Been a patient of Dr. Bonilla’s for a while now, and they always do such a great job in taking care of my teeth. I recently started Invisalign treatment here, and Dr. Bonilla and team (especially Jorge) helped accelerate the delivery of my aligners so I could have them before I headed back to college. Honestly, this is the best place to go for braces! The front staff is so welcoming, you feel at home when you talk with them! Abel and Jorge were the primary guys that worked on my teeth and they both were so gentle! The way they work shows how much experience they have; I’ve never had any issues with them being too harsh or hard on my teeth, they always made sure I was comfortable! Today was the day I got my braces off and I couldn’t have been happier! Abel finished my last appointment and I’m so glad he did, bc although I was ready to get these braces off, I was kinda scared it was going to hurt lol he worked his magic and my teeth feel like porcelain! Last but not least, huge shoutout to Dr. Bonilla dealing with all my broken brackets and my half time rubber band wearing! He was always so calm and cool, and made sure my small requests were met! So happy to have went to this office for my braces!

I went to Dr. Bonilla because my husband had a good experience with him. However, after my initial appointment with Dr. Bonilla things went downhill for me. My issues were never with Dr. Bonilla or with members of his medical team. The issues came from the front office lady named Betsy. Everyone has been friendly except for her. I was very pleased with my teeth and end results, however, Betsys communication about the financials were very inconsistent between what took place with my husbands service and with my service. I had 4 issues with her;1. miscommunication -- i.e. She told me she will mail a refund check to me on a specific date and a week later she never did and failed to inform me as to why it was not done.2. lack of follow through -- I have had to call to get status of my delivery instead of her calling me to keep me informed. Im sure if I owed them money she would be calling me non-stop.3. her condescending tone to me as a customer -- Of course this is a matter of opinion, however, beware!4. lack of factual information; such as my husband having a secondary insurance which was incorrect along with many other information that she has provided me.She threatened that she records her conversations and that she will use that against me. Unfortunately for her I dont scare easy. I hold people accountable to their jobs.They have continued to bill our insurance for 1 year after my husbands treatment (I have proof) had ended and now they OWE US OVER $1000. They overcharged us. Yet, they never called to inform us of this yet she harasses me for a final payment of $400 that I have never been late for. And till today, I still have not received the money they owe us. It is ashamed that this one lady can affect your experience with a business that has provided good service to you. I wish things had gone differently and fortunately Im done with my braces and I will never return or recommend people there as long as she is working there. There is a way to provide customer service and unfortunately this was a time Betsy fail short. I would kindly like to have my money that we have paid to you, because youve kept billing my insurance, refunded to me and my retainers overnighted to me TODAY. Thank you

Everyone in the office are so nice. The office is so clean and nice. I actually referred two of my co-workers. Every time someone asks me where I got my braces I send them to ideal orthodontics. They have flexible hours and wasnt hard to get appointments that worked around my work schedule. There isnt a long wait time when you get there. Ive had my braces since December 2015 and every appointment has been really quick. The staff takes their time to explain your treatment and what the next step is. All I can say is that they are wonderful and amazing. I had no problem adjusting to having braces and to be honest most of the people where I work didnt even noticed I had braces.

Ideal Orthodontic is absolutely the best. From the second you walk in the door you are greeted kindly and made to feel welcome. The service continues in the back with the full staff making you feel welcome.Braces are typically for the younger crowd, but that wasn’t an option for me then so as an adult I’m showing up late to the party. I would give more than five stars if I could. All four of my kids were patients of Dr Bonilla and Ideal Orthodontics in Coppell, and my youngest got his braces off today. All four of my kids now have BEAUTIFUL smiles and straight teeth. Everyone at the practice is kind, friendly and professional. What really impressed me was we finished payments on my final kids braces many months ago, but they wanted to do some final adjustments to get my sons teeth as perfect as possible. Wow, he looks great and his teeth are lined up perfectly! Also, I appreciate that the office gave multi-family member discounts and treatment was more affordable here than other places we got quite from. Plus they always explained every step and answered every question thoroughly. My four kids had different issues from each other but Dr. Bonilla and staff showed in depth knowledge on how to fix each issue.Appointments were convenient and almost always read on time. Im so glad we decided to go here for orthodontics and would recommend them to anyone in this area.

We really like Dr. Bonilla and all the staff at Ideal Orthodontics in Coppell. They are all very friendly and professional. I recommend Ideal Orthodontics very highly.

Love them!!I work in the area and was able to go to my appointments during my lunch break and was never late getting back to the office. They get you in and out which is very nice. They also have a lot of adult patients which is cool. I didnt feel like some outsider in there.Also, the staff is wonderful. I ask a lot of questions and they were always happy to answer. Dr. Bonilla and the assistants also have uncanny memories. Id come in and they would ask about this or that from last time. It was nice to know that I wasnt just some number.On to the actual work...I just had my braces taken off and they look great. I had a noticeable cant (slanting) of my jaw before and now its gone. I also havent had any TMD pain since I started treatment and that was the primary reason I was seeking treatment. So that makes me very happy!!If you are reading this just go and meet with them for a consult. You wont regret it.

First of all, this was my first orthodontics place. At first, I took it for granted. Going into appointments, sometimes even arriving early and having my appointment early just for me, friendly staff, calming atmosphere, and amazing working staff. I had some pretty bad teeth, but id go into the back and have everything done in a span of 10-15 minutes, with great and efficient work. I moved away and experienced more expensive, but apparently better places in LA and San Francisco. The appointments took on average (from 4 different places, mind you) 1 hour or more with semi-unfriendly staff, work left undone, and just an overall average experience. Years down the line (I went here when they first opened up), im still constantly thinking and pondering about this place, hoping that there would one day be an office on par with my experience here. Trust me, if youre hesitant with most other places and come across this review, I fully recommend this place without an extra thought. :)

Dr. Bonilla and his staff at Ideal Orthodontics have always been incredibly supportive, informative and kind. All 3 of my children are seen at the Coppell office. One of my children needed oral surgery and Dr. Bonilla coordinated the treatment plan with the oral surgeon. This was extremely helpful to me and showed great customer service.
