I really do not recommend this dry cleaners super expenisve and the quality is poor considering their price. We have been customers for this dry cleaners for years and after we have spent thousands of dollars, one day they suddenly called us to say that our address was not in thier route anymore some guy there super rude. they could care less about loyalty and all the money we have spent with them.

No loyalty, horrible service, the worst. After eight years of getting their service and over paying for it, someone called to let me know that can not deliver to my house no more, that my address was not in their route (after 8 years of doing so). Spending over $400 a month they do this type of thing. Please I warn you DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.. you will regret it !!!!

Best service. Good service. Their work is great. They make alterations and everything.

Update:The owner herself stepped in to personally resolve the matter when no one did. She took possession of my jeans and committed to a turnaround time. When the restoration still didnt meet her expectation, she promptly called advising that she needed more time.The jeans looked beautiful once they were returned. Naturally, my expectation would have been like for like, meaning a brand new pair but I did allow them to go thru the process and it met my satisfaction. Increasing this rating to 4 stars based on her readily owning the problem.I was referred to this cleaners as they have high availability and great turnaround time. They did honor their commitment time to me, my clothes were hanging and waiting at the time in which they were promised and the staff at drop off was very courteous and kind. Unfortunately the woman that was overseeing my order was heading out to holiday in Mexico and wasnt able to see my order through to completion. The outcome was far less than pleasurable. My brand new $220 white jeans that I forewarned had never been cleaned before returned to me with an odd pinkish tint. That for me was plenty to overshadow the kindness and time commit. Ill stick with the service I go to that take more time because care and caution goes into the process.

Great customer service. I came in to have my Navy uniforms dry cleaned while staying in Miami and they were able to get it done in a timely manner. My uniforms looks great with perfect seams. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I have been here two times now. Once for a simple hemming of a curtain and replacement of a hook and eye on a dress and another time for dry cleaning. Both times I have come to pick up items after the date and time they gave me. The first time I was asked to wait to see if items were complete, and the second time I had to actually wait for ten minutes while they finished pressing items. For a place that claims they do same day service, I am confused as to what they have been doing with my clothes for the past 5 days. I even came an entire day later than they told me to.I also found them to be overpriced. I only gave two stars instead of one because the hemming and dry cleaning was actually done well.I am not waiting to find out if third time is a charm. I will be going around the corner to Society cleaners for better (and more timely) service for future needs.

Worst service ever! Takes them 4 days to process one shirt, then they couldn’t find it and I had to come back the next day again. Staff could not be less service oriented... and prices are high. I don’t know how people put up with this.Will never come back.

I brought in my brother in laws guayabera I borrowed for an event. He had worn it a few times without washing, and I ended up putting another two full days of outdoor, afternoon, and long use into it. It had gotten yellowed and slightly stained in placesI brought it in, pointed out a few problem areas, told them I wanted it looking great for my brother in law. No problem, they said.And holy smokes did they mean it. I got it back and it looks like new. Perfectly pristine white. Pressed well. All the stains, yellowing, sweat rings, everything completely gone and cleaned. My brother in law didnt even believe it was the same shirt, he was convinced I must have ruined his and was secretly giving him a new replacement shirt. Cant speak highly enough about the good work, I really appreciated it.

I have been here many times and always receive an excellent customer service, they are very friendly and treat you like family!!!!! It is always a pleasure visit this place!

They where able to fix a white shirt of mine that no one else was able to fix. Also Eva the tailor is a magician, she has hemmed so many jeans for me. She makes them look original. I dont know how she does it.

Tried to get some uniforms dry cleaned here. Waited 5 minutes at the counter as the two young women chatted behind the window. No acknowledgement, no help. I left and took my business elsewhere.
