Dr Lee was awesome. I made the mistake of letting another dentist perform a root canal on me and was referred to Dr Lee to fix it. I was referred to Dr. Lee from my regular dentist. At first I was upset about my whole tooth situation. They were able to get me in last minute rather quickly. Dr. Lee is truly awesome! My daughter had a very extensive case and he has been working wonders on her. They are very reasonably priced!! Definitely recommend this office. What services do people most want when they visit their doctor? First of all, I think the friendliness of doctors and staff is the most what people seriously care. They took pictures several times in order to explain exactly where and why I was sick, and they provide me details about it. Dr. Lee, he explains whats going on, ensures that I understood the treatment plan before starting the treatment. And even in the middle of the treatment, he constantly checked to see if I was feeling any pain. Much more than just receiving quality care, I felt Dr. Lee truly cares about his patients. Great experience! The lady at the front desk was very patient with me and showed me everything I needed to know from what insurance would pay for to every detail of what I needed to pay for. Dr. Lee was amazing. This was my first root canal surgery and he assured me that it was very simple and easy. He was excellent. His assistant with him was very helpful and polite. Dr. Lee made it an extremely pleasant and personal experience while relieving me of my terrible toothache, from calling me over a holiday as soon as he got the referral from Dr. Pruett (who by the way is a great dentist) to give me the earliest appointment, to getting the root canal completed in a very professional and painless manner. It is no surprise that he is a visiting faculty at A&M and I am glad that he is able to teach the best practices to the aspiring dentists. She has a lot on her plate but juggles it all with ease and effortlessly and continues to be as kind and welcoming as possible, in a situation that would bring most to tears from being overwhelmed. Then you’re introduced to the dental assistant who I am so sorry I forgot her name, I apologize! But she was so sweet and understanding of my nervousness that I was trying to push down as far as possible and made me feel comfortable while explaining what the plan was and answered any questions I had without making me feel more clueless than I already was. She was caring and extremely attentive throughout the visit, without skipping a beat. Then there is Dr. Lee he is phenomenal, while having a long over due root canal he was relaxed and calm, ensure my comfort throughout the procedure, and explain everything and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I have never had a painless root canal before and I can say that this was a first, During all the tooth work and after maybe I’m just lucky but it most likely that Dr.Lee is really good at what he does!! On top of it all, Dr.Lee personally called to check in on me at 7:30pm when he could have been enjoying his own personal time! I have worked in the healthcare field for more than 10 years and not many Dr. remember to make this a priority, but it definitely assured me I was in good hands! Great doctor, great staff. I was a little nervous because I had a tooth with a large cavity that needed a root canal. Part of the tooth had already fallen off, which I thought might cause trouble in terms of getting a crown. Dr. Lee took good care of me. He was so good, I kept dosing off. Some pressure during the procedure, but no pain whatsoever.
