I had a dress that I needed cleaned for a black tie wedding. I was out of town, so I had a family member pick up the dress for me. There was a mix-up by the cleaners and I didnt realize it until later on once the cleaner was already closed. I was nervous because it was a holiday weekend and the cleaner was closed until Monday. I called every number I could and within a very short time, Roland called me back and worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of in time. He went above and beyond to correct the situation, despite it being late at night on the night before the wedding. Id recommend their cleaning service to anyone! The customer service really is above and beyond!

It takes then five full days to process dry cleaning for a shirt. Anything before is considered express. All work is outsourced and quality not exceptional. Even with express they did not deliver on time. I gave them 3 tries and given up.
