Dr. Kamura explained everything in detail. The procedure was painless, clean, and he and his assistant kept checking if I was good. Great experience!

I dont recommend a root canal but if you have to have one, Dr. Kamura was amazing! Him and Ana (I believe) performed my procedure and were so kind and explained everything. I have to say that out of my past experiences with root canals, this one by far was the ABSOLUTE BEST experience. I was referred to Dr Kamura by my general dentist because of tooth pain from a recent crown. The office in Coppell is nice. The office staff at Sigma are very welcoming and efficient. Check in was very smooth. Ana is Dr Kamura’s assistant and she was very friendly and calming and efficient. Dr Kamura was very nice and explained his findings in detail. I needed a root canal. Not what anyone wants to hear but I felt fully informed of the cause and what the procedure would involve and my cost. It took about 45 mins. Dr Kamura made sure I was pain free and comfortable. Ana and Dr Kamura were very calming and the procedure went very smoothly. I highly recommend this office if you need a specialist. I got a follow up call the day after to see if I was doing good. I was well taken care of.

Front office staff at the Coppell location do not know what they are doing in the way of insurance coverage. I submitted my insurance information to them several times. Upon my arrival of the morning of my procedure they still did not have the updated information in my chart. Still asking for numbers etc. minutes before I was to go back and see the Dr. They kept spelling my last name wrong. Told them that it was spelled wrong on my first visit to this location. They still had it wrong and even submitted my insurance information with the wrong name on it. I tried to get a copy of my insurance invoice and was told I could not have a copy of it. That they already submitted it to the insurance company. The front desk staff said Oh well. They need to either re-train the staff or let them go.

Sigma Dental Specialists in Coppell were so extraordinary flexible. They gave me an appointment same day I called for diagnosis only, but when it turned out that I needed a root canal on two teeth and because I was about to leave town two days later, they treated me the same day!!!! The treatment was perfectly performed by Dr Kamura! Best experience I had with root canal treatment!

Went to my general dentist this morning for a annual check-up and to see about a little tenderness on my crowned molar.Dr Palhan said I didn’t need a cleaning. Instead, I needed a root canal! Yikes!She gave Dr. Kamura her highest praise and recommendation and based on her confidence in him, I came to see him. The office got me in within two hours. Extra nice.Dr. Kamura is all she said he is and more. He answered all my questions with clarity and patience. He is very skilled and kind. I seriously didn’t feel a thing and actually fell asleep during the procedure. He was able to complete the treatment in one sitting so ultimately, the only day off I am taking is today.His staff is friendly, kind, and efficient. His assistant Ana Matilde is super patient and inspired confidence that I was in good hands. She and Dr. Kamura worked very well together. A good team.Hopefully, I never have to do this again but, if I need an endodontist again, I know who I will see.

I had a failed root canal from another dentist that was giving me almost unbearable pain, sinus issues, recurring infections and temperature sensitivity for a month. Dr Kamura was able to find two hidden roots that had not been treated and treat them. I felt so much relief even before the procedure was fully finished. The whole staff including Bryanna and Ana were great as well. They were also sensitive to my experience with dental work in the past that was giving me some anxiety and recommended an oral sedative that was very helpful in making it a pleasant experience this time around. Highly recommend if you have root canal issues.

I was treated for root canal re-do here. The experience was fantastic! It was totally different from my previous experience that was painful and time-consuming. After the treatment my doctor showed X-ray graphics of my affected tooth before and after. It was nicely done. All work was done for just one visit. Also staffs were very friendly and helpful. Sigma Dental has one of the best teams in North Texas! The staff in the Coppell office from the front desk in Nicole, Deisy, Bryanna to the Dental assistant Ana and Dr. Kamura were all super awesome and very friendly. I needed an Endodontist in a hours notice from a root canal flare up and Dr Kamura and team were able to see me within the same day. They explained the root canal procedure thoroughly and always ensured I was comfortable throughout. I went in feeling intense pain and left only 1.5 hours later feeling 1000X better. The front desk staff also took care of a minor insurance hiccup for me with my general dentistry office. They went above and beyond all around. I appreciated their great customer service and more importantly that they took care of my issue.
