I am a physician and used to take all my dress shirts for cleaning. They damaged one of my shirts severely, with gross tears and chemical damage. They would not accept responsibility for it. They told me I have to wait 2 weeks for the owner to review the claim. I never got a call back. I asked again, and same story. Customer service is terrible. And their service is over priced and unreliable.
Left seat cushions for a week and a half was told it would cost $10 to repair. A week and a half later I go to pick up only to be told they couldn’t repair it. No phone call to let me know they couldn’t fix it after they said yes. Worse customer service and extremely high prices.
Excellent service. Went over and beyond normal service duties. Brought my clothes from Coral Gables to Ft. Lauderdale Airport when I was under extreme time constraints.-Walter Foeman
Do not use them. I was promised a jacket I needed on Wednesday. Didn’t have it done and it took 3 trips to finally get it on Friday. No offer of a discount or anything for the inconvenience.
Best place in Miami-Dade for your most prized garments as well as your everyday suits and silks..Wedding gown preservation or restoring a garment with damage or stains...They do it all and they do it well...The owners family has been caring for fine clothing and specialty items for three generations and they KNOW how to keep you and your clothes looking great. I drive to Coral Gables from Fort Lauderdale because my vintage pieces and my high-end designer suits always come out beautifully. A polite, knowledgeable staff, a great location, and aoutstanding workmanship...
Mrs. Gort,We sincerely apologize for your unhappy experience. however, your blouse was ready in 3 days, on May 27 at 9:30am, you brought it in May 24 at 8:10am but did not pick it up until June 4 at 8:42am. You were happy with the quality of cleaning when you left our store. We are happy to try and accomodate if possible when a client feels they are overcharged but it is difficult without seeing the item. Once you sent us a picture of your fully beaded, sequinced long sleeve silk blouse, we refunded you a courtesy discount to try and accommodate your needs, but the price was correct due to the service and care needed for your garment and was reconciled within a week after you originally picked it up. Again, we are disappointed we could not meet all your needs.
Expensive and careless. RETURNED A SUIT WITH ALL THE STAINS AND NOT IRONED. Refused to refund the money. Never going back.

Go to place for wedding dress preservation and other higher end services. We live to far for everyday dry cleaning but we couldnt be happier with this place
This has been my worse experience at this cleaners being my first and last time. Not only did it take them one week for just one garment but then they also over charged my credit card. I have been calling I have been calling for 4 days and have been given the run around by Maria then finally on the 4th day a gentlemen tells me I need to go back in with the garment. Total inconvenience to have to go back with the garment for my refund.Totally unsatisfied worst experience
