classes due to being on vacation and this time there was no extension and nothing they could do. I did try to put my membership on hold while being on vacation to save myself from losing classes but guess what, they charge you for that! Yes, they charge you for notifying them that you will not be making it to classes that you paid for in advance. When I told the lady my Crossfit Gym (BluePrint) didnt do that, she just looked at me and said well we dont do that.In all I lost over $150 in classes that I was never able to use and guess what, they just sent me an email asking me to come back, which of course I wont.

The studio is beautiful and inspires you to get your ass to class. The classes are tough and you get a real workout. Plus, everyone is really nice.

So I have had a life time of play. Over my lifetime I have participated and coached many team and individual sports. I am richly Blessed that my avocation and love of all things PLAY has become my vocation. Now I am literally paid to play for a living; paddle board guide, kayak fishing, spearfishing, road bike and mountain bike tours I still coach kids sports and cross country running, I ran marathons for 20 plus years including some Ultra marathons and expedition kayaking. Tired yet and that doesnt cover learning to surf at age 44! Yeeew. Why the share? Well besides surfing nothing has challenged me or put me in touch the small spaces of my mind and body like the sessions and staff at Pilates ProWorks MIami. Two Sundays ago I shared with one of my instructors, Francine, This is the first time in months that the class was effortless. Something clicked and my work out and LIFE came into laser focus. Heavy yes. Untrue? No. I felt totally connected on another level and the class and Pilates verified my deepest wish for this year after some personal life challenges that I needed to take time to HEAL and love myself.Francine repled Pilates is about MIND, BODY and SPIRIT. Whoa. I have always worked out to get my body in shape Faith was another area and well I hadnt really focused on working on all at one time. BALANCE. It is on a stone in my car and well I finally get it. Short story is sign up for a class or ten and let Dejuan work on the small spaces (his words to me and hes right) let Francine push you with that southern drawl or Dani keep you laughing with her own great accent and tender way of saying get your butt moving and then there is Alex. I finally took his PILATES class after sharing with him after the 730pm BOOTCAMP work out.. Dude I train people for a living and you are a trainers trainer Youre kicking my ass and I love it ( after a spearfishing trip I told my friends I need to work on my cardio) Careful what you wish for! Then there is the human kind side of the business. Summer was so accommodating to work with my request when I was out of town tending to my moms passing. I havent shared that in any Insta or FB post but short story is they have a heart and soul and want the best for me. Now thats more like a family than a work out studio PS...the front desk staff is awesome too.Get moving and ooopps Im late to class David in Coral Gables, Fl
