They are always very professional and responsive. The seamstress that fixed my shirt last week did an excellent job. My intricate cotton shirt was returned to me nicely steam-ironed and ready to wear. I am very pleased with the service at this Oxxo location.

I brought in a very large order of clothes that needed stains removed and shirts that needed to be pressed. The team was quick and and did a great job at a reasonable price. I will use oxxo cleaners again!

I had 2 dress for my wedding day altered. And the seamstress and Staff were sooo nice and so helpful! They made sure both dresses would be ready on time for my day and they did a beautiful job ! I am so thankful for both of these ladies and will definitely be back soon!!

Too xpensive poor service

Great service. Walked in, friendly helpful staff. Simple process and can pick up 24 hours. Thought it was affordable as well and they did a great job. Dry cleaning for a suit. Walked in, no wait and it was ready in a few days time.

I have no idea what I am being billed. They never give you an itemized receipt. I turn in items to be laundered. They decide to clean at double the price. Customer service is non-existent. The big feature is you can go any time to pick up or drop off.

Cheapest in the area, no doubt - 65 cents a pound for laundry and reasonable dry cleaning prices. However, I feel I cant afford them because he gave someone else my pillowcase (and me theirs), ironed my back pocket flap halfway inside the pocket so I had to iron freshly dry-cleaned pants myself, and lost a sweatband I cant replace. Bummer.

Ive been a client for over four years and never had any problems always a great experience and the staff is wonderful and very professional.

If i could give them 0 stars I would... they charged my wife $80 for her dress. She showed them exactly where the stain was and they said they could do it. We go to pick up the dress and nothing was done to that spot on the dress. They claim we never told them where it was. Q PORQUERIA!!!!! Dont go here its overpriced and the service is terrible. Their attitude is what lead me to write this review. I understand if there was miscommunication on your part as a business. But dont be rude to my wife when you messed up. STAY FAR AWAY!

The place is very nice, on another level, like the rodeo drive street in beverly hills, a lot of level and expensive shops. The gastronomy is also a level higher than other miami malls.But ..... it lacks a starbucks !!

Excellent customer service from the work team and from the manager. I recommend it 100%. They also have home delivery service at no additional cost. I have a skin allergy and since I changed I have not had any problems again. Also what I like the most is that the clothes dont smell like chemicals like in conventional laundries.
