Julio was the best guy in the place and he left! I only wish I knew where because I would follow him anywhere. He is the only one that has been able to cut my sons hair appropriately. It used to be 5 stars, but without Julio, it gets 3 at most.

You get what you pay for. I have been going to this specific location for years and always been happy, point of fact i will go nowhere else. Seeing the negative reviews though few i see where they come from. One do not be cheap, its niether endearing nor will it get you anywhere with the staff. Second, be respectful, you do not own the people who work there and being rude to them will get you the level of service you deserve for being rude and cheap..

I went to this place like a week ago for my boy to do a haircut! They were busy!! One of the ladies actually she was kind of rude!!! Said that they didnt have any space to cut my boys hair!! But I gave it another chance today! And actually they were and a good mood!! A very nice gentleman cut my boys hair very very nice!! Im definitely coming tomorrow with my other boy for a haircut 😎

With the first step you take into this establishment you notice that this is no regular barber. This is a special place that welcomes all people. Most cutters are women which is great. No big thuggish intimidating men with scissor behind your head, just beautiful women.Also, the music they play in the background is great. And of course, the hair cuts are amazing!I recommend 10/10.

The Venezuelan guy gave me a very bad hair cut, I went to a different location the next day to well groomed gentlemen. The lady at well groomed gentlemen told me my hair was cut uneven and she could fix it for me, and she did.

Excellent hair cut! However for $35 Definitely overpricedShave was very disappointing. For $25 no preshave and then the use of what felt like a cheap shaver that yanked my hairs out (likely will get a bunch of in grown hairs as a result of it)

Cool place that offers a real old school barber feel. Like any place, make sure you find someone that gives you the cut you like. Parking in the back is a huge plus!

My husband always gets his haircut here and absolutely refuses to go anywhere else. Not even a different Razzle Dazzle location. His favorite barbershop is the one in Miracle Mile. They staff is always friendly and willing to work with the styles he wants. He’s been coming here for years and has never left disappointed.

I went to Razzle Dazzle Coral Gables for the first time today. Everything was going well and then a cuban born patron and a cuban born service person got into a conversation that turned into negative/derogatory comments about a certain nationality. They invited my barber (nationality unknown to me) to chime in on the derogatory conversation and surprisingly he did. It turns out i am of that nationality. I did not say a word and they kept going for a few minutes. After my haircut was done, i proceded to the register and was asked for my contact info in case i come back. I stated that would not be necessary, as the haircut might have been fine but i do not condone discrimination against any nationality. Obviously i left no tip.

Alec gave me a cut. Very professional and friendly. He worked with me to get the cut I wanted and provided great service along the way. Clearly a long time professional.

The lady has no idea how to cut a boys hair cut. Ive had to explained to her four times how to do it. The young lady at the front desk was horrible. Not customer service friendly, kinda rude. Not worth the money!.!. I would never come back ever again.!.

Every time Ive come to this location, theyve taken longer to sit me down than actually cut my hair. Expect a 30+ minute wait time before actually getting your haircut.Ive even called in advance and they tell me to just come in. Still had to wait 30 minutes.As for the hair cuts, Ive had better experiences at other barbershops, but thats the only thing saving them from 1 star.

Alba was simply terrible, she really made it look like it was he first time trimming a beard. 1) bad cigarette breath. 2) didnt know where anything was around. 3) she kept saying she was very good with the blade and repeating how sharp her blade was, but my neck is so red and burning and last month when another girl did it wasnt burning at all. 4) you could say I should have picked the girl I knew, but my problem is also with the place, everyone that was called to substitute and anyone knew were anything was, definitely a bad management of employees. 5) since I am never going back, I paid and even gave her a tip, she kept telling me it didnt look so good because of my beard and hair, and that my neck was burning because I wasnt use to it, repeating nervously if everything was ok she knew she did a terrible job.

The site is misleading. The lady who cut my hair was an ugly train wreck. Dont get me wrong that is not an assessment of her hair cutting capability. I cannot report on that as I assume the massacre I received was due to her less than understandable English.

My autistic son P A U L D E N I N O wanted a haircut. They were being racist and rejected him because he was slightly loud. A customer yelled at my son telling him to f* off. The all the employees began rushing him out. Very rude staff...
